Je viens de tomber sur ce forum par hasard et je me dis que peut etre que quelqu'un trouvera une idée géniale, un truc ou astuce pour nous sortir de ce "cacadier".
En quelques lignes (je vais essayer...). Mon ami a été embauché par une entreprise indienne pour bosser là bas (départ prévu initialement mardi dernier...) je pars avec.
Nous voila partis à la "conquete" du visa via Paris.
Pour moi : visa touristique = aucun probleme (malgré la mauvaise volontée de la dame du guichet 3...)
Pour mon ami : visa employment : 1er round : (5heures d'attente) "Il manque tel papier" (notifier nulle part sur le site et dont personne n'a jamais entendu parlé)
2e round : (rebelotte) "Cette phrase n'est pas à la bonne place sur le papier" (papier rempli par les soins d'une secretaire indienne)
3e round : (2 ou 3 bonnes heures) " laisser votre dossier on vous appelera" (aucun appel)
4e round : (on ne compte plus la patience ne fait plus qu'un avec nous) " on a pas encore regardé votre dossier"
Alors mes questions sont : "POURQUOI SEMBLENT ILS S'OBSTINER À REFUSER DE NOUS DONNER AU MOINS UNE REPONSE ?" et surtout " QUEL RECOURS AVONS NOUS ?"
Nous avons deja reporté le depart d'une semaine et il semblerait que la semaine prochaine sera idem...
Merci à toute personne ayant ne serait ce qu'une minuscule idée (déjà pensé par correspondance mais tous les papiers sont deja dans leur bureau).
Et bon courage à ceux qui partent là bas, au moins on apprend la patience....

je ne sais pas si cela peut t'aider mais lorsque j'étais en Inde, j'ai du aller au Foreign Registration Office à Delhi pour prolonger mon visa (touristique). Il y avait un gars devant qui faisait sa demande de visa (business) devant moi. Je sais qu'il a du fournir un justificatif de son emploi et également une lettre de son employeur expliquant les raisons de son embauche.
Bon j'imagine qu'à Paris les documents doivent être les mêmes, mais l'idée est de peut être demandé un visa touristique dans un premier tps pour pouvoir partir en Inde et peut être s'adresser directement à Foreign Registration Office à Delhi.
Je ne garantis pas du tout que cela marche, c une idée. Certains du forum auront peut être plus d'infos.

ce que vous décrivez ne m'étonne qu'à moitié. dans l'autre sens, croyez en sur c'est aussi difficile pour des indiens d'avoir un visa pour la france.....
je serai en inde en sept octobre et passerai par delhi que je connais bien bien
c'est gentil d'avoir répondu et l'idée n'est pas bete du tout.
Le probleme c'est que nous avons des echos de tous les cotés et on ne sait plus sur quel pied danser.
Ce matin meme je discutais avec un monsieur qui s'occupe des visas du monde et il me certifiait qu'il y avait "anguille sous roche" bref on finit par devenir à moitié parano.
Le coté positif c'est que le chef de la boite est au courant de ce probleme et "devrait" tenter de faire quelque chose pour nous sortir de ce mauvais pas.
Donc patience et surtout garder les nerfs bien accrochés

Quant à ce qui est de prolonger un visa touriste je croyais que c'était impossible... Quand j'y habitais il fallait sortir du pays pour le faire. Des amis (qui travaillaient avec le visa touriste dailleurs) allaient au Népal pour le prolonger...
Ca a peut être changé, mais l'année dernière a priori c'était impossible de prolonger un visa touriste et encore moins de le transformer en visa travail.
Le registration center est une formalité en plus, une fois le visa de travail obtenu dans ton pays, si je ne m'abuse (mais a reconfirmer!)
Et enfin voilà un message que m'avait adressé quelqu'un que je connaissais bien (j'avais eu plein de problemes de passeport...) à l'ambassade de France a Delhi:
"A l'Ambassade il n'y a personne qui est censée être spécialisée pour
répondre à vos questions concernant des visas indiens. Donc je vais
essayer de vous répondre.
En principe, l'institut indien doit prendre contact avec l' ambassade
à Paris pour constituer un dossier de demande de visa de long séjour
pour vous. Seul l'Ambassade de l'Inde à Paris pourra répondre à vos
questions puisque c'est eux qui délivrent les visas. Je n'ai pas de
contact avec eux car je n'ai pas besoin de leur contacter dans mon
travail. On me dit qu'ils ne sont pas du tout aimables ou efficaces ?
Il faut sûrement un visa de "business" ou plutôt un visa de travail
(Employment Visa). Le visa de travail est difficile à obtenir et ils
demandent beaucoup de justificatifs de la société ou de l'institut
local. Sinon, vous aurez des problèmes pour transformer le visa si vous
avez par exemple un visa "X" (quand ils ne savent pas trop ce que c'est)
et pour renouveler votre visa à l'expiration sur place. Vous serez dans
la légalité uniquement si vous obtenez un visa de travail mais chez les
indiens rien n'est noir ni blanc !"
Plein d'enseignement.... EN tout cas c'était une personne adorable a l'ambassade de France et je la remercie encore (je garde son anonymat pour la suggestion de la dernière phrase..😉
Voilà donc a priori pas d'aide à escompter de leur coté en tout cas.
Je rejoint notre ami qui te propose de partir avec un visa touriste pour ce travail. Pour exemple... lorsque je vivais à Pondicherri j'ai rencontré le Directeur de l'APSA qui me disait qu'il travaillait à Pondi depuis 8 mois et que les autorités ne lui avaient pas encore délivré son visa. Pourtant c'est l'Ambassade directement qui s'occupait de ses papiers....puisqu'il était parti en tant que fonctionnaire de l'état français.
Alors ne vous bilez pas et partez avec un visa touristes.
Par contre ne pas oublier en arrivant de se faire tamponner ce visa touriste en arrivant en Inde, on a 15 jours pour le faire, sinon c'est une amende !

On nous l'a conseillé plusieurs fois mais le problème c'est que le dossier de mon ami est au consulat dans les services visa et apparement il faudrait pour cela le récuperer et représenter le dossier quelques mois plus tard (étant donné qu'il se rend au consulat 2 fois par semaine ils commencent à le reconnaitre...).
Nous avons contacté son futur employeur en Inde qui "apparement" devrait essayer d'intervenir lundi (il nous a dit que cela pourrait prendre 2 jours comme 1 mois...charmant comme perspective)
Donc après la patience nous apprenons l'espérance.
Quoi qu'il en soit c'est sympa d'essayer de trouver des solutions à notre problème.
Quand le jour, enfin, arrivera où vous pourrez toucher le sol Indien, ça n'en sera qu'avec plus de joie et de bonheur !!!

Les choses semblent s'arranger... (ne sautons pas de joie rien n'est encore gagné)
Les employeurs indiens ont contacté l'ambassade et nous avons ENFIN ce minuscule "ticket d'épicerie" qui nous donne accès à la deuxieme (et normalement dernière) étape de "à la poursuite du visa".
Donc demain (si tout va bien) nous aurons le visa.
Je te propose plutôt de prier le DIEU GANESH, si tes intentions sont bonnes il acceptera de t'aider, il aide toujours ceux qui le lui demandent....
Depuis que je suis revenue d'Inde il y a tj un éléphant dans ma poche, sur ma table de nuit ou accroché à mon sac ou mon rétroviseur. En Inde, va faire connaissance avec lui il te protègera toi et toute ta famille durant votre séjour.
