Bonjour, pour vivre décemment mais sans faire d'ecxès 15/20000pesospour une personne, surtout si tu veux un quartier chouette.Pour ce prix tu peut payer ton loyer manger, rouler en voiture et payer to assurance sante plus les dépenses éléctricité, eau, impôts, etc...
Salaire moyen Dominicain 8000, hay que pensar........
tout dépend où en RD. A Las Terrenas, avec 20 000 pesos, tu vis une semaine..... sans mentir. Si bien sûr tu ne veux te priver de rien. A la capitale peut-être, mais est-ce bien le lieu que tu convoites???

comme le dit olvido, 20 000 pesos de budget mensuel pour vivre comme tu le souhaite c'est très limite ....
je ne connais pas sosua mais par exemple a boca chica un appart à la francaise avec tout confort faut compter dans les 250/300€. si tu veux internet a la maison sans ligne téléphonique, il faut compter 2300pesos/mois (~60€).
pour manger c'est variable, si tu veux manger européen tu depensera bien plus cher que si tu te met a la nouriture dominicaine ... et tu comptes manger chez toi et faire la cuisine ou ca sera restau tous les jours ??? et ensuite il ya les dépense de transport, sortie etc ...
tu comptes partir labas et travailler sur place ? ou vivre de revenus francais ?

j'espère que tu n'a pas besoin d'une connexion internet haut debit pour travailler car en RD le haut debit frole les56k 😏, et de plus c'est très cher. je suis restée un an la bas et j'avais le net a la maison avec une carte modem et ca me coutait 2300pesos/60€ pour du bas débit, genre 56ko. tu peux aussi te faire installer une ligne téléphonique chez toi et ensuite l'abonnement internet est un peu moins cher, mais toujours pas de haut débit.
pour les frais de repas courses etc tu peux compter dans les 250/300€ mois, un appart pour 250/300€ mois, en ajoutant internet, les faux frais etc prevois un budget de 800€ /mois et tu es tranquille puisque ca représente un budget de 30000 pesos.
pour ta recherche d'appartement effectivement le mieux est de venir prospecter sur place ... et puis comme tu es etranger les prix des loyers seront un peu surévalués ... 😉
petite question : est-tu déja venu en vacances en RD ? je pense qu'avant de vouloir t'installer la bas tu pourrais peut-etre venir quelques temps et te rendre compte du mode de vie ...
Merçi beaucoup pour ta reponse, je vais partir sur une base de 750 USD par mois car je vais sortir peu. Non je n'ai jamais mis les pieds en R.D, je n'ai d'ailleurs jamais voyager. Ca me fait un peu peur d'ailleurs. A propos d'internet, oui j'ai besoin d'un gros debit. Et je comprend pas !!! Je connais des personnes qui sont partis s'installer dans une villa en R.D et il ont besoin de gros gros gros debit et ils l'ont. Il y'a forcement un moyen d'avoir du haut debit c'est obligé. Personne ne sait?
pour le budget je t'ai parlé de 800€ ce qui correspond plutot a du 850$ ....
pour le haut débit, ca depend des zones géographiques ... il y a des endroit ou c'est bas debit et puis c'est tout ... alors demande bien auprès de ces personnes ou et comment elles ont obtenu le haut debit 😉
et puis dernière remarque qui me tue : tu n'a jamais mis les pieds ni la bas ni ailleurs et tu comptes aller y vivre alors ça ça me sidère ... la chute risque d'etre dur si tu ne t'adapte pas c'est un pays qui n'a quand meme rien avoir du tout avec la france et autre pays européen ...
et redernière remarque : le budget de 800€ ne prévois pas la vie dans une villa en RD 😉 mais plutot dans un petit studio avec confort tout de meme

J'ai un bts assistant de gestion et lui un bts dans la clim! j'ai un bon niveau en anglais et espagnol je comprend et me fait comprendre!
