Sur le territoire marocain depuis la mi-aout et à la recherche d'un emploi ( francais d'origine ), je me pose certaines questions surtout sur le permis de travail..
Tout d'abord je recherche un emploi dans le développement informatique ( et c'est tres dur de trouver ).
Premierement, je suis allé au consulat demander quelles étaient les démarches à faire pour rester sur le territoire. Donc il me faut certains papiers ( que je possède ) mais il me manque le permis de sejour. Ca, je sais comment l'avoir, il me faut deja tous les papiers concernant mon identité etc, et il me faut SURTOUT une preuve de revenu, c'est à dire un emploi contracté...
Le probleme qui se pose maintenant, c'est que j'ai passé un entretien au sein de Med-It, filliale de BMCI maroc pour le domaine informatique, et ils m'ont demandé si je possédais un permis de travail !
Hors je ne sais pas ce qu'est ce fameux permis ( jamais entendu parler jusque maintenant ), et je voudrais savoir comment me le procurer ??? ( lieu, papierss a fournir, etc )
pour bien te renseigner va chez un bureau de tabacs qui vend la papeterie et les documents administratif et tu lui demande un exemplaire de contrat de travail pour etranger il va te donner 5 imprimes 2 blanc et 3 marron que ton employeur doit les remplir et les cahetes puis tu doit les deposer au ministere du travail et des affaires sociales, a rabat ou ils vont prendre une et te donne le reste des exemplaires cahchete de l'accusé de reception ; a ce moment la tu va au commissariat de police avec des photos format petite ; qui a leur tours vont prendre un exemplaire pour vous delivrer votre carte de sejours suivant la durée de votre contrat . ( avant la sortie de cotre carte sejour la police te donne un recepissé pour circuler ) je crois que c'est claire .
pour avoi un permis de travail faut aller aupres de ministere de travail du maroc a rabat .vant il faut acheter le formulaire chez un kiosque ou chez un bureau de tabac .avant il faut le remplir par ton employeur puis tu le depose aupres du ministére de travail a rabat et tu doit avoir un accusé de reception .
apres comme tu le sait .tu va au district de police pour la carte de sejour et je crois que t'a besoin de photo .et bien votre identité .
c des simple demarches faut pas reculer .et n'hesiter pas si t'a d'autres questions .

Toutes ces démarches m'ont été transmises sauf pour le cas du ministere a Rabat, le consulat de Casa m'a bien indiqué que c'est l'employeur qui devait faire le nécessaire pour avoir les papiers.
Mais là ou je suis d'accord, c'est qu'apres je dois effectivement aller au bureau de police de Casa.
Le truc, c'est que l'employeur chez qui j'ai passé mon entretien m'a demandé si je possédais le permis de travail. Et apparemment, c'est à eux de faire les demarches pour que je l'ai si je suis ton résonnement en parallele de celui du consulat...
