Il me semble avoir lu ( où je ne sais plus ) que l'IE est versée dans le mois qui précède le départ donc juillet. La deuxième moitié par contre sera versée le mois suivant la fin du contrat de 2 ans donc septembre et en cas de renouvellment la première moitié sera également versée en septembre.
Elle doit confondre et penser que l'IE est toujours versée en septembre.
Non elle m'a expliqué que c'est bien l'ie dont il s'agit, apparemment c'est seulement a creteil. Et c'est aussi parce j'ai attendu l'arrete de mutation qui vient juste d'arriver alors que la date limite de dépot des dossiers est pour le 14 mai afin que le payement se fasse avant le départ. Je suis dans l'académie de Lyon ; en ce qui concerne les dates de départ c'est le vice rectorat de Mayotte qui décide ; moi aussi j'aimerais bien savoir, ne serait-ce que pour retenir un hébergement à Mamoudzou à l'arrivée, car toutes les démarches administratives seront à faire là ! Il ne nous reste plus qu'à patienter et à nous dire que tout là-bas sera comme çà !

Il me semble qu'on ne demande pas une photocopie des billets d'avion pour l'IE. Par contre pour avoir le certificat de cessation de paiement de l'académie d'origine je crois qu'on la demande. Je suis dans l'académie de Montpellier, j'ai envoyé le dossier pour L'IE et l'IFCR il y a 1 semaine à peine. Je crois que dans notre académie ils sont obligés de tout payer avant début juillet car ils changent de logiciel de gestion courrant juillet.
Aucune demande de copie de billet d'avion pour moi et j'ai touché l'IE ; j'ai simplement fourni mon arrêté de mutation, un RIB et mon n° insee, c'est tout !

Pour l'IFCR : la personne m'a demandé également les billets d'avion.
J'ai relu le dossier pour l'IFCR, on fournit un justificatif de transport uniquement pour la prise en charge des frais de déplacement de personne ( dans notre cas pris en charge par le vice-rectorat de mayotte ).
Comme l'IFCR "Mayotte" ne prend en compte que le déménagement, les billets d'avion ne devraient pas être demandés mais bon, c'est pas moi qui décide

Je vois que personne ne connait sa date d'embarquement, mais est-ce que certains parmi vous auraient reçu leur affectation en établissement ?
Résultat de l'intra à partir du 18 juin ! Donc personne n'ai sensé connaitre son établissement d'affectation avant cette date. Bizarre que l'académie d'Aix Marseille demande autant de documents. Dans l'académie de Montpellier j'ai simplement envoyé une copie du livret de famille, un RIB, certificat de mutation à Moyotte , une copie du dernier bulletin.
Vous êtes tous bien plus en avance que moi (académie de Grenoble), j'ai suivi les conseils donnés pour obtenir mon arrête rectoral, cela fait 15 jour qu'il soit-disant à la signature, quant à l'IE je n'ai même pas d'accusé de réception!!! Oui la demande a été faite à la DIPER, j'ai reçu le dossier (couleur bleue) en deux exemplaires et chaque pièce est à produire en QUATRE fois!!! J'avais joint la MGEN par téléphone en Avril et ils m'ont envoyé le dossier par internet ; tu peux peut-être essayer de les contacter par mail à cette adresse : oasis@mgen.fr ou bien www.mgen.f/index.php?id=891 ; ce sont les coordonnées que j'ai sur ce qu'ils m'ont envoyé. De toute façon on n'a pas le choix; il faut faire le changement . Ils sont peut-être débordés comme le service voyage du vice rectorat de Mayotte pour les billets d'avion ! Mais d'après des collègues sur place il y a 2 ans ils n'avaient eu leur date de départ que le 20 juin ! Patience .
