Ouzbékistan: transit par St Pétersbourg-Pulkovo et nécessité du visa de transit?

Bonjour,Je me rends en Ouzbekistan au mois de juillet et mon vol depuis Paris fait escale à St Pétersbourg, où un chagement de terminal (du 2 au 1) est nécessaire avant d'embarquer pour Tashkent. Ces deux terminaux ne sont pas "physiquement" reliés mais une navette assure le transfert. Dois-je me munir d'un visa de transit russe sachant que l'escale dure 2h30 à l'aller et 7h au retour? Quelqu'un aurait-il emprunté cet itinéraire récemment? En règle générale, par exemple à l'aéroport Sheremetyevo de Moscou, un visa de transit n'est pas nécessaire pour aller du T1 au T2, mais je ne sais pas pour Pulkovo-St Pétersbourg.

N'ayant jamais transité par Saint-Petersbourg, je ne sais rien te dire mais que dit Pulkovo (la compagnie)?

Bonjour Michel,J'ai en effet contacté Pulkovo qui affirme qu'un visa de transit est nécessaire pour se rendre du terminal international au terminal domestique. Cependant, je serais très surpris qu'une procédure de transfert par navette sous encadrement des autorités ne soit pas possible, comme à Moscou.

Cette information est erronée puisque dans le cas précis de l'aéroport Sheremetyevo de Moscou le transit se fait via la zone internationale et qu'un visa de transit n'est par conséquent pas requis.L'idéal serait d'avoir un retour d'un voyageur ayant emprunté l'itinéraire via St Pétersbourg.Rémi

Attention car concernant Sheremetievo, le terminal 1 n'accueille plus (sauf exceptions) de vols internationaux.Le transit à Sheremetievo se fait exclusivement au terminal 2. Pour ce cas de figure, en effet, le visa est inutile car tu restes bel et bien dans le même terminal.Mon dernier transit via le treminal 1 date d'octobre 2004 au retour de Tashkent. A l'époque, il s'effectuait sans visa de transit car tu étais "encadré" par Aeroflot et le personnel de l'aéroport.Ce que Timatic (qui est un site officel IATA que les compagnies utilisent pour les embarquement) dit c'est que si tu changes de terminal (comme cela est le cas à Saint-Petersbourg), le visa est nécessaire.Timatic n'est pas un site "maison", conçu depuis un vieux PC sur la table de la cuisine...Pourquoi ne contactes tu pas la compagnie? Ou vas sur le site de l'aéroport.Michel

Je viens de remettre "la main" sur un "vieux" mail.Voici ce que m'avais envoyé (mi-mars 2007) le secrétaire de l'ambassade belge à Moscou concernant les transits. On y parle de Pulkovo.Il a copié ces infos depuis le site de Sheremetyevo.Je dois par contre bien préciser que les infos concernant le transit par Moscou sont incomplètes et dès lors erronées.TRANSIT WITHOUT VISA (TWOV)Those continuing their journey to a third country within 24 hours provided
holding confirmed onward tickets and all documents required for next
destination. Leaving the transit area is not allowed. If transiting via St.
Petersburg - Pulkovo airport passenger must arrive and depart on the same
day between 07.00 a.m. and 10.00 p m. Passenger needs a transit visa if
switching between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
If transiting via Moscow – Sheremetyevo airport and staying longer than 24
hours. obtaining the transit visa prior to arrival is required Hotel
accommodation is available at Sheremetyevo Moscow airport.
Stateless persons and refugees can only transit without visa if they transit
within 24 hours.
Nationals of Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, FYROM (Former Yugoslav Republic
