Je parles parfaitement l'Espagnol car j'ai vécu au Chili et j'ai un bon niveau d'Anglais ayant vécu à Londres et ayant travaillé sur les salons internationaux !!!

pas d'infos comme tel mais j'ai vu qu'il y avait des Québécois qui avaient ouvert leur entreprise au Mexique, dont une ancienne membre de Voyage forum, Nancy, qui a son hôtel à Playa delCarmen et d'autres entrepreneurs dans la restauration et la location de voitures. Donc j'imagine que ça se fait d'ouvrir sa business la bas! Pour le comment, tu trouveras plein d'infos sur le web mais privilégie les sites anglos pour en trouver.
La première chose à faire est ton étude de marché pour voir si ton projet est viable.
Dans notre cas, notre business est sur internet et non physique.

bonjour les possibilités d'emmener des gens en quad sont très très limitées.
Les pistes hors routes goudronnées sont très très rares sauf peut-être celle qui mène à Calakmul mais je crois qu'elle est goudronnée maintenant.
Au Guatemala et Belize c'est différent.... mais il y a le problème de la sécurité au Guatemala.
Autour de Cancun c'est donc la Péninsule de Yucatan recouverte de jungle sèche très dense et par endroits il y a des zones inondées lorsqu'il a plu beaucoup.
Les sentiers sont très très rares et quasi inexistants sauf pour se rendre dans des propriétés agricoles.
Pour ce qui est des sites archéologiques ils ne sont pas du tout reliés entre eux par des pistes.
Pour ce qui est du tourisme d'aventure peu de possibilités.
Sinon une petite liste éventuelle
*emmener des touristes en kayak dans la réserve naturelle de sian K'aan mais il y a des acteurs déjà sur place
*les Cenotes mais c'est très exploité
*faire un service de guide à Calakmul mais c'est pareil c'est déjà exploité par des acteurs locaux.
La route est goudronnée entre Calakmul et la grande route pour Fransisco Escarcega
il n'y a qu'une seule piste pour Calakmul ; peut-être existe-t-il une autre de Calakmul pour El Mirador au Guatemala mais lorsque j'étais sur place je n'en avais pas remarqué de particulière.
Et puis si tu te lances dans ce projet il y a un passage de frontière et c'est contrôlé par des militaires.
*la laguna Balacar et environ ?
*Reste le Belize et la frontière avec le Belize : une possibilité ça peut-être d'emmener des touristes le long de la rivière (Rio Hondo) qui longe la frontière Mexique/Belize il y a peut-être une piste jusqu'à Chetumal.
Soit de Blue Creek une communauté perdue au Belize ( je crois de Memmonites ) jusqu'à Chetumal.
*Une bonne possibilité si tu veux te lancer dans le Tourisme d'Aventure ( ce qui est mon souhait pour plus tard 🙂) c'est de descendre la rivière Belize de San Ignacio jusqu'à la capitale ou avant ( Bermudian Landing) en kayak ou canot
Il y a du débit et donc c'est relativement facile à descendre.
Cela peut se faire en 4/5 jours en plantant la tente sur les berges.
Les "spots" de plongée c'est très exploité; il y a l'atoll du Banco Chinchorro mais on ne peut y aller qu'avec un bateau jaugeant un minimum donc pas de gros zodiac

salut je ne veux pas te décourager; le mieux c'est de t'en rendre compte par toi-même dans le Yucatan 🙂
Mais je connais assez bien le coin surtout la Biosfera Maya au Guatemala et côté mexicain entre Cancun et Chetumal, ça me semble limité
En revanche pour d'autres secteurs au Mexique oui il y a certainement des tas d'opportunités il y a sans doute un véritable gisement je pense au Nord dans les zones semi-arides.
Par exemple la Baja California mais je ne peux pas trop dire je n'y suis jamais allé.
Ou bien moitié sud autour de Veracruz ; il y a de la forêt tropicale et c'est là où le film d'Alain Chabat avec Jamel a été tourné ( le Marsupilami)
Aussi dans les alentours de Palenque et le Chiapas il y a la Sierra Lacandona , le secteur de Aguas Azul et certainement des pistes propices pour la pratique du Quad.Cela permet de voir les indiens Lacandon qui sont vraiment typiques.
A Mexico D.F. il y a un IGN local pour avoir des cartes pour les chemins.
Sinon les cartes ITMB qu'on trouve à la FNAC en France et autres sont très bien.

En tous les cas, je vais garder les options que tu as pu me décrire dans un éventuel développement de Business.
J'ai vécu quelques années au Chili et j'ai eu l'occasion de voyager dans le reste de l'Amérique du Sud et au Mexique aussi mais pas assez longtemps et surtout pas avec cette idée de projet en tete à l'époque. Je pense surtout travailler avec des mini Buggy tout terrain, plus d'autonomie et plus de matériels à transporter. L'idée de visiter entre autre les tribus indigènes m'intéresse beaucoup voulant allier le business d'aventure avec une éventuelle aide humanitaire et tes infos me sont assez précieuse et si donc tu as beaucoup plus d'infos à me fournir, ce serait cool et bienvenue de ta part.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
