Je suis une québécoise qui s'envolera dans moins de 2 mois pour un an en Europe. J'aimerais bien faire les vendanges en France, mais je n'ai pas de visa de travail, manque de temps... Pensez-vous que j'ai quand même des chances de me faire embaucher quand même?
J'aimerais aussi savoir si quelqu'un a une petite idée quand, à peu près, les vendanges vont commencer cette année?
Finalement, j'ai une petite dernière question, peut-être niaseuse, mais quand même assez pratique. Sans visa, je peux seulement rester 3 mois en France. Alors si après 3 mois, je sors de la France, est-ce que je peux revenir après une semaine et je recommence à zéro?
mais quand tu arriveras en France, tu devrais probablement montrer ton billet d'avion au douanier. Il verra alors les dates de voyage et va remarquer que tu restes plus de 3 mois...et tu n'auras pas avec toi les justificatifs (visa).

Nous aussi on va faire les vendanges en France mais on passe par l'association Qc-France. Il se charge de te trouver un endroit loger/nourri + $$ par jour, et de plus il t'aide à te procurer ton visa de travail pour la France valide pour un an. Ce que je te conseille fortement car il est assez difficile de se faire engager en France sans visa de travail. Les frais sont de 75$ et le processus est quand même rapide. D'après eux, les vendanges devraient commencer à la mi-septembre.
Tu dis que tu n'as qu'un billet aller, tu devras alors prouver à l'aide de papiers de ta banque, que tu as suffisamment d'argent pour survivre dans le pays lors de ton passage (au moins 1000$).
Très franchement, ça ne sera pas du tout évident de se faire embaucher sans VIsa. Ma famille est dans la viticulture, et cela fait quelques années que les contrôles sont très stricts. Je n'ai pas assez de détails dans les autres régions, mais en Alsace, on avait vu la venue de vendangeurs des pays de l'Est ... donc, il y a beaucoup de contrôles !
Pour la date, ça dépend de la région. Mais si tu comptes mi-septembre, ça devrait être bon.
Et je ne sais pas comment ça marche avec les visas en France, je ne sais pas si sortir une semaine remet le compteur à zéro.

Hé oui, je suis d'accord avec toi. On devrais juste envoyer une photocopie, parce que si il te renvoi pas ton passeprt et peut-être un visa avant ton départ, eh bien tu restes chez vous. C'est stressant pour rien. De plus c'est pour cela que j'ai du choisir seulement qu'un pays pour obtenir un visa. Je trouve que ca peut décourager le voyageur avant de partir...
C'est une idée de venir faire les vendanges en France. J'habite un petit village viticole du Languedoc, et je peux t'assurer qu'absolument personne, içi, ne demande quelque document que ce soit avant d'embaucher des vendangeurs.
Pour se faire embaucher, c'est très facile, il suffit de se pointer début septembre et faire le tour des épiceries et des bars, où les petites annonces ne manquent pas. Le bouche à oreille marche très bien aussi. Et puis les candidats ne sont pas légions : c'est fatiguant et mal payé, mais au moins, on travaille au grand air et on se fait des amis !
Pour donner la date des vendanges, c'est trop tôt : il faut attendre au minimum la mi-juillet pour avoir une idée. J'ai eu vendangé certaines années fin-août, d'autres années fin-septembre... Compte une durée de trois semaines de travail environ.
Hello, je viens aussi d`un village viticole et je pense aussi qu`il n`y a pas trop de soucis pour venir faire les vendanges! Generalement les viticulteurs on des preferances a payer les employés au black ;-) et donc pas trop besoin de papier administratif!
Si tu compte t`envoler dans 2 mois pour la France pourquoi pas tenter aussi la restauration? Dans les regions touristiques ils ont toujours besoins "d`extra" pour donner un coup de main, ca peut etre sympa aussi!

... certes, mais ce n'est pas une raison pour faire n'importe quoi ! ... et tout employeur en France, même dans le Languedoc où on est les rois du travail au black, reste soumis à l'obligation de déclarer son personnel et surtout s'assurer, lorsqu'il s'agit d'étrangers, qu'ils sont en règle vis à vis de la législation du travail en France ... or avec un visa de tourisme, je ne suis pas certain qu'on soit vraiment en règle pour avoir une activité salariée ... qui par ailleurs n'est pas exempte de risques d'accidents du travail ou de problèmes de santé ...
Niveau debut des vendanges, je sais pas, j habite pas en France cette annee...masi alors sans visa, pas de probleme, mais attention a pas te faire arnaquer. Demande a signer un papier, et sinon barre-toi, car qui te dit que tu seras payee ??? En general (la je parle de ma region d origine, vers La Rochelle, centre-ouest au nord de Bordeaux, dans la region de Cognac), les viticulteurs embauchent les jeunes du coin. Et les autres se font nourrir et heberger, mais la remuneration est soit inexistante soit tres maigre.
Et pour ton histoire de " je sors au bout de 3 mois", pas de probleme. MAis pourquoi ne pas demander un visa vacances-travail ? Enfin, si tu as assez d argent, c est pas mal, en plus ca te donnera des excuses pour visiter le reste de l'Europe et meme l'Afrique du Nord. Une amie japonaise faisait ca. De toute facon y'a peu de risques que tu te fasses controler (ma copine japonaise habite a Paris et jamais on ne lui a demande ses papiers), a moins que tu aies un facies type maghrebin... et oui, la France est remplie de racistes (mais de gens bien aussi) et donc autant etre honnete avec toi des le depart !!! Mais si tu as la peau blanche, pratiquement jamais un flic ne viendra te parler...
bon voila!!! quant au debut des vendanges, vu la secheresse, ca risque d etre fin aout, mais franchement j'y connais rien... je suis sure que tu peux trouver ca sur les sites Internet...

En fait, je n'ai pas demandé de visa pour la France, car je faisais déja une demande de visa vacance-travail pour le royaume-uni, et ici, il faut envoyer notre vrai passeport quand on fait une demande, de plus la France demande beaucoup beaucoup d'informations et l'ambassade m'a dit que ca prendrait 2 mois avoir mon visa. Je pars dans a peine un peu plus d'un mois. ALors je vais prendre la chance!

2 mois pour avoir un visa ? je vais demander mon visa vacances-travail 2D en personne au consulat de France à Montréal d'ici la fin juin, d'après le site web il te le donne directement si tu as tous les papiers. Mais par la poste ca peut prendre plus de 2 semaines en été...
et oui moi aussi javais pensé de m'inscrire a l'association québec France mais ca me tentait pas de payer le 75 $ 😉 et encore la tu dois te débrouiller pour obtenir ton visa alors ca donne rien, ils font juste te trouver une place ou faire les vendanges. mais dans mon cas j'ai réussi a trouver pleins d'endroits ou les faire avec le site http://www.vigneron-independant.com/, sur pres de 150 CV que j'ai envoyé, j'ai pu trouvé 8 domaines intéressés a m'embaucher (loger, nourris) principalement en Champagne et près de Bordeaux, deux très bonnes régions ou l'on peut etre facilement logé et nourris.

ne t'inquiete pas, un copain est venu me voir du quebec, ils nont rien verifie a son arrive a paris et n'ont meme pas estampille son passeport et a travaille pour les vendanges. pour les vendanges, cest septembre octobre, et si ce nest pas une grande exploitation tu peut te faire engager sans visa, ils nont juste a pas te declarer. s'il y a inspection fais toi passer pour une parente lointaine en vacanmce en france et qui voulait faire l'experience des vendanges. cest vrai qu'il est plus rassurant d avoir un visa mais qui ne tente rien n a rien...

Dans le beaujolais, les exploitants sont de plus en plus rétissants pour embaucher sans déclarer, car il y a tellement eu d'abus, que les contrôles hélico se multiplient et les amendes sont chères. En plus, si tu trouves une maison où tu te fais embaucher sans déclaration, c certainement pas une maison extra. (c mon avis...)

Si tu va sur place a l'embassade a Montréal, tu auras ton visa si tu as tous les documents. Présente toi tot, les bureaux ferme à midi et il y a beaucoup de monde a passer. Le visa prend cinq minutes à faire, mais ils te font attendre à peu près trois heures pour te faire chier.
Tu auras besoin de photocopies de tout tes documents aussi... sinons il ne te laisseront pas entrer et te traiterons comme de la vraie merde... en fait peu importe ce que tu fais il te traite comme de la merde mais bon... comme dit le vieux francais en complet déplaisant a l'entrée ... ON LEUR DONNE DEJA TROP.
Tu dois avoir une assurance voyage d'un an qui couvre un million de dollars de dommages + la photocopie.Une police d'assurance habitation avec une mention "responsabilité civile" de 1 Million avec ton nom dessus et valide pour un an + une photocopie.Une lettre signée par la régie de l'assurance maladie qui te couvre pendant un an + une carte assurance maladie valide + une photocopie de la lettre, bien que le site n'en parle pas ... il te retourne chez toi si tu n'a pas de photocopie.
Un relevé qui prouve que tu as plus de 3000 dollars en banque, probablement plus si tu n'a pas acheté tes billets. Prend une photocopie si possible.
Ton billet aller + une photocopie. Retour si tu en a un.
Trois photos format passeport. La troisième ne sert absolulment à rien et il ne la garde meme pas, c'est juste pour te faire chier et payer deux kits de photos passeport et pour retourner plein de monde chez eux sans le visa. La troisiéme photo est écrite sur le site mais pas sur la feuille qu'il te donne à l'ambassade, mais la fille voulais la voir a la fin de la demande, probablement pour faire chier.
Deux formulaires de demande de long séjour remplis avec photos collées à l'endroit approprié. Pogne les sur internet, ils ne paieront pas pour t'en donner sur place.
Un passeport valide pour un ans et signé.
Je pense que c'est tout. Vérifie sur leur site de toute facon, et essai de mettre le tout dans une chemise a documents pour avoir l'air de savoir ce que tu fais... sinons, il vont te faire chier un max.
