Je souhaite partir en vacances fin décembre 2005 et je n'ai pas quoi choisir comme destination.
En fait, nous partons à 3 (mon épouse, ma fille de 3 ans et moi). Je dispose d'un budget de +/- 2.500 Euros.
J'aimerais qu'il ne fasse pas trop froid (+/- 15 ° au plus) et que le voyage ne soit pas trop long pour ma fille.
Quelles destinations me conseillez-vous ?

Je pars bientôt pour la France, l'Espagne et le Portugal. Je pense parcourir la majorité de mon voyage en travaillant sur des fermes bios (wwoofing) mais j'ai aussi obtenu un visa vacances-travail pour la France.
Pourriez-vous me donner des adresses de sites d'emploi (travail temporaire et saisonnier autant que pour des emplois dans des restos ou avec des compétences particulières (j'ai une formation en graphisme)) pour la France? Y a-t-il des domaines où c'est plus facile de trouver? En automne, est-ce quand même possible de ce trouver un boulot?
Est-ce que la forme du CV en France est différente du Québec?
Et par la même occasion, si une personne a envisagé faire ce même type de voyage pour le printemps, été et automne 2005, n'hésitez pas à m'écrire! On pourrait se rencontrer au fil de nos routes!

Jai aussi connu quelquun qui avait cueilli des oranges au portugal a madere mais jsais pas trop comment il sy est pris

Croisière transatlantique: différentes destinations?

Nous planifions une croisière translantique et j`aimerais avoir des renseignements sur les différentes destinations .Tenerife , Malaga , Cartagene et Nice sont des escales et j`aimerais savoir si à partir de notre débarquement si cela est possible d`aller dans ces villes sans que l`on soit obligé de prendre des tours ou des taxis . Je suis une baroudeuse des Terres (en camping car, puis 4x4, sans compter l'avion pour des destinations Australes, et autres...), et envie de m'acheter un voilier pour en faire mon habitation et barouder sur mer. Mais avant, une petite expérience me permettrait de confirmer cette envie. March 2026 Photo Contest Theme: Metal, Metallic
The 139th edition of this contest is now open, and this month’s theme is:
« Metal, Metallic».
From ore to rockets, wire to the Eiffel Tower—or in a pinch, even a self-portrait at the bottom of a spoon—the theme is broad enough that you should be able to come up with at least three ideas pretty easily! Sure, things might get tricky when it’s time to vote, but that could just be a sign of a successful contest, right?! But we’re not there yet.
Contest rules: You can post up to three photos, each in a separate message, clearly indicating their number (1, 2, or 3) along with the location where the photo was taken. Any explanations about your photos are welcome.
You’ll vote for three photos, clearly stating the name of the participant you’ve chosen, followed by the photo number. The first photo in your vote will receive three points, the second two points, and the third one point.
The winner will be the person whose photo earns the most points. In case of a tie, the winner will be the one with the most first-place votes—or, if still tied, the most second-place votes. Finally, if it’s a perfect tie, the winner will be the one who reached their score first. The winner will then have the pleasure of choosing the theme for the April 2026 contest and organizing it. Sao Vicente - Santo Antao and Boa Vista itinerary plan

I’d like to share our travel plans for March 2026 to get your valuable feedback...
- Arrival in Sao Vicente on Tuesday, March 3rd at 9:20 AM from Lisbon (EasyJet) - Direct departure the same day or the next day for Santo Antao – 3 or 4 nights on Santo Antao (depending on whether we spend the first night in Mindelo or on Santo Antao) - Return to Sao Vicente for 3 nights - Flight to Boa Vista via Sal (Cabo Verde Airlines) on Tuesday, March 10th – 5 nights on Boa Vista - Return flight on Sunday, March 15th (Boa Vista to Porto: EasyJet)
Given the various bits of info I’ve seen about the unreliability of inter-island transport, is this itinerary realistically doable without stress? Would it be better to just take a simple flight from Sao Vicente to Sal and end the trip there (from where it’s also possible to return to Europe or France)? I’m still more drawn to Boa Vista... but I’m worried that two flights in a row might be complicated, unless it’s the same plane that just makes a stopover and continues...
Also, I’m calling on the expertise of hikers for Santo Antao: I’m not a big sports enthusiast—I enjoy walking when I travel, but not distances much longer than 10 km, and nothing too difficult (especially steep climbs where I quickly run out of breath)... For the hike from Ponta do Sol to Cruzinha: can you confirm that the hike is easier in the direction from Ponta do Sol to Cruzinha (less climbing)? I’ve found info that this hike is 14 km and takes about 5 hours. Do you think it’s possible to shorten it by taking a taxi or *aluguer* to Fontainhas? If so, how long would the hike be then, and how much time would it take?
For the hike from Xoxo (starting at the Bela Vista kiosk on the Cova road), I’ve found info that it’s 12 km and takes 5 hours of walking. I think it goes to Ribeira Grande. Apparently, you can shorten the hike and find *aluguers* on the road near Café Melicia... In that case, do you know how long the hike would be? Is this the hike that lets you walk along *levadas* (like in Madeira), cross banana plantations, and pass by the Cachoeira de Vinha waterfall?
Sorry for all these questions, but I can’t find a guide with hikes and difficulty levels... I think two hikes (one along the coast and one inland with terraces, *levadas*, and banana plantations) would suit our level.
On the third free day, do you think we could rent a 4x4 to explore: take the two scenic routes on the east side and maybe venture a little off the beaten path (without taking risks, of course)... Otherwise, hire a guide for the day: do you have any recommendations and an idea of the price?
One last thing: in March, is it worth (or pointless) to choose accommodation with a pool (especially on Santo Antao)? Is the pool water warm enough? What about the ocean temperature?

This theme has probably been done before... but not recently, at least 😉 Doors—open, closed, of houses, castles... even if only the threshold remains. Since I’m not home, I don’t have access to my photos right now, and regarding the rules, I’ll let you refer to one of the previous contests.
Photos can be posted until Thursday the 23rd at 11:59 PM (Paris time). Voting will take place from the 24th to the 30th of October, and the results will be announced on the 31st during the day.

What to see in Morocco?
Hello and Happy New Year to everyone!!
We have a little week of vacation from February 1st to 8th and we’d like to return to Morocco. In March 2024, we spent 4 days in Marrakech, 2 nights in the Atlas Mountains, and 1 night in Essaouira. This time, we’re hesitating between spending 3 days in Rabat and 3 days in Fez and the surrounding area (Meknes), or landing in Marrakech again but taking the road to Mergouza via Ouarzazate, the Dadès Gorges, etc. What do you recommend for this time of year? We enjoy both monuments (for the first option) and nature (for the second).

Snorkeling / plongée en hiver au sud de l'Europe?

Je pose ma question malgré la situation incertaine actuellement, mais évidemment mon plan de voyage est conditionnel à l'évolution de la pandémie, donc merci de vous abstenir ceux qui me diraient juste de rester chez moi ;)
Donc, je planifie de passer l'hiver au sud de l'Europe, et ou vers les Balkans et j'aimerais savoir si c'est partout de la plongée en eau froide donc avec le drysuit et tout ou s'il y a des endroits qui sont superbes et ou je peux plonger avec un suit plus épais seulement même exemple en février et mars. J'ai lu pas mal ici sur le portugal et malte https://divezone.net/diving/portugal mais j'aimerais l'opinion récente de plongeurs du coin! :)
Ce que j'aime en plongée c'est l'eau claire, les fonds marins attrayants, la vie aquatique particulière, etc. Je ne suis pas une fan d'épaves, mais je considérerai tout les sites / pays proposés :)

Les îles de l'Atlantique sur le Midnatsol (Hurtigruten)

Depuis plusieurs années , nous cherchions une croisière faisant escale aux Açores .
Nous en avions trouvé une : celle du Divina pour son 1er retour en Europe , il y a
2 ou 3 ans mais n'avions pu donner suite .
Début Octobre dernier , notre Agence habituelle nous a invité à une réunion d'information sur les croisières proposées par Hurtigruten , compagnie essentiellement connue pour la desserte des ports norvégiens entre Bergen et Kirkenes ( l'Express Côtier ) En complément de ce service , Hurtigruten a élargi sa gamme en proposant des croisières d'exploration en période d'été vers l'Arctique et aussi l'Antarctique durant l'été austral .
Aucune de ces destinations ne nous " branchait " vraiment mais nous avons découvert dans la brochure remise lors de cette réunion que les bateaux remontant de l'Antarctique vers la Norvège faisaient une croisière de 2 semaines au départ de Lisbonne avec non pas une mais 3 escales aux Açores . 😏
Notre choix s'était porté sur un tout nouveau navire : le Roald Amundsen qui devait démarrer son activité à l'automne 2018 . Malheureusement , la mise au point de ce bateau est bien laborieuse puisqu'il est toujours en chantier ! Aie , notre projet tombait donc à l'eau Et bien non , car un second navire effectuait cette même croisière : le MS Midnatsol . Quelques différences notables : c'est un bateau déjà âgé ( plus de 15 ans ) , il n'y a pas de cabines balcon , la croisière a lieu un mois plus tôt puisqu'elle débute le 31 Mars . Mais puisque nous voulons voir les Açores , nous posons une option . Une petite pose avant de vous faire découvrir le bateau . Jean-Pierre

Quel genre de sèche-cheveux à bord du Costa Pacifica

Je pars en croisière sur le Costa Pacifica en mai. J'ai lu qu'il n'était pas tellement autorisé à emmener un sèche-cheveux sachant qu'il y en a dans les cabines.
Pourriez-vous me dire s'ils ont un embout concentrateur d'air car ça m'est indispensable pour me faire un brushing lissant et ceux dans les hôtels en ont rarement.

Ces enveloppes sont toutes peintes à la main, timbrées en général ( je me fournis en ligne en timbres valides) . À ce jour 152 enveloppes ont fait leur voyage .. vous pouvez voir les visuels ICI . En clair , je vous fais parvenir l'enveloppe prête à poster , il vous suffit de la valider à un guichet postal dans un de ces pays encore manquants .
