Pour obtenir un visa d investisseur, vous devrez investir sur place au moins 200.000 usd.Il faudra faire traduire votre extrait de naissance et votre casier judiciaire, et le faire valider par le consulat du CR.D autre part, il vous faudra fournir des justificatifs de vos banques concernant la provenance des fonds.Sinon, vous pouvez trouver des petites affaires à acheter, mais vous devrez sortir tous les 3 mois, et rerentrer.
Néanmoins, il vous faut savoir que quasiment toutes les affaires intéressantes sont sur le littoral, et vendues, la plupart du temps par des nord-américains, à des prix nord-américains, c est à dire auusi cher que sur le littoral français, si ce n est plus cher.Vous pouvez éventuellement trouver la perle rare, mais il vous faudra rester longtemps sur place pour cela.
Il est également nécessaire de payer un avocat pour toutes les démarches, quelles qu elles soient, mème pour une simple ouverture de compte bancaire.

Je n ai pas connaissance du prix du terrain, mais il faut que tu saches que c est une société très américanisée, donc le style "petite auberge sympa", c est pas trop leur kif.
De toute façon, tu dois passer par un avocat pour ouvrir un compte bancaire, l avocat fait aussi office de notaire.
Si tu as de petits moyens, je te conseillerais plutot d aller en Colombie, sur la cote, ou à Bogota.
Dans le mème secteur, tu peux également aller voir au Nica ou au Honduras.
Les formalités sont beaucoup moins compliquées, sauf en Colombie, ou le seul moyen de s installer est d épouser une colombienne.
Mais les sommes à mettre sur la table, dans ces 3 pays, sont beaucoup plus raisonnables qu au CR.

J'apporte quelques précisions et rectifications aux posts précédents :
Au Costa-Rica, le statut de résident-investisseur peut être optenu pour moins de 200 000 U$ (minimum de 50 000 U$) sous réserve que ce soit dans un secteur d'activité "prioritaire", ce qui est le cas du tourisme, donc les chambres d'hôte, hôtels-restau, etc...
Par ailleurs, il faut bien un avocado pour effectuer de très nombreuses démarches, mais pas pour ouvrir un compte en banque.
En fait au CR, les réponses que l'on obtient varient beaucoup selon les interlocuteurs, et si certaines banques mettent des conditions assez contraignantes à l'ouverture d'un compte, d'autres ne le font pas. Et quand je dis banque, cette vérité à géométrie variable s'applique même au niveau des agences d'une même banque !
Nous avons ouvert un compte ici à Grecia à la succursale de la Banco Nacional avec juste notre passeport, un bail de location et une facture ICE (équivalent EDF). Ce fut fait en une heure, sans difficulté aucune.
Pour ce qui est de l'investissement, si le bord de mer est cher, le reste du pays est beaucoup plus abordable. Tout dépend de ce qu'on cherche à faire, du choix de vie...

Effctivement je suis restaurateur et j'ais deja une ecole de surf au maroc avec resto et chambre et veux faire autre choses ailleur et le costa ou de ce coté la me donne envis d'aller faire un tour !!!!

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
