Je n'en sais rien à vrai dire. Ca dépend si célibataire ou marié, si riche ou pauvre. Environ 2, 5 mois de salaire brut par an pour les impôts pour moi. Ici, la TVA est à 7.6 % en revanche.
Non, il n'y a pas d'impôts aux Bahamas, mais comme on n'a jamais rien pour rien...
1) Aux Bahamas, le coût de la vie est TRÈS élevé et les services de santé sont à ta charge (donc $$$). Pas de programmes sociaux, pas de filet en cas de perte d'emploi. Écoles très chères pour les étrangers.
2) Il est quasi impossible d'immigrer aux Bahamas, qui ne veulent pas d'immigrants, mais plutôt des travailleurs qui repartiront une fois leur contrat terminé. À moins d'acheter une propriété d'au moins 250 000$ et plus, ils ne donnent pas de statut de résident permanent.
Autre chose: s'il n'y a aucun impôt sur le revenu, il existe des taxes! Notamment sur les propriétés...

A propos des charges fiscales, il faut savoir ce que tu veux y faire ? En effet, selon le type d'activités, la forme juridique (Sté ou Nom propre, S.A. ou Holding) les taxes et impôts seront très différents.
Aussi selon la nature de l'activité, (prestations de services ou productions et/ou ventes de biens) là aussi ont part encore sur d'autres possibilités et shéma.
Si tu fais de la prestation de service, ta Sté peut-être n'importe ou sur cette planète, dans ce cas je te conseillerais les USA, (tu n'es pas obliger d'y résider) en fait même c'est mieux si tu n'y habites pas, aucun impôt dans ce cas uniquement, ni TVA ni comptabilité ou bilan. Ta compta sera sur 2 colonnes, débit crédit, seul le résultat va compter. Et tu peux habiter sur l'lle de ton choix.
Commence par cibler celle de la CEE, Madère, les Açores, Porto-Santo (bien pour la santé mais pas grand chose à y faire) les Canaries… etc.
En effet c'est plus simple si on doit se battre avec l'administration, car les textes de l'U.E seront toujours là pour toi et plus facile à vérifier, de plus tu peux avoir le statut de touristes pour les premiers mois, le temps de vérifier si ca vous convient…
Sinon, tu as aussi le Cap Vert, mais là je n'ai pas d'info.
Il faut que tu prennes en considération que 35° avec une hygrométrie de 15% sont plus supportables que 24° à 80% ou là effectivement tu vas "étouffer) Cherche une hygrométrie faible pour ta santé (oui, je suis dans le médical et je connais bien les problèmes de dos ;) )
Si tu veux être propriétaire de ta maison, c'est encore autre chose, et une autre approche, la aussi je pourrais te répondre, mais il faut savoir ce que tu veux faire exactement.
Et quelles sont tes compétences en matière de création d'entreprise, t'y es tu déjà frotter… ?
