Grand amoureux du voyage, des rencontres et surtout de l'Amérique Latine, cela fait déjà plusieurs années que cette idée me trotte dans la tête.
Pour le topo rapide:
J'ai pas mal voyagé, Europe, Asie, Afrique.
Je travaille pour une ONG internationale comme expatrié (en ce moment en afrique).
Je suis parti un an en Am Latine (Argentine, Sud-Brésil, Chili, Bolivie, Perou, Equateur, Colombie, Honduras, Guate, Mexique) en 2009-2010 en mode backpacker.
Revenu de ce magnifique voyage fin 2010 avec les compteurs bancaires à zéro ;) je suis depuis en train de constituer un capital pour ouvrir ou reprendre une guest house simple et avec une prédisposition pour des matériaux simples tel que le bois, qui respecteraient l'environnement et les alentours (le paysage aussi!).
L'idée serait que ce soit sur une plage ou très près d'une plage dans un endroit où l'on puisse faire de la plongée (grand fan de plongée).
Pas nécessairement un lieu trop touristique, mais un lieu entre les deux où l'on puisse quand même être assez près d'une ville pour l'approvisionnement.
Ce serait une guest house avec un petit restaurant/snack et un bar, pouvant aussi organiser des soirées à thèmes (dans l'idéal).
J'ai dans l'idée plusieurs endroits dans le monde dont quelques uns en Amérique Latine mais aussi inspiré par certains endroits en Asie du sud est.
Je suis ouvert à tout dialogue et propositions, ceci est un projet très sérieux que j'ai bien l'intention de mettre à exécution.
Si vous connaissez des gens locataires ou propriétaires de guest house et qui voudraient revendre ou passer la main, faites moi signe.
Je pense pouvoir le faire d'ici 2014 et je cherche un(e) associé(e).

J ai pas mal d argent de cote + possibilite d emprunt et je m apprete a partir pour l amerique latine d ici 3 mois pour aum oins 6 mois.
J ai 26ans, j ai vecu 7 ans et demi en Norvege, je parle l anglais couramment ainsi que le norvegien/suedois/danois et j ai des bonnes bases en espagnol.
J ai voyage en Afrique Asie et Amerique centrale. Je reve d une Guest house avec un petit bar/snack, j aimerai aussi avoir un potager et quelques animaux.
Je m apprete a rentrer en FRance dans 3 semains apres avoir passe 7 ans et demi en Norvege.

Je connais deux hotels a Bluefields, dont les propriétaires souhaitent vendre ou louer leur hotel.
Ils sont sur la côte caraibe, mais pas directement sur la plage. par contre un ami vend une maison de deux étages au bord de la plage, sur l'ile de Corn Island.
Je pense que l'option de louer est intéressante, et dans un deuxième temps acheter si cela nous convient.
Je cherche un partenaire pour un hotel de deux étages et 8 chambres au bord de la Laguna de Perlas, Côte caraïbe du Nicaragua.
C'est un lieu idéal pour la plongée aux cayos Perlas, la pêche et le kitesurf.
L'idée est de rénover et louer, environ 500$ par mois.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area.
