J'ai retrouvé l'adresse de l'agence de voyage dans mes mails:

ainsi que les détails ci-dessous qu'ils m'avaient envoyé l'année dernière (donc à vérfifer).
Leur système de paiement en ligne marche très bien et c'est comme cela que j'avais réservé les billets.
Par contre j'avais moi-même essayé par le site des chemin de fers turques et je n'avais pas réussi à réserver.
L'agence prend une com, bien-sûr mes c'est quand-même pratique et ils étaient sérieux.

Firuz Aga Mosque, then look across
Divan Yolu and down the hill to the office, next to the big old
Türk Edebiyati Vakfi building.
