Hi,

I applied for an e-visa on January 8th and still haven’t received a response as of January 17th, even though the advertised processing time is three days. Anyone else experiencing these unusual delays? Can we file a complaint? Thanks in advance for your replies. Best regards.

Hi, Did you receive the confirmation email acknowledging your application? If in doubt, call the embassy in Paris at 01 45 03 47 20 on weekdays starting at 9 AM.

Hi Dancoine, It really depends on your arrival date in Cambodia. Normally, you receive it in the weeks leading up to your entry, rarely more than a month before even if the application is submitted well in advance.

hi, for me it was really quick for the visa—e-arrival in less than 7 days and the QR code right away. We should check again next week, because after that it’s Chinese New Year.

Thanks for your reply. We’re arriving in Cambodia on February 7th, and our arrival in Saigon is scheduled for January 26th with Air France. If I don’t hear back by midday today, I’ll try sending an email to follow up.

Visa received today, January 22nd—took 14 days total.

Just had to be patient...
