Je pense me faire mon idée, une fois sur place (mes recherches sur Internet me dises tout et son contraire).
J'aurais des questions pratique concernant mon déménagement.
J'ai possibilité de ramener mon véhicule une vieille épave de plus de 20 ans, est-il préférable de ramener un véhicule plus récent? et quel type de véhicule ?
est-ce qu'il est utile d'apporter mon élécto-ménager?
Bref quels sont les trucs qui font défaut (ou bcp trop chère en martinique) que j'ai intérêt à apporter de métropole?

Si c'est parceque ton déménagement est payé OK. Sinon, le prix que tu vas payer pour l'emmener t'aidera à en acheter une ici.
C'est un peu idem pour l'électro-ménager.
On a de tout et des magasins de tous niveaux de prix. Il y a certes des écarts - mais de moins en moins sur ce type de produits.
Là où les écarts sont les plus forts, c'est sur l'high tech de dernière génération.
Des sites pour t'aider à découvrir l'île - je t'envoie en MP une liste plus complète.
Puisque ton déménagement est payé, alors il ne te reste qu'à emmener tout ce dont tu as besoin pour vivre et que tu as déjà.
Après tout dépend aussi dans quel environnement tu vas vivre (appart, maison, surface, meublé...) et peut-être aussi de la durée de ton contrat (ou de ta mutation).
Tu peux toutefois te rassurer: si tu as oublié qqchose, tu le trouveras ici - sauf l'high tech toute dernière génération et alors tu feras comme bcp (dont moi) tu le commanderas par Internet !!! Et idem, si le prix local te paraît exorbitant par rapport à celui de métropole...
Internet a changé notre vie en matière d'accès à certains biens de consommation ou produits. Avant, nous profitions de voyages ou de voyageurs pour avoir certains produits, mais plus maintenant.
Par exemple, en ce moment j'attends une commande avec mes lentilles pour les 6 prochains mois (prix presque moitié par rapport à ici) et une autre avec des produits de beauté bio (idem question prix et surtout là question largeur du choix).
Certains me diront que du coup, je fais peu vivre le commerce local. C'est vrai sur ce plan, mais en même temps il y en a certains qui abusent et je refuse de les encourager...
Question voiture, tout dépend de ce que tu veux faire avec.
Ici, le parc est plutôt neuf et tire vers le haut de gamme (nombreux 4*4 de ville) - même si la plupart des gens n'ont absolument pas besoin d'un tel véhicule dans leurs déplacements quotidiens.
D'après ce que tu me dis, sur cette île les gens aiment "flamber" avec de belles voitures 🙂.
De toute façon je compte ramener une voiture plus modeste qu'un 4*4.

J'aurais juste une dernière info à te demander, je dois bosser sur Fort de France j'ai un budget de 600€ environ (pour une pers) est ce que je prétendre à quelque chose de pas trop éloigné et de convenable? j'ai jetté un coups d'oeil sur les annonces mais difficile d'avoir une idée sur les distances et l'environement.

Sur la question de savoir où habiter quand on travaille dans le centre (FdF, Lamentin, Schoelcher), il y a deux choix principaux. Savoir qu'en martinique, nous réfléchissons plutôt temps de tajet que distance kilométrique. Tu peux habiter à 10 km et mettre 30 minutes et habiter à 20 km et mettre aussi 30 minutes. Certains rond-point ou certaines routes sont très très engorgés...
- Les premiers choisissent d'habiter le plus près possible de leur lieu de travail. Concernant FdF, tout dépend donc où ce sera à FdF, de quel côté de la ville. C'est aussi le choix de ceux désirant être au plus près des commodités urbaines.
- D'autres optent pour habiter en commune, selon 3 axes: sud (Trois-Ilets, St-Luce, Diamant...) - nord (Case Pilote, Carbet) ou est (Trinité, François, Robert...). C'est souvent le choix de ceux désirant une proximité mer et petite ville.
C'est sur place, que tu pourras voir ce qui te conviendra le mieux.
600 euros, tu peux viser un F1 sûr, et aussi un F2 (sans les charges).

Centre commercial à Ducos = probablement Carf de Génipa.
Alors le plus proche sera le sud (à qqs minutes en voiture): Ducos, même ou plutôt Rivière Salée (petit Bourg) et après si tu peux aller jusqu'à une quinzaine de minutes: Sainte-Luce, Trois Ilets, Diamant...
Bref, tu seras sur une zone où les bouchons sont rares - surtout que le bouchon de Génipa a sauté en septembre (il s'est déplacé sur Ducos, mais cela ne devrait pas te concerner).

En effet, j'ai une opportunite pour l'été prochain de venir travailler en Martinique au Lamentin.
Nous rechercherions une maison type 4 chambres avec piscine. Quel cartier pensez vous le mieux adapté (sans trop de circulation et calme) et quel a quel prix en location ?
Soit, vouis restez sur le lamentin et dans ce cas je chercherai sur Acajou, Gondeau, Basse-Gondeau.
Soit vous avez envie d'aller en communes, de vous rapprocher de la mer et là vous avez soit le sud (Diamant, St-Luce, 3-Ilets), soit vers Le Robert, le François, Trinité... Tout dépend de vos choix de vie...
De la circulation, il y en a partout et parfois pour faire qqs centaines de mètres, on peut mettre très longtemps.
Tout dépend aussi où exactement vous allez travailler...

On préfèrerait habiter pas loin du travail et si possible en hauteur ? pour un peu de fraicheur... Ou me conseilleriez vous d'habiter ?
