Vu le que l ile de margarita ne vit quasiment que du tourisme, tu trouveras facilement a revendre une propritete quoique le meilleure soit de la louer.........
POur ce qui est de la scolarite tout depend quel type de scolarite tu recherches........

Je vis depuis 14 ans au Venezuela et les 7 premiere annee j etais resident a Margarita, lors de mon depart de France ma fille avait 6 ans et etait donc pour commencer sa premiere annee au cp. Je l ais donc inscrite dans une ecole privee a Margarita et dans le meme temps au cned en france. Elle as fait tout son primaire au Venezuela et elle suivait a la maison avec mon aide ses cours de francais et mathematique, ce qui lui a permis lors de son retour en france de suivre une scolarite normale et d avoir passer son bac l annee derniere en france avec mention .
Les ecoles au venezuela ne son pas terrible si l on va dans le publique par contre quelqu unes dans le prive n ont rien a envier aux notres.
N hesite pas de toute facon a t installer pour une question d ecole, si tu donne toi a la maison le necessaire en francais ton ou tes enfants s auront profiter de cette experience qui feront d eux des enfants de toute facon avec une autre ouverture d esprit et de connaissance bien en dessus des petits francais qui reste dans nos ecoles de quartier, j ai plein d exemple autour de moi.
Au sujet d acheter une propriete je pense que cela est le bon moment, mais pense que Margarita sera toujours plus cher que le reste du pays et pas toujours le plus facle a vivre. Il y a d autres destinations dans ce pays ou les prix sont beaucoup accessibles les plages plus jolies et la vie plus facile.

Pour la scolarité, les école Publiques ne sont pas moins bien que les privées. Le seul problème tient au fait que les profs sont peu nombreux et que les cours sont parfois annulés...Cependant, si tu complète avec le Français et l'histoire/géo du CNED, cela ne devrait pas poser de problème. ;-)
Il y a très peu d'enfants français scolarisés à Margarita ! (une dizaine je pense)
Nous avons fait le CNED exclusivement avec les trois pendant une année scolaire, ce n'est pas de la tarte ! Par contre, en complément, c'est beaucoup plus jouable.
Voilà, n'hésites pas à me questionner à nouveau.

Je vis depuis 2 ans a Margarita .Un enfant peut suivre une scolarite jusqu a 18 ans dans ecole internationale .Apres il y a des universites 2 je crois.
Oui il est facile de vendre autant que d acheter .
