Je lance un SOS aux gens de Montpellier😊...Moi je vais m'installer à partir de septembre pour 4 mois à Montpellier en tant qu'étudiante étrangère et je ne trouve pas de logement...Faut dire que c'est pas evident de chercher un studio ou des colocs à distance vu que je suis encore à Montréal. Si quelqu'un a un tuyau ou des conseils à me filer n'hésitez pas. Et bon voyage!😉
désolée de commencer de cette façon, mais les logements a montpellier ça devient plus que rare!!!!
il faut que tu ailles voir sur les sites de "bonjour" et du "top", ce sont les journaux de petites annonces sur la region. Par contre ne te fais pas avoir, certaine offres sont très allechantes mais ce sont des arnaques, alors si tu vois une annonce avec un loyer miserable, regarde s'il n'y a pas marqué (odl, 160euros, yty, ou listes disponibles)en fait ce sont des agences qui prennent toutes les annonces sans verifier que les apparts sont libre ou pas déjà loués par une autre agence.
On a l'impression qu'elles ont beaucoup à proposer mais en fait il n'ont pas plus que les autres(et c'est à dire pas grand choses!!!
enfin si tu as des questions des annonces qui te paraissent louches, je suis pretes a les verifiers pour toi si c'est possible.
Pour toutes les autres questions que tu aurais à poser(loyer, quartier......) n'hesite pas moi j'y suis depuis maitenant trois ans.
en attendant j'ouvre mes oreilles et si j'entends quelquechoses à propos d'un appart qui se libère je te tiens au courant!

(une dernière chose, il faut que tu saches que pour avoir un appart avec une agnece, en ce moment il demande que les cautionnaires gagne 6, 5 fois le montant du loyer!!et oui je sais c la folie;mais le soleil ça se merite)😉
ensuite pour les journaux, justement il sont sur le net et c mieux parce les annonces sont sur le site avant de sortir dans les journaux, dc tu as plus de chances de trouver qqchose qui n'est pas encore louer.
tu peux aussi regarder sur "pap"(particulier à particulier).

J'aurais une autre question à te demander...vu que tu habites à Montpellier tu dois connaître les meilleures résidences au centre-ville. Si t'en connais qui offrent des studios préviens moi. Je pense que c'est mon dernier recours 😕 meme si c'est cher...avec l'euro meme le $ can ne vaut plus rien 🙁

sinon encore mieux, tu peux aller sur Carnon (c'est sur la côte à une Quinzaine de Km de montpellier, déservie par le bus), pour septembre t'es pratiquement sûre de trouver un petit studio tout meublé pour moins de 400 €, ce sont les appartements pour les vacanciers d'été, c'est l'agence espadon qui propose ce genre de prestations
Il y qqs résidences au centre-ville mais elles sont déjà réservées tous pour l'année 2006-2007!!! Je parle de l'Observatoire et l'autre dont je me ne souviens plus le nom.
Je suis aussi un étudiant extranger... Je suis allé à Mtp début juillet pour chercher du logement et c'était déjà presque complet! Au centre-ville tu ne trouveras rien. c'est dommage parce que les univ./ecoles sup. sont à qqs km du centre ville et les buses ne circulent plus après 23h. Moi je suis aux Escholiers (ave de lodève), ce qui était à ce moment plus ou moins la seule résidence libre....
Alors as tu trouvé qqchose pour te loger à Montpellier???
J'ai aussi dû lutter pour trouver qqe chose de bien là - bas, alors je peut te conseiller (si tu n'a encore rien trouver) l'agence SPAG. Ils ont pas mal de truc encore à diiférents prix.

Pour ce qui est du logement les quartier à éviter sont le quartier de la gare, l'avenue de toulouse, le Petit Bard et la Paillade.
Les quartier proches de l'école sont Alco, Celleneuve, La Martelle, Malbosc, Avenue du Père Soulas.

Montpellier est ma vile française préférée!! si tu veux faire du sport, théâtre, musées, la fiesta.. bref y atout ce que tu veux. En plus la mer est pas loin et l'arrière pays est pas mal aussi.
Mon endroit préféré est biensûr la place de la comédie. Pour ce qui est des auberges je ne connais pas mais tu peux essayer APl edition qui est un organisme de particulier à particulier.
