Oui Oui je me suis renseignée d'abord d'où le départ si tardif dans l'année et parce que je sais qu'ils sont devenus plus que relou avec toutes les formalités administratives mais bon. Je veux vraiment y aller donc si vous connaissez du monde
je connais personne mais montez bien votre dossier pour l'ambassade car sans travail et un employeur c'est risque de refus et cela l'a toujours était c'est pas d'aujourd'hui comme vous le pensez.
Les usa a part la loterie de la carte verte et une mutation depuis une entreprise française ou américaine dur dur
C'est surement différent pour un nord américain en raison des accord entre les pays ou si vous travaillez au noir se qui est pas recommandé
Faites des recherches sur le forum il y a plein de discussion sur le sujet

???? Vraiment très bizarre ton histoire !! Si ta tante t'a pistonnée (je pense qu'elle a pu demander à sa boîte de te prendre en stage), dans ce cas, tu ne pourras pas bouger, tu devras rester dans cette boîte pendant la durée de ton visa, et rentrer en France à la fin !!

Ca ne marche pas comme ça !! Pour t'installer définitivement, ça ne dépend pas de si tu es intéressée ou pas !! Il va te falloir énormément de chance pour pouvoir rester sans tomber dans l'illégalité.

vu que personne n'a compri sous quel visa tu pars...on ne pourra pas te renseigner 'correctement' non plus.
un visa de travail (visa non immigrant!) est donne pour un temps donne et pour que tu puisses travailler pour l'entreprise qui te sponsorise (et pas une autre).
si tu trouves un autre travail, l'autre entreprise doit te sponsoriser, et donc tu dois refaire un visa de travail (en France).
si ton visa est termine, tu dois rentrer en France, ou tu dois retrouver une autre societe pour un autre visa de travail (visa qui de toute facon se fait en France!)...

Faux !! Si tu as 21 ans et que tu ne fais plus d'études, tu ne peux pas prétendre à un visa de travail (H1B) car il faut avoir minimum bac +3 ou +4 et généralement une solide expérience et des compétences dans un domaine spécifique.

Si tu as eu ton entretien, c'était pour quel visa ? Et à l'ambassade, ils ont du te dire ! C'est "oui", "non" ou "nous gardons votre passeport et devons procéder à des vérifications". Alors, que t'ont-ils dit ? Personne ne cherche à te destabiliser, mais plutôt à te faire prendre conscience que l'immigration aux US n'est pas facile, surtout si tu envisages une immigration permanente ! Il me semble que c'est mieux de savoir avant, (et le plus tôt possible) que de se retrouver là-bas dos au mur, dans une situation délicate !
