Inquiétudes face au Grand Palladium Kanthana (Riviera Maya)

Nous arrivons de notre voyage d’une semaine au Grand Palladium, section White Sand à Riviera Maya :
Immense complexe divisé en 5 secteurs.
Notre choix : White Sand, supposément le meilleur (excluant le Royal). Conception, design et entretien : TRÈS bien.
Qualité et organisation des multiples restaurants :BON. Qualité du SPA : EXCELLENT; service à l’accueil: PAUVRE: peu d’empressement envers la clientèle,
Service à la clientèle au lobby (et téléphonique), PAUVRE: souvent cavalière, quelquefois impolie; obtention d’une requête à la chambre (une fois): PAUVRE et laps d’une heure.
Transport par véhicules sur le site, CARENCES: temps d’attente, et disponibilité: INACCEPTABLES; attitude du chauffeur et conduite du véhicule PAUVRE.
État de la plage: sable hors de l’eau OK, dans l’eau: pas de White Sand : rocaille AIGUE rendant l’accès à pied impossible; odeur NAUSÉABONDE: fosses septiques? (nous forçant de changer de secteur).
Le pro du tennis était présent et flânait; sa disponibilité pour fournir des cours : à peu près JAMAIS.
Conclusion :
notre déception fut grande et inattendue. La mauvaise GOUVERNANCE, et non le personnel, semble en être la cause.

Guest service (lobby and telephone), POOR: often blunty. Request at the room (once), POOR plus a one-hour wait.
Service and management at the restaurants GOOD.
Quality of the SPA : EXCELLENT; service at reception :POOR.
Transport system within the site, POOR : waiting time, attitude, unacceptable driving.
Sea-side : beach itself : sand; waterside, POOR : within the water: gritty, making the walking painful : no more White Sand. smelliness due to the proximity of septic tanks; we had to move to another beach sector.
The tennis pro was lounging most of the time; his availablility for teaching was near to never: VERY bad.CONCLUSION
In short, our great deception was unexpected.
GOVERNERSHIP of this multilocated resort seems to be accountable for poor training of the staff.
