Moi et mon copain (26 et 32 ans) serons au Grand Paradise PLaya Dorada du 17 janvier au 1er Février. Nous sommes au courant qu'il risque de manquer d'Activités à faire sur le resort en raison des rénovations. Alors j'aimerais savoir s'il y a des gens de notre âge, qui aime bouger pas mal, faire la fête, qui seront là en même temps que nous. Si on peut au moins avoir du monde qui seront partant pour jouer au volley ball, sortir le soir, etc. De plus, s'il y a quelqu'un qui est déjà allé dans ce coin là et qui connait de bonnes places à l'extérieur du resort pour faire des activités pas trop cher comme de l'équitation, nager avec les dauphins, etc. Se serait bien apprécié d'être mis au courant au lieu d'essayer de chercher les deals rendu sur place. Je sais aussi qu'il y a plusieurs resort tout près un de l'autre à Playa dorada, mais savez vous si on peut avoir acces à certains autres resort gratuitement ou à petit prix pour aller au gym par exemple, jouer au tennis, aller à la piscine, dans leur club, etc. Car jusqu'à date au Grand Paradise, plusieurs choses ne sont pas disponible, comme le tennis, gym, vélo, etc.

on a déjà échangé la semaine passée... le départ arrive à grand pas! ne vous tracassez pas trop avec les activités là-bas, au pire on peux jouer au beach volley 5 heures/ jour (je l'ai déjà fait à Varadero, un vrai malade!), si çà ne joue pas beaucoup à notre hôtel on peux se greffer sur le terrain d'un hôtel voisin(je ferai le GO, j'ai mon ballon!), j'espère que mon avion ne sera pas en retard le 19 je dois arriver vers midi, c'est certain qu'aussitôt que je peux j'enfile mon maillot et je me garroche sur le terrain de Volley. Je règlerai ma chambre plus tard (un truc, j'ignore à quelle heure vous arrivez mais n'essayez pas d'avoir votre chambre avant 15:00, vous perdrez votre temps, profitez plutôt tout de suite de la plage, de la cerveza et du buffet aussitôt que vous aurez votre bracelet! C'est pas le temps de s'inquiéter mais de s'exciter, j'espère que j'ai réussi à vous énerver un peu!

J'ai comme l'impression que tu seras très décu de m'avoir comme partenaire de volley-ball loll. Tu sembles être un pro là toi. Moi j'aime bien jouer, mais je n'ai pas eu la chance de jouer souvent et je peux te dire que je suis au niveau débutant :-O Mon copain est meilleure que moi par contre. Nous arrivons à Grand paradise dans la nuit du 17 janvier. Alors j'espère que ma chambre sera prête à 2ham parce que je n'aurai pas grand chose d'autre à faire que dormir. Nous serons à l'hôtel playa dorada du 13 au 27 janvier alors nous allons avoir 1 semaine en votre compagnie, nous sommes, ma blonde et moi agés de 20 ans et moi bientot 21 le 25 janvier, un rêve fêté ma fête dans le sud!!!! tk nous aussi nous avons un budget limité mais nous aimons bougé et s'amusé et faire le party. J'ai lu la plupart des critiques sur différents site internet et je crois que nous allons être gaté pareil même si le casino et le spa ne sont pas ouvert, mais au pire on peut aller à des casinos dans d'autre hotel!!!

OK, alors on se voit là bas dans très peu de temps!! Vous êtes peut être déjà rendu sur la plage vous autre là, chanceux!.... pendant que nous, il nous reste encore 4 jours à patienter, sans parler qu'on devra endurer les plus gros froid de l'hiver juste avant de partir :-(
Si jamais vous avez accès à internet là bas, écrivez nous pour nous dire comment c'est... s'il y a des services qui ont ouvert depuis le temps.
On va apporter un jeux de pocker, si jamais on a envie d'une petite soirée relaxe ;-)
j'espère que tu as aimé ton voyage malgré la température. Je peux te dire que le volley ball est devenu désert après ton départ. Si jamais tu veux des photos, j'en quelques une du volley ball, y compris toi en action ;-)

Personally, I always prepare an envelope with euro bills in different denominations before I leave (they exchange them easily on-site). Here’s my method:
🛏️ For housekeeping: I leave a bill on the pillow every morning since schedules rotate daily.
🍽️ For servers: I always sit at the same table. At the end of the trip, I give an envelope to each server who took care of us daily.
🎉 For entertainment: I set aside an envelope for the animator who put in the most effort and really touched me.
The package covers the hotel, but our tips help support the people who make our vacations magical. Don’t forget to budget for this in cash when you pack!

For my husband's 50th birthday, we're going to Mombasa for 10 days and 8 nights in March 2026.
I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)

3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.
