Je ne peux pas répondre à toutes questions car je ne suis pas perpignanais mais j'y ai vécu un an.
Je peux déjà tu dire que tu n'as pas besoin de parler espagnol pour y vivre (on est encore en France à Perpignan !!!)
Niveau boulot, je pense que c'est un peu bouché mais je ne sais pas en ce qui concerne vos domaines d'activités.
Sinon, moi j'ai trouvé cette ville super l'été (plage et espagne à côté) mais très ennuyeuse l'hiver (Après 19h, il n'y a plus un chat dehors)
Il fait souvent beau mais bcp, bcp de vent et ça l'hiver c'est très désagréable...
je sais que Perpignan est tjs en france mais si jamais y faut travailler en espagne ou tout symplement y aller faire des course je pence que je vais me mettre a l'espagnol quand même...

pour l'espagnol, ou le catalan, tu peux avoir certains domaines qui te demande d'avoir des bonnes connaissances dans ces langues, pour toi je pense pas, peut etre pour ton ami, ca dependra de la boite
il est vrai que l'ete, c'est super mais courant septembre ca se calme enormement et les alentours de perpi sont MORTS!!! et c'est rien de le dire lol
pour les transports je ne sais pas
et pour faire tes courses en espagne, je n'ai pas eu besoin de parler la langue, on arrive tjs a se comprendre et bien souvent le personnel des magasins se debrouille pas mal en francais
malgré les + et - je trouve que perpignan offre une bonne qualité de vie, l'espagne pas loin, l'ete la plage et l'hiver les stations de ski pas loin!!!
Perpi n est pas une ville chere comparée a d autres villes !
tu peux trouver un logement pour 300E par mois.
il y a bien sur resto universitaire, cafet', sur le campus!
Barcelone est a 200 km environ de perpignan! ville incroyable!
il n y a pas de metro rer ou tramway, mais des bus qui desservent tres bien la ville et alentours

je pense que tant que vous êtes jeunes il faut tout essayer, et si Perpignan vous appelle alors faut y aller, ensuite vous verrez.
moi je suis à Perpignan depuis bientôt 5 ans, mais il est vrai que j'arrive de Montpellier, comme te l'ont dit les autres, c'est assez calme en hiver. mais si vous aimez marcher il y a des clubs qui proposent des randonnées dans les montagnes toute la saison, vous commencez par de petites montées et si vous tenez le rythme, vous pourrez monter le Canigou pour la "trobade".
question boulot, il y a moins de propositions qu'ailleurs, mais on arrive à trouver.
les loyers sont variables, au centre ville de Perpignan, c'est moins cher.
il y a beaucoup de marchés autour de Perpignan où les produits sont bon marché. il y a beaucoup de choses à voir, faut prendre sa voiture et faire du chemin un peu partout: espagne (volcan d'olot), toutes les calanques de bord de mer, depuis collioure jusqu'en espagne, cadaques, rosas... des jolis coin à voir.

moi aussi je veux demenager sur la region de perpignan!!! j'ai 22ans et mon ami 24ans, il est au chomage depuis novembre dernier et moi je serai de nouveau au chomage fin septembre, nous habitons en savoie plus particulierment a chambery, nivo boulot, on desespere et nivo festif c'est quasi mort dc nous recherchons une region ensoleillé et pleinb de vie!!!

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
