Tout d'abord sachez que si vous n'arrivez à joindre personne..... c'est normal ! Je m'explique, hier, lundi de Pentecôte, ici tout fermé (hé oui !) ; Véronique Lambert, la perle du vice rectorat (soyez gentils avec elle, elle est précieuse !) est en plein dans le second mouvement et ici encore plus qu'ailleurs c'est pas simple. Pour votre affectation il vous faudra attendre... après le 16 juin date de la CAP (commission.......???? c'est la réunion qui décide du mouvement ici !), et oui c'est encore long, voila pourquoi je vous conseillais de "réservé" un logement central, c'était fait, car après ça va vite et il ne reste pas bcp de jours pour tout avoir....
Pour le service voyage, c'est le pire du Vice Rectorat et l'an dernier les partants de fin de contrat ont failli envahir le vice rectorat (fermé par la police!) car ils n'avait pas leur billet 3 ou 4 jours avant le début des vacances. Pour les arrivants c'est arrivé très très tardivement, le 24 juillet pour nous !
Un dernier conseil, si ce n'est déjà fait, mettez vous bien avec votre gestionnaire à l'IA et avec celle ou celui qui gérera votre départ au niveau du rectorat de chez vous ; c'est à flux tendu pour avoir et faire passer les documents pour tout débloquer (déménagement, prime d'éloignement...).
Bon courage, on veille au grain ici et on vous informe si des nouvelles filtrent.

Petite info sur l'IFCR: j'ai appris de mon ia que l'IFCR ne me serait versée qu'en 2011 car les budgets sont épuisés pour cette année (eh OUI!!!); alors renseignez vous car cela fait de grosses dépenses à assumer seul (container, frais d'agence éventuellement, mois de loyers d'avance, les achats sur place de ce que nous n'aurons pas transporté...); j'espère que mon ia est un cas isolé!!!

J'ai reçu vendredi soir à 19h30 un mail disant que je pouvais être retenue (je suis sur liste comp.) si je confirmais ma candidature, ce que j'ai fait en 3 mails ! Mais, depuis, plus rien ! Ne t'en fais pas, je voudrais juste savoir où toute la famille va atterrir (en fait, ce qui m'ennuie, c'est que tous les gens que je connais ont eu leur affectation, alors j'ai peur qu'il y ait eu un problème avec nous...), mais j'ai bien compris que là-bas encore plus qu'en métropole, il faudra être patient !
Pour la réservation des billets, tu dois te connecter au site du vice rectorat, puis i-prof, et là tu as un petit avion en papier de représenté, c'est l'application pour la réservation. Tu n'as besoin que de ton numen et ta date de naissance pour te connecter. Il te faudra essayer tous les jours jusqu'à ce que l'inspection ait fait le nécessaire !

Je n'ai pour l'instant aucune affectation, je sais juste que j'aurais un CP.
Je viens en famille, avec ma fille de 5 ans (elle rentrera en GS) et mon compagnon qui sera en free-lance et notre pilier pour s'occuper du quotidien pendant que je découvrirai la vie scolaire !
Et toi, quelles perspectives ? Nous pouvons nous tenir au courant des évolutions de chacun : c'est rassurant et cela permet de partager la belle aventure avec quelqu'un qui est aussi en plein dedans !

Evidemment je suis à la recherche d'un logement mais T4 ou T5 pour colocation sur Mamoudzou ou environs proches.
Toujours dans le but de diminuer des frais, y aurait-il d'autres personnes de l'Académie de Lille ou limitrophes de celle-ci pour, par exemple, louer un conteneur à plusieurs ? Je connais déjà une personne de l'Académie de Lille qui part aussi.
je suis également lillois et j'ai reçu mon affectation au nord de mamoudzou.
je suis aussi à la recherche d'un logement et d'un moyen d'occuper un conteneur partiellement afin de réduire les frais.

J'ai été informée trop tard des derniers détachements dans le secondaire pour Mayotte (ça m'apprendra à pas être syndiquée). Par contre je pars de pied ferme pour les dossiers AEFE de l'an prochain ; quels sont les points à mettre en avant , et quelles sont leurs préférences? L'Afrique est-elle difficile à obtenir?

pour tout déclencher au niveau de l'académie, il te faut ton arrété de mutation du ministère, faut parfois insister un peu pour les bouger. En suite cela se passe au niveau de ton IA et de ton rectorat pour qu'ils activent les choses... Faut être gentil, l'an dernier cela c'est fini en copie d'écran pour gagner du temps au mois de Juillet !!
Pour ton déménagement si tu en fais un, compte qu'il arrivera bien après toi !!
Si tu as des questions précises n'hésite pas , j'essayerai de répondre..

C'est vrai qu'ici on s'inquiéte un peu car on n'a rien d'autre qu'un mail qui nous "OK vous êtes recrutés", "voilà où vous serez..." mais rien d'officiel...(arrêté, INEAT...).
