nous partons 1 mois en juin prochain pour prendre les 1er contact.
Notre objectif : Monter un restaurant type "créperie/pizzéria".
Quelqu'un aurait-il de bonnes adresses pour nous aider à rassembler un maximum d'information quand aux différentes formalités à réunir pour une telle installation.
Il faut un prete nom indonesien et qui sera directeur de votre restaurant donc un salaire a lui verser, la forme de societe courante est une PT. Le mieux est de voir sur place avec un avocat(un bon si possible!), normalement le prete nom n a pas de part de societe, il a juste des parts en blanc. Pour une Creperie pizzeria le mieux est de s installer sur kuta, legian, seminiak proche des expats etrangers qui sera votre future clientele. En tant qu etranger vous devrez vous munir d un visa de travail qui coute aux environs de 1200 dollars US. Bon j esperes gouter vos crepes un jour!

pour avoir moi meme ouvert une taverne bretonne a bali, et pour avoir ete contraint de ferme tres rapidement, soucis financiers... je vous conseille de vraiment avoir un compte en banque solide. a part quelques endroits ( kuta legian, seminyak), qui sont d ailleurs tres cher a la location, il y a peu d endroits ou le flot touristique soit constant tout au long de l annee, et il faut bien faire avec les mois creux..
je serai ravi de pouvoir vous donner quelques infos, car meme en connaissant bien bali, et en ayant de bons contacts sur place, il est tres facile de se planter... la preuve en ait.
mais bon il y des choses super a monter ici, et une creperie a bali, il n y en a pas!
je suis meme dispo a vous rencontrer, si je peux vous filer 2/3 tuyaux de maniere a ce que vous reussisiez.

J'ai une question pour vous qui vivez à Bali (statut d'expatrié j'imagine ?) : qu'en est-il de la sécu et autres mutuelles et assurances ?
Concernant la sécu française déjà : en bénéficiez-vous toujours ? si oui comment cela se passse-t-il, et combien de temps peut-on en bénéficier une fois le territoire français quitté (en ayant été salarié jusque là) ? ou peut-être avez-vous eu recours à un organisme privé international ou français ? dans ce cas quels sont les tarifs pour jouir d'une bonne protection en cas de maladie ou accident ?
Nous réfléchissons en ce moment à une expatriation vers Bali l'année prochaine avec 2 enfants (10 ans et 5 ans) et nous sommes préoccupés par ces histoires d'assurances qui sont pour nous une des conditions sinequanon à un départ; Les prix prohibitifs proposés par des assurances privées nous refroidissent un peu...(entre 400€ et 750€ par mois pour assurer la famille + 1200 € / mois environ pour scolariser 2 enfants ça fait beaucoup d'argent à sortir avant même d'avoir mangé...).
Nous disposons d'un budget confortable pour nous installer (construire une villa) et nous pensions construire 2 autres villas pour les louer. Ce business est-il saturé à votre avis (il y a apparemment déjà énormément de villas à louer sur l'île mais également de plus en plus de touristes chaque année ?).Nous pensons qu'au regard des dépenses fixes incontournables (école, assurances, visas, taxes...) il faudrait, au minimum, gagner 3500€ / mois pour s'en sortir correctement, sans vivre dans l'oppulence ce qui n'est pas notre but (juste une vie un peu plus "sweet" que le métro/boulot/dodo parisien, une expérience unique pour nos enfants). Dites-moi donc si vous pensez que je me trompe totalement ou si je m'approche un peu de la réalité...l'avis d'un français vivant sur place et ayant tenté sa chance en ouvrant un restaurant m'intéresse beaucoup !

Non, malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu aboutir dans notre projet.
Par contre, En 2008, lors de notre 1er voyage Bali, nous avons fait connaissance d'un guide balinais francophone qui travaillait en solo et qui avant l'intention de créer une petite agence.
En 2010, lors de notre 2ème voyage à Bali, son agence avait du mal à "décoller", nous avons décidé de l'aider à promouvoir son agence en France.
Nous lui avons créé un site "www.baliemotion.com" et depuis fin 2010, il a embauché plusieurs autres guides et il fait vivre plusieurs familles balinaises.
Nous sommes retourné à Bali tout le moi d'octobre dernier et nous avons passé de superbes moments.
A défaut de vivre à Bali, nous avons maintenant plusieurs Vrais amis Balinais.
Moi oui par contre, installe depuis 14 mois.
Il faut oublier son confort western et ne pas esperer gagner 3500 euros par mois, et ca marche.
Pour info, plus de gens se cassent la figure que ceux qui reussissent, c'est pas facile de faire du business sur place, mais c'est possible.

Je ne gagne pas tant que ça mais je ne suis pas très matérialiste. Juste le nécessaire pour vivre est assez. Je cherche plutôt le bonheur. Peut être l'homme de ma vie ? qui sait? Je suis quelqu'un proche de la nature et des enfants. Je réponds à des causes humanitaires, le contact assez facile. Mais le mode de vie et la façon de penser des français me désespèrent. Finalement, vivre en France ne me plaît plus du tout. Je cherche une nouvelle terre d'accueil, moins européenne... plus ouverte..
Je partage actuellement ma vie avec un hollandais hindoustani né au Suriname (Guyane Hollandaise - Amérique du Sud) mais il est marié et ne quittera jamais sa femme parce qu'elle est handicapée et le partage ne me plaît pas. Bref en un mot, je veux partir loin, très loin. Le côté hindi me plaît, le yoga, l'ayurveda... je ne veux surtout pas être seule.

Tu trouveras peut etre reponse a tes tourments a Bali, differente mentalite et douceur de vivre.
Attention quand meme, la vie est loin d'etre simple, les gens assez egoistes dans le fond, et rencontrer l'ame soeur peut s'averer un jeu dangereux, les rapports humains etant tres entaches de rapports financiers. J'ai vu beaucoup, vraiment beaucoup de desillusions et des fins assez tragiques de ce cote la.
Par contre pour fuir la France, c'est la deuxieme nation la plus representee sur l'ile.
Vas d'abord y faire un grand break, te familiariser avec la vie la bas, (en faisant abstraction du cote carte postale) ensuite tu verras bien.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
