Je suis actuellement en attente de la réponse pour mon pvt Canada et j'ai une question concernant l'assurance qu'ils demandent: peux-t-on considérer l'assurance que prodigue les services de ma banque via ma CB comme une assurance maladie/rapatriement/hospitalisation, celle que les autorités demandent?
Je pense que non, ça n'est pas suffisant mais dans le doute je préfère demander ;)
Et sinon, auriez vous des assureurs à me recommander? (genre pas chers et fiables!!:))

Non, cela ne suffit apparemment pas. Je te conseille d'aller consulter les sujets dédiés sur le forum des pvtistes :

Moi aussi je suis en attente de la reponse PVT je voulais savoir si tu a deja recu la reponse de la Mobilite des Jeunes, et a ton avis combien de temps ca peut prendre pour l'imigration car moi la Mobilite des Jeunes j'ai recu la reponse au bout d'une semaine apres l'envoi de mon dossier mais pour l'imigration j'attend toujours et je trouve que ca fait long, par rapport au MDJ. Ou en es tu maintenant?

J'ai donc attendu en tout et pour tout 3 semaines.
J'appréhendais un peu en voyant sur le forum des pvt tous les gens ayant reçu les leurs si vite!! mais comme tout le monde dit: faut pas t'en faire, à l'ambassade ils doivent crouler sous les dossiers! et qui dit pas de réponse ne dit pas forcement réponse négative!!
Ca va venir 😉 un peu de patience!

Moi je suis deja sur place, et vraiment j'attend avec impatience, si tu me dis que beaucoup ont deja des reponses positives y compris toi c'est que c'est pour bientot, pour moi, je ne desespere pas.
Concernant, l'assurance tu as choisis quoi et tu t'es renseignes ou, car moi j'en vois beaucoup mais j'ai l'impression que c'est un peu cher la derniere que j'ai vu est a 224 euros, j'ai l'impression que c'est la moins chere, je veux savoir s'il y en a qui ont eus des moins cher que ca, car il y a quelque mois je regardais sur le net et j'ai vu des assurances mondiales a 188 euros pour l'annee, mais je ne retrouve plus ce site.
Une derniere question: le programme a ouvert le 19 novembre 2009, toi tu a envoyes ton dossier quand exactement?
Moi je l'ai envoyes vers le 26 novembre et j'ai eus ma premiere reponse vers le 2 decembre et depuis j'attend pour la deuxieme reponse!

Dabord concernant l'assurance, j'ai vaguement regardé sur les forums ce que les gens conseillent et apparement globalpartner c'est bien, mais il me semble que c'est quand même bien plus cher que celle dont tu parles. Mais puisque je ne pars pas maintenant j'ai le temps de m'occuper de ça plus tard.
J'ai envoyé mon dossier le 2 décembre.. je sais je sais ça ne va pas te rassurer ;) mais dis toi que l'ambassade prévois un délai de 8 semaines!! donc moi je ne pensais pas avoir ma réponse avant fin janvier!! :)
C'est quand j'ai lu plein de commentaires de pvtistes ayant eu leurs réponses et moi disant que je m'en faisais beaucoup d'attendre, que 2 jours après jai eu la mienne!

Je suis la depuis un bon moment, et franchement je m'y plais, j'ai envie de savoir ca que ca fait de passer l'hiver a moins 40. Je veux aussi travailler voir un peu le mode de vie des canadiens et je pense que la vie ici est completement differente de la vie en france mais tu verras de toi meme. J'ai fais la connaissance d'une parisienne qui etait venu avec le PVT mais elle est pas restee longtemps elle n'a pas assez profitee de son visas.
La question que je me pose c'est: admettons que tu viennes en fevrier ou mars voire meme mai, ton visas sera valable jusqu'au meme mois l'annee prochaine?
En fait je compte travailler et visiter surtout le Grand Canyon et les Chutes du Niagara faire le tour du Canada car c'est vraiment un pays que je trouvais interessant, et apres je verrais si ca me passionne toujours pour voir ce qu'il y a a envisager....

Ton visa est valide à partir du moment où tu mets les pieds sur le territoire. Dans ton cas, si tu le demandes de là-bas, je pense qu'il sera valide dès que tu iras à la douane, car c'est là qu'ils te délivrent ton permis de travail. Je dis ça selon ce que j'ai compris evidement. Donc tu peux tres bien le débuter le 31 decembre 2010 et il sera valide jusqu'au 30 ou 31 décembre 2011!

Ca y est j'ai eus ma convocation medicale je suis trop contente, en effet cmme moi j'etais deja sur place ca a mis plus de temps puisque la convocation ils l'envois juste par currier et le temps que ca arrive (France-Canada)ca met forcement du temps, d' apres ce que je vois je devais avoir ma reponse depuis le 9 decembre 2009, mais bon l'essenntiel c'est que maintenant je l'ai je suis cntente....

I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
Are there any special requirements before leaving France (aside from taxes...)?

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area. Anyway, that’s not the main point—could anyone explain the pros and cons of doing this job in Switzerland?
