Bienvenue au Maroc...je veux bien savoir si vous etes marocain ou non
Alors pour vivre au maroc, c est presque la meme chose que tous les pays...si vous marocain c est encore facille...un logement a louer ou acheter a Oujda c est moin cher que par ex a Tanger, Marrakech ou bien Casablanca...pour une maison..il faut compter de peut etre 50.000EUR pour 150m2 hbitable et pour louer peut etre un bon lieu 3chambre peut etre les environ de 175 a 200Eur...sinon moin cher...pour vivre avec 4 enfants, nouriture 170Eur...pas de luxe et sans sortir manger ailleurs

pour vivre correctement au Maroc, avec des habitudes de niveau de vie européenne, il faut compter au minimum 20.000 dirhams par mois, sans doute plus avec 4 enfants.
Déjà, il faut savoir que le niveau de l'enseignement public est très faible, et donc si tu souhaites que tes enfants puissent ensuite faire des études en Europe, où ne soient pas trop gênés par la différence de niveau scolaire, si finalement tu décides de rentrer en Europe (et beaucoup de Marocains qui rentrent au pays jettent l'éponge au bout de quelques années), il faut absolument les mettre dans une école privée, ce qui restreint déjà tes choix en matière de ville. Et encore plus si tu souhaites les mettre dans une école française ou anglaise.
Le prix des trucs de base est relativement bas, un pain vaut 2 dirham (pour une personne, un repas), le kilo de viande entre 60 et 80 dirham, le litre d'essence est autour de 10-11 dirhams, et ce sont des prix contrôlés. Ensuite, pour le reste, pour un appartement agréable, pour une grande famille, tu vas sans doute devoir compter dans les 4000 dirhams par mois de location.
Pour tout ce qui est électro ménager, les prix sont équivalents à l'Europe, voir moins cher, mais la qualité est beaucoup plus basse -> les ammener avec toi.
Voilà sinon "informations sur le pays" c'est vaste, surtout que tu dois connaitre un peu pour avoir envie de t'installer là bas ? Précise un peu ta question ?
PS : sur internet, il vaut mieux ne pas écrire en majuscules, c'est considéré comme l'équivalent de crier
Eh oui, mais la vie "à standard équivalent" n'est pas bon marché au Maroc.
Les écoles privées coûtent cher, les voitures, la hifi, les ordinateurs ont le même prix qu'en Europe, l'essence presque pareil, etc... L'assurance médicale doit être privée, etc.
Beaucoup de Marocains vivent avec très peu, c'est vrai... mais ils ne vivent pas bien. A toi de savoir si c'est le genre de vie que tu veux, pour toi et tes enfants.
Les prix de l'immobilier flambe, est-ce que tu connais bien la Maroc?As tu vécu au moins 6 mois là-bas?(pour te faire une idée)
Si tes enfants sont grands, attention, à l'aclimatation.Comme tu le sais le Maroc, c'est pas l'Angleterre...

Si tu es Anglais ..tu dois avoir un logement et un compte bancaire et je crois 500Euro ou 600Eur par mois comme versement de ton pays d origine dans ton cas Angletaire
A Oujda tu trouveras le tout...les Ecoles, les Supermarches...tout tout...et pas loin de l Algerie pour une sortie de qq jours..La bled

tu sais etre en angleterre c pas le top pour les enfants oui question materiel tout va bien mais pour le future des enfants speretuelle et religion c pas le top faut faire bcp pour tenir et allahou aalam.
Si c'est ça qui guide ton envie de partir au Maroc, je te conseille plutôt l'Egypte. Le Maroc est beaucoup plus laïcisé que l'Egypte, et si tu cherches un environnement islamique pour tes enfants, tu le trouveras sans doute plus facilement là bas. Avec en plus la langue anglaise, et sans doute moins de problèmes pour les écoles.
Et peut être aussi c'est plus facile pour quelqu'un à moitié algérien. Les relations entre les deux pays ne sont pas toujours simples...

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
