Or, la mutation de métropole vers la Nouvelle-Calédonie n'existe pas, il faut donc que je trouve une solution : par exemple un détachement dans une autre administration ou qu'un poste discrétionnaire soit créé à Nouméa dans mon administration.
J'ai actuellement un boulot passionnant, mais je dois me résoudre à faire quelques concessions pour le bien de ma famille qui ne se sent pas bien en métropole.
Peut-on trouver une solution de détachement ou de position hors-cadre dans une administration en Nouvelle-Calédonie pour que je ne prenne pas le risque de quitter mon job ?

Les "chefs" à la direction des douanes de Nouméa viennent de métropole, peut etre qu'eux peuvent t'indiquer la démarche à entreprendre.

Je suis fonctionnaire territoriale de la FPT métropolitaine et je travaille actuellement en Nouvelle Calédonie comme fonctionnaire détachée de mon administration d'origine.
Tu as trois possibilités : soit ton administration ouvre un poste en NC, et tu peux être recruté par voie de détachement (tu gardes ton statut de fonctionnaire, et continue de cotiser à ta caisse de retraite en métropole. soit tu recherches un poste dans une autre administration et postule par voie de détachement (ce qui a été mon cas) voici le site internet où tu trouveras la liste des postes vacants dans la FPT de nouvelle calédonie : http://www.drhfpt.gouv.nc/, rubrique "vacances de postes" ce site est actualisé tous les vendredis. soit tu te mets en disponibilité de la fonction publique pour convenance personnelle (tu as droit à 6 ans, ce qui te permet de garder ton statut de fonctionnaire, mais ton avancement est "gelé" durant ta disponibilité) et tu travailles dans le privé, ou dans une administration comme contractuel.
Ce que je peux te dire, c'est que si tu n'as pas de poste de fonctionnaire des douanes vacants en NC, il est très difficile d'avoir un détachement si tu n'es pas sur le territoire, .
pour ce qui me concerne, je n'ai pu retrouver un poste dans la fonction publique que 3 mois après mon arrivée sur le territoire,
mes candidatures depuis la métropole sont presques toutes restées sans réponses (une centaine de candidature en 10 mois)

J'ai consulté le site des postes vacants que tu m'as indiqués, mais il n'y en a pas pour l'instant qui corresponde à ce que je pourrais faire.
Quant à mon administration (les Douanes), je ne sais pas comment il pourrait ouvrir un poste de catégorie B auquel je pourrais prétendre (Dans les Douanes en NC, le recrutement des catégories B est local). Il faudrait qu'on m'offre un poste en catégorie A en "liste d'aptitude" (passage au choix dans le grade supérieur avec l'ancienneté et la notation) ; c'est-à-dire qu'avec mon ancienneté, l'Administration pourrait ajouté un poste en NC à sa liste des postes offerts pour une promotion en catégotie A. Mais je ne sais pas à qui m'adresser.
En tous les cas, un grand merci et si tu as d'autres pistes, c'est gentil de m'en faire part.
