Je suis maître auxiliaire dans l'enseignement privé depuis 4 ans en Guyane. Cet été, je rejoins mon époux, muté en Nouvelle Calédonie.
J'ai toujours pensé que seules les personnes ayant exercé une activité professionnelle en Nouvelle Calédonie percevaient des allocations chômage et que ceux venant de métropole ou d'un autre TOM-DOM n'avaient droit à rien.
Or, le rectorat de Guyane, dont je dépend, m'affirme que j'ai le droit de toucher l'allocation de retour à l'emploi (ARE) ; il m'a d'ailleurs envoyé le dossier d'ARE. J'ai envoyé un mail au vice rectorat de Nouvelle Calédonie pour savoir ce qu'il en était mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. Est-ce que quelqu'un peut me renseigner à ce sujet ?

Je posais simplement une question ! C'est une question légitime que se pose toute personne devant quitter son poste pour suivre son conjoint, non ? Bénéficier des allocations chômage lorsque l'on a travaillé pendant plusieurs années en attendant de retrouver un poste vous semble donc anormal ?
Où alors avez-vous une dent contre les profs, ces gros fainéants trop payés qui sont toujours en vacances et qui voudraient en plus toucher le chômage ?
Cela fait 8 ans que j'enseigne (4 ans en métropole et 4 ans en Guyane) et j'ai n'ai jamais "vécu sur le social" comme vous dîtes.

la NC n'est ni un dom ni un tom...Mais un POM pays d'outre mer, avec des lois spécifiques. Non vous n'aurez pas de chomage sur place, sauf si vos organismes le paient. j'ai vécu longtemps dans les iles et je suis l'un des nombreux qui pronent l'arret des primes, indexation etc...Si vous venez, ce sera pour le pays et non pour le fric.

je n'ai nullement de dent contre vous, mais vous nous fatiguez avec vos greves, en manipulant les élèves pour qu'ils vous suivent, et en prenant en otage nos enfants, toujours en vacances c'est faux ? et payées en plus.

J'en ai eu tellement ras la casquettes effectivement des grèves, ou nous n'avions aucune possibilité de garder nos enfants car travaillant tous les 2, prévenu à la dernière minute sans possibilité de trouver de solutions en dehors de la TV ou PlayS... seuls à la maison....
Mais ce n'est ni lieu, ni le forum pour s'énerver ainsi.
Fais comme moi, mets tes enfants dans le privé, depuis je ne connais plus les grèves!

As-tu lu correctement mon premier message ? Nous nous sommes évidemment renseignés avant que mon époux demande sa mutation puisque je savais que je ne toucherai pas d'ARE. C'est le rectorat de Guyane qui m'a affirmé le contraire alors je suis venue sur ce forum pour savoir ce qu'il en était réellement.
De plus, si je venais en Nouvelle Calédonie pour le fric comme certains le pensent, je vous assure que j'aurai choisi une destination bien plus intéressante financièrement et où j'aurai eu la certitude de toucher des allocations chômage.
Ma question s'adressait à des personnes capables de me répondre et non à des donneurs de leçons qui, eux, ne profitent bien sûr jamais des avantages sociaux (retraite, assurance maladie ...) !

non non, dans le civil, dans mon métier, on est retraité d'une caisse privée, pour laquelle nous avons beaucoup cotisé et non de la sécu telle que vous l'entendez.
pour ce qui concerne l'autre, c'est le ministere de la défense et c'est une dette de l'état dans les textes..

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
