Le paradis ! Voyage du 19 au 26 mars et c'était mon 8ième voyage et 2ième à la Riviera Maya. C'est vraiment l'endroit rêvé pour les amoureux et les gens qui veulent un endroit de tranquillité. Propreté et service impeccable. Nourriture digne de nos plus grands restos. Plage valant celles de Cuba car déjà vu Varadero, Cayo Coco et Cayo Guillermo. Végétation superbe ! Le site est bien situé par rapport aux sorties et excursions que vous pouvez faire. Et 2 navettes gratuites à tous les jours vers Playa Del Carmen sans réservation. C'est la première fois que je dis que je retournerai au même endroit.

Sûr que c'est un bon choix. J'ai rencontré un chialeux et c'était tellement ridicule sur ce quoi il chialait. Y'en aura toujours pour casser le fun des autres mais fais-moi confiance, petit paradis terrestre.

Pour les excursions, avez-vous pris ceux de l'hôtel, taxi ou collectivo. Nous aimerions aller faire de l'apnée voir les tortues etc. et je suis un peu inquiète du comment faire pour me rendre sans trop de problème.

Comme c'est mon 2ième voyage à Riviera Maya en 1 an, je peux te dire que lorsque nous sommes sortis, c'était en taxi. J'achetais mes tickets d'entrée pour le parc d'Xcaret ou de Xel-Ha à ma représentante, mais sans transport, car tu es pris pour prendre les gens des autres hôtels et ça nous permet d'arriver tôt le matin sans congestion de monde et de revenir à l'heure désirée. J'ai vu des gens qui ne voulaient pas partir de Xel-Ha mais ils devaient suivre le groupe pour aller à Tulum. Moi, ça ne m'intéresse pas ce genre de truc. Alors, comme l'hôtel est très bien située par rapport aux sites à visiter, c'est très facile de se transporter. Les taxis sont à prix fixes. Pour Playa Del Carmen, tu as un départ de l'hôtel à 9 heures la matin avec retour à 5 heures et un départ à 6 heures avec un retour à 11 heures. Tu peux prendre un taxi pour y aller ou revenir si tu veux aussi. C'est 18$ ou 20$ selon le taxi. Mais, il y a suffisamment de places dans l'autobus et il se rend directement car c'est un service spécifique pour l'hôtel. Pour visiter Coba, tu peux prendre le service de ton agence. Pour la sortie à Tulum, tu peux y aller par taxi pour collectivo. Comme l'hôtel est près de l'autoroute, tu peux le prendre facilement. Mais seulement de jour, le soir c'est plus risqué. Et tu es tassé plus souvent qu'autrement et ça arrête partout où il y a du monde. De toute façon, il y a des taxis partout sur les sites et qui t'attendent pour te ramener. Et à l'hôtel, ils te diront combien coûte une course pour tel ou tel endroit. Et c'est très sécuritaire. Pour la sortie à Chitchen Itza, c'est 4 heures d'autobus aller et 4 heures retour. Faut y penser avant d'y aller, c'est une très grosse journée. Pour nager avec les tortues, je sais qu'il y a un endroit mais je n'y suis pas allée. Ta représentante pourra te dire où et combien ça coûte. De mémoire, il y avait une autre activité reliée à celle-là. Si tu veux d'autres renseignements, n'hésite pas, ça me fera plaisir.

Je voyage beaucoup mais j'ai toujours pris les forfaits des hôtes et je suis un peu tanné de faire la run de lait d'un hôtel à l'autre pour prendre des gens. On va prendre les taxis et profité d'être plus longtemps sur les sites.

Quand vous étiez au CRT, êtes-vous allés à Xel Ha ? Si oui, combien de temps de l'hôtel à ce parc et quel était le coût pour le transport + entrée ? Est-ce une grosse économie par rapport à l'achat d'une excursion avec un TO ?
Je commence à regarder pour les excursions quand nous serons au CRT et jusqu'à maintenant c'est Xel Ha qui me tente le plus. Si j'en avais une à choisir, à votre goût, ça serait laquelle ?

J'ai adorer moi aussi aller a Xel-Ha, nager dans une grande baie naturelle en regardant les poissons, manger dans un buffet tout inclus. WoW, et le paysage, incroyable. Pour le prix, moi j'ai payer $ 99 u.s avec le transport. Sans transport, si je me souviens bien, ces $ 79 u.s.

At all-inclusive resorts, base salaries are extremely low for 10- to 12-hour workdays. Tips aren’t just a little extra—they often make up half of these families’ income.
Personally, I always prepare an envelope with euro bills in different denominations before I leave (they exchange them easily on-site). Here’s my method:
🛏️ For housekeeping: I leave a bill on the pillow every morning since schedules rotate daily.
🍽️ For servers: I always sit at the same table. At the end of the trip, I give an envelope to each server who took care of us daily.
🎉 For entertainment: I set aside an envelope for the animator who put in the most effort and really touched me.
The package covers the hotel, but our tips help support the people who make our vacations magical. Don’t forget to budget for this in cash when you pack!

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)

2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.

A ce jour elles n apparaissent plus sur mon compte Booking , j en ai informé par mail le service clients mais ce dernier ne repond pas ...donc impossible d annuler ces reservations....Quelqu un a t il connu ce probleme et l a t il resolu ???
