Je m'apprête à partir à la fac dans quelques semaines pour ma première année de Licence Langues Etrangères Appliquées (anglais, portugais et chinois) à Nantes.
Souhaitant faire un master d'interprétation de conférence dans quelques années, il m'est impératif de partir à l'étranger.
Voilà mon problème: cela fait deux ans que j'apprends le portugais seule avec des correspondants (devenus des amis pour certains), langue pour laquelle je me suis passionnée et que je vais donc étudier à la fac. Cependant, lorsque j'ai regardé la liste des accords entre l'université de Nantes et le Brésil, il n'en existe qu'un seul pour la Licence LEA (ce que je trouve totalement stupide puisque ce sont les étudiants en langue qui ont le plus besoin de partir). Cet accord se trouve à Caxias do Sul, ville qui m'est totalement inconnue, très loin du Sudeste et surtout où je ne connais personne.
J'aimerais partir à São Paulo pour étudier à l'USP. Mais est-ce possible de partir hors-convention? Telle est ma question. Quelles sont les différences entre des échanges avec accord et sans? Je sais simplement que si je décide de partir hors-convention, mon dossier sera traité à part.

Je te conseille de te renseigner au près du bureau des relations internationales de ta fac. Je ne pense pas qu'il soit possible de partir hors cadre en échange universitaire. Cependant, tu peux toujours t'inscrire directement à l'Université de ton choix en tant qu'étudiante "locale" (non étrangère). Renseigne toi au près de l'ambassade du Brésil qui te fournira un peu plus d'informations.

La différence entre le fait d'aller étudier au Brésil avec ou sans convention entre les deux universités, je pense que c'est le fait que tu devras payer des frais d'inscriptions car l'un des buts d'une convention entre deux fac est justement d'éviter aux étudiants de repayer les frais dans la fac d'échange (dans le cas du Brésil en tout cas). Tu seras simplement une étudiante étrangère et pas une étudiante d'échange.
Je reviens de 6 mois au Brésil dans le cadre d'un échange entre ma fac et celle d'Ilhéus dans l'état de Bahia. Ma fac a aussi un partenariat avec l'université de Brasilia et celle de Florianopolis, pas loin de Caxias do Sul et personnellement je partirai dans cette ville. Car São Paulo est vraiment immense et si en plus tu ne pars pas dans le cadre d'un échange tu ne seras vraiment qu'un numéro là-bas je pense. Au niveau de la validation de tes matières aussi ça risque d'être compliqué. Mais en tout cas fonce! Le Brésil est vraiment génial, ça a été une expérience formidable pour moi! Si jamais tu as d'autres questions, n'hésite pas!

Je souhaite reprendre un master en octobre 2011 et je recherche un master au Brésil.
Je pense partir de moi même sans convention car en général quand tu es en master c'est compliqué!
Le Brésil m'attire énormément mais dans mon cursus (commerce, communication, événementiel) je n'ai pas eu l'opportunité d'apprendre le portugais! Je recherche donc un master ou un MBA en anglais avec quelques cours en portugais (je commence à l'apprendre ne janvier)!
J'épluche les sites internet pour trouver des formations mais je galère un peu, donc si vous avez des pistes pour moi ce serait super!

Alors oui effectivement il y a un concours à passer. Au Brésil il n'y a pas d'examen à la fin du lycée mais un concours pour rentrer à la fac qu'on appelle le "vestibular". Une fois que tu l'as passé tu as accès à toute les formations de l'université. Il me semble que ça concerne les universités publiques, en ce qui concerne les privée je ne sais pas du tout. Bref, vu que tu as déjà une niveau d'étude supérieure je pense que tu n'auras pas besoin de passer ce concours mais tu peux te renseigner sur le site http://www.campusfrance.org/ , tous les étudiants étrangers qui veulent étudier en France doivent passer par ce site. Tu trouveras peut-être des infos sur les démarches à suivre pour étudier au Brésil, ils ont peut-être un site équivalent. En revanche, ne parlant pas le Portugais, recherche dans les grandes villes, tu auras plus de chance de trouver des formations uniquement en Anglais. Quel genre de master tu recherche? (master se traduit par post-graduação en portugais du Brésil), ayant des amis sur place je peux surrement leur demander quelques infos. Au niveau du calendrier, l'année scolaire est de mars à décembre. Donc ton premier semestre est de mars à mi-juillet et le 2e de début août à fin novembre plus ou moins. Mais comme ils marchent plutôt en semestre et pas en année comme nous tu as possibilité d'intégrer les cursus au 2e semestre, en août donc, selon les formations. Euh voilà je pense que c'est tout, si jamais tu as besoin d'aide en Portugais, n'hésite pas, ou d'autres questions. J'espère avoir pu t'apprendre des choses et pas avoir répété tout ce que tu savais déjà! ;-) En tout cas, j'espère que ton projet va se concrétiser car ce pays est vraiment magnifique!

Je recherche un master ou MBA dans le domaine de la communication et de l'événementiel, j'ai pu voir à Sao Paulo et à Estrategica Villa Velha! Je pense en effet que j'aurai plus de chance pour trouver des masters en anglais dans les grandes villes!
Penses tu réellement que je n'aurais pas besoin de passer un concours?? je suppose que j'aurai dans tous les cas un dossier à préparer! J'aimerai faire une année complète au Brésil donc il faut que je commence en Mars ce n'est pas grave si ça me fait décaler ma rentrée, si c'est pour avoir la chance d'étudier dans ce super pays!

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
