Nous voilà de retour au bercail, avec le fameux papier "bulletin n3"que j'ai remis ce matin a la gendarmerie de Tiznit!
Mon récépissé était périmé depuis plusieurs semaines.......!
Nous devions passés plusieurs nuits au relais de Marrakeich(tente caidale)mais comme le soir , avant d'aller dormir, ma femme a trouvé un scorpion (9cm)dans la chambre, on est resté qu'une nuit !🙁
(La maman et le bébé de 14 mois ont dormi dans la voiture!)
Ils m'ont donc refait un récépissé que je ferai renouvelé dans 1 mois!
Des gens attendent leur carte depuis janvier!
Ils sont plus efficace pour se servir des radars, et faire entrer les sous!

J'ai une amie qui vient de déposer son dossier de demande de renouvellement carte de résidente à Marrakech.
Sur la liste des documents à fournir était mentionnés en plus de ceux des autres années :
- extrait de casier judiciaire
- visite médicale
Pour le casier judiciaire elle a présenté l'extrait français, et ... ça a été accepté !!!
Était-ce un excès de bonne humeur ce jour là de notre gracieuse fonctionnaire ? C'est possible ...
Pour la visite médicale, le médecin a mentionné simplement absence de maladies contagieuses ...
La première fois j'ai mis 3 mois pour avoir ma carte, mais pour les renouvellements c'est plus rapide ... 1 mois1/2 environ.

Je viens de demander à faire renouveler ma carte de résidente et effectivement maintenant on demande l'extrait de casier judiciaire, tu peux le demander par internet, il y a un document à remplir et il te l'envoie par courrier.
Faux ! Le Maroc ne délivre pas de casier judiciaire par internet, il faut obligatoirement te déplacer pour déposer le dossier à Rabat puis quelques jours après pour récupérer l’extrait.

J'ai eu la confirmation du non-fonctionnement, au ministère de la justice a Rabat
Comme conseillé par un forumiste, on devrait s'unir et se plaindre, (a notre député, peut-etre)
Mon déplacement a rabat m'aura couté cher,5 nuits d'hotel/restaurant,1200 km en auto....etc

C’est tout simplement scandaleux !!! Tant que personne ne réagira ils continueront à se moquer de nous mais seuls les politiques peuvent influencer et c’est à ça que servent ces députés pour qui nous votons mais pour les faire bouger il faut être nombreux à se manifester
J'ai un peu de doutes sur le pouvoir de nos députés sur ce sujet.
Car cette carte de résident est délivrée, non pas par le consulat, mais bien par l'état marocain...
J'ai entendu dire, mais aucune certitude sur cela, que l'extrait du casier judiciaire français était accepté pour les renouvellements chaque année, les 5 premières années, et qu'à partir du renouvellement pour 5 ans, c'était le casier marocain qui était exigé.
Je le saurai en octobre prochain ...date de mon renouvellement.
Bien pénibles toutes ces paperasseries !

Voilà je viens de déposer mon dossier de renouvellement de carte de résidente à Marrakech.
Déjà une bonne nouvelle : l'horrible pittbul qui nous recevait auparavant comme dans un jeu de quille, n'est plus là et elle est remplacée par une charmant monsieur.
Je venais renouveler pour ma 5è année ( et mon mari pour sa 4è ) et on nous a proposé 10 ans !😇
Moyennant quand même le règlement des timbres pour ces 10 années, mais ce n'est finalement pas cher payé pour avoir 10 ans de tranquillité !😛
Enfin, j'ai fourni l'extrait de casier judiciaire français sans problème.

Non, sur la liste affichée des pièces à fournir c'était marqué : " casier judiciaire"
Et je n'ai donné que l'extrait du casier français.
J'ai des amis Hollandais et Italiens qui ont eux aussi présenté les extraits des casiers judiciaires de leurs pays traduits par les consulats, et ça a été accepté.

à l'attention des expat' qui ont fait la démarche récemment...
donc pour le renouvellement et la demande de casier judiciaire marocain, si j'ai bien compris : se rendre à Rabat déposer demande, copies passeport et numéro d'entrée, copie ancienne carte de résidant et extrait acte de naissance de moins de 3mois. tout ça "légalisé" ? et si on n'a pas l'extrait de naissance -3mois, refus ? quel délai d'attente pour l'obtention du casier?

Bonjour, j'ai eu mon renouvellement de carte de résidente en juin et je n'ai fourni que mon extrait de casier judiciaire "français" on ne m'a jamais demandé le casier marocain.😉
On ne m'a jamais demandé d'acte de naissance !
Et l'extrait de casier judiciaire était français.

- passeport (et numéro d'entrée)
- ancienne carte de résident
- extrait acte de naissance - de 3mois
Pas besoin de légalisation - Déposé le matin (Rabat)/ Récupéré le jour même à 14h

ça m'est arrivé en novembre, mais avant ils m'ont demandé d'où je venais. Comme je suis résidente sur Ouarzazate, ils m'ont dit "vous venez de loin, revenez cet après midi"
J'ai l'impression que ça reste géré au cas par cas : quand il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde ou qu'on n'est pas de la région, on a son casier rapidement, mais la "règle officielle" reste que que ce n'est plus dans la journée
Il y a un an, j'avais demander par internet a Rabat, mon relevé de casier judiciaire!
J'avais du, bien évidemment, aller le chercher là-bas, au ministère, car ça ne fonctionnait pas par le net!
Cette semaine , je suis convoqué, par la gendarmerie, au tribunal de Tiznit, ou on me remets, en main propre, le relevé du CJ ?
Il est daté du mois de décembre 2013 ?
Bon, c'est comme ça, donc, il me sert a rien, là, c'est trop tot pour qu'il me serve pour le prochain renouvellement de ma carte résident!
Mais, ça veut dire(et la personne qui me l'a remis me la confirmé)que maintenant, ça fonctionne!
Donc: a confirmer, svp, pour celle ou celui qui en a besoin maintenant, et qui peut tenter l'éxpérience.

Pour ma part, dossier déposé le 08/05/2014 à Rabat à 9 H 30 du matin - récupéré à 12 H mais attention avec la nouvelle procédure vous ne récupérez le casier judiciaire que le lendemain à 12 H. Mais étant donné que j'habite à Ouarzazate, j'ai pu récupérer le casier judiciaire le jour même. On m'a bien fait comprendre que c'est exceptionnel. Des personnes venant de Tanger n'ont pas pu l'avoir le jour même.
Pour un renouvellement, ce qui est mon cas :
Copie du passeport
Copie de la carte de résident
un extrait d'acte de naissance
un timbre fiscal de 10 dhs.
Pas besoin de légaliser les documents

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
