Ça dépend de beaucoup de choses, ce que tu aime faire, ton budget, quel climat tu préfères ! New York est sans doute la plus chère. A Miami, LA et San Diego tu auras un climat très favorable et une ambiance plus latino americaine alors qu'à SF et NY il fait plus froid.
Moi je suis à Miami pour neuf mois, c'est super ! Il fait beau, les plages sont belles, l'ambiance est bonne, les gens sont gentils, il fait bon sortir mais d'un point de vue culturel c'est pas NY je pense..

Comme te dit Nadège, ça dépend de ce que tu aimes faire. Egalement, où se trouve l'école. Personnellement je te recommande d'abord une école qui se trouve sur un campus ou proche de.
Côté climat, c'est San Diego qui l'emporte de loin, il fait beau tout le temps et tu peux te baigner d'avril à octobre (mai à octobre si tu es frileux) - beaucoup d'activités et de trips possibles sur la côte Ouest ou vers le Nouveau Mexique ou le Nevada (mais attention quand même aux distances!)
Miami = climat tropical, cad certes chaud mais très humide, et c'est tout bétonné, donc si tout ce que tu souhaites faire c'est bronzer et sortir en boite OK mais sinon ce n'est pas le top. En revanche, SUPER ambiance sur les fêtes.
San Francisco = plus de culture, bonne ambiance, beaucoup de choses à faire sur place et autour, énormément de Français, climat frais et brumeux.
Los Angeles = tout dépend où, la ville fait 100km - c'est LA mégalopole par excellence! Ensoleillé mais très pollué (parfois on ne voit pas le soleil à cause de la pollution) idem pour la mer mais comme elle est trop froide pour se baigner ce n'est pas trop grave. Très difficile de se déplacer sans voiture (selon où tu es).
New York = climat froid et sec, avec la neige, pendant l'hiver; beau pendant l'automne et au printemps; chaud et humide l'été. Enormément d'attractions culturelles, d'activités, etc, etc. Mais c'est très cher et si tu penses NY= Manhattan attention, il y a 5 boroughs plus les alentours, pense à la surface de Paris + petite couronne, et que tu pourrais habiter à l'équivalent de la fin de la ligne du RER A.

Effectivement ton choix est vraiment personnel. San Diego est vraiment une ville sympa que j'ai eu l'occasion de visiter, moi je suis actuellement sur San Francisco où il y a une super ambiance.

Alors , je veux renforcer mon anglais car c'est vraiment pas ça , avant d'entrer en fac de langues pour y étudier l'espagnol ( je suis bilingue ) , soit en fac d'histoire ! Donc je voudrai avoir un bon niveau en anglais pour faire mes études tranquillement !
Ensuite je veux aussi faire un break ! Après 18 ans , toujours la même petite routine , donc j'ai envie de changer d'airs !!
Et aussi pour découvrir une nouvelle culture , un mode de vie différent etc... !

Seattle il y a Boeing et Microsoft donc économiquement c'est la porte ouverte à des tas d'opportunités d'emploi.
Ensuite autour de Portland et Seattle il y a la chaine des Rocheuses et des tas de ballades à faire en montagne
Le seul point un peu négatif c'est qu'il pleut souvent à Seattle.
