Merci pour toutes les infos dispo sur ce site. Nous venons de passer 2 mois au Brésil et nous étudions sérieusement l'idée de nous y installer avec nos 3 enfants (5/8/10 ans).
Nous envisageons un visa investisseur et nous avons un projet assez simple de restauration (j'ai déjà eu 5 resto à Paris).
Parmi toutes nos questions, les plus importantes sont :
- Est-il simple d'inscrire les enfants au Lycée Molière ?
- Quel est le niveau de l'école par rapport à la France ?
- Comment faites vous pour occuper vos enfants l'après-midi ? C'est bien organisé ou c'est un enfer de conduite ?
- Du fait de la rentrée en mars, nos enfants doivent-ils redoubler !? Si quelqu'un a déjà connu cela merci de votre expérience!
- Existe-t-il des agences de relocation qui s'occupent de l'administratif : visa, appartement, papier divers et variés...
- Quel est le coût d'une bonne mutuelle pour une famille de 5 p ? Nous conseillez vous la Caisse des Français à l'Etranger ou avez vous de meilleures options pour la sécu ?
- Combien coûte un déménagement d'un container de Paris à Rio ? Avons nous des taxes à payer (je crois que c'est le cas pour l'informatique et l'électroménager, et pour ... le vin??)
Si l'un d'entre vous a connu la même expérience que nous, je suis super preneur d'infos car ça nous parait un peu une montagne (on vise une installation en mars).

pour les papiers administratifs voir le (despachante)il s'occupe de tout .les appartements voir vous mème ou si vous avez pas le temps une agence immobilière.
La sécu existe au Brésil mais avec une légère augmentation.voir aussi avec le consulat Français.av.Président Antonio Carlos 58 RIO DE JANEIRO.
Pour le déménagement en général les gents vendent tout sur place et rachètent au Brésil .on trouve tout au Brésil.meilleur marché.

Pour l' école, soit ils sont en mi temps donc le matin ou l' après midi soit ils sont à temps complet et l'école se charge d' offrir des activitées complémentaires.
sinon sur rio, il y a beaucoup de choses à faire pour ceux qui aiment, la nature, le sport, la mer etc...
Pour ouvrir un commerce donc bussiness il faud avoir un avocat, car les démercarches sont très longues et compliquées. Inutile de dire, que tout seul sa parrait peu réalisable.
Un comptable peu aussi se charger de ses formalités, ensuite il ferra appel si il veux à un dispachante. ( la aussi ne pas passer par un dispachante qui pourra faire n' importe quoi)! et qui a souvent aucune formation.
Pour obtenir le Visa d' affaire il faud investir 172 000 R$.
Pour la mutuel, sécu, deux solutions, soit il faut voir avec la sécu pour les français vivant à l'étranger, mais le plus simple et de contrater un plan de santé Brésilien.
PLAN DE SAUDES. Par exemple : unimed. Amil.
Pour un plan complet pour adulte il faud compter 400 R$ par mois et 250 pour un enfant.
Pour le déménagement il faud oublié! c' est la pire des solutions!

J'ai fait l'expérience d une expatriation "pour changer d'air" avec mon mari (bresilien) et notre fils (2 ans quand on est arrivé). mais nous, on a choisi la campagne.
inscrire ses enfants au lycee moliere c est aussi simple qu en france et le lycee est frequenté par la creme de la creme, l'élite (à 400 euros par enfant et par mois ça se comprend). y a des bourses mais avec la crise, je crois que c est encore moins facile d en obtenir. la secu bresilienne, y a des plans environ à 150 euros par adulte et 80 par enfant. L'école la demi journee, c est vraiment l enfer, il faut l avouer. on peut toujours payer des ecoles temps complet, il suffit de doubler le prix.
en fait tout se paie assez cher quand on veut maintenir son rythme de vie européen. Pour le demenagement en container, c est plus cher que de tout racheter ici. en plus toutes les normes sont differentes il faut des adaptateurs pour tout. sinon il me semble qu il faut compter 3000 euros le metre cube.
je serais vous je ne m emballerais pas aussi vite. sauf si vous connaissez deja le bresil en plus de vos deux mois de vacances!

Pour l' école des enfants il n'y a pas de problèmes ..( voir les mensualités )...Sinon le niveau est certainement meilleur qu' en France ...lycée Francais donc même cursus
La CFE peut être une solution en regardant sur le long terme .. En cas de retour pour ne pas perdre des droits - plus une mutuelle française
Sinon l' Unimed en choisissant l option ( état de Rio. Dite locale ) moins chère que la couverture nationale
Pour le déménagement je ne connais pas les prix Pour les meubl etc a oublier .. Maisdes affaires perso usagées ne doit pas être trop taxes a l arrivée mais en général font trainer sur les frais de stockage... Par contre tout ce qui est electronque informatique est lourdement taxé.. ,
De toute manière pour créer votre affaire il vous faut soit un comptable ou avocat ayant déjà l expérience , il faut bien. 6 mois entre le moment du dépôt du dossier et recevoir la carte de résident ...
Les affaires au Bresil ne sont pas faciles bureaucratie ..et jeito des brésiliens sont parfois déroutant.mais déjà un bon point si vous êtes pro dans ce domaine ..

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
