Je ne suis pas encore fixée, je dois me rendre au Mexique pendant le temps des fêtes cet hiver, je penserais aux états du sud comme Michoacán, Oaxaca ou le Chiapas. De toutes facons il faut bien compter 2 ans pour effectuer les travaux, la main d'oeuvre est mal formée et il faut etre présent pour tout.
Sinon acheter un hotel existant, ce n'est pas évident, les amis que j'ai la bas ne sont pas dans le domaine hotelier, le seul qui a essayé avait
monté un restaurant - traiteur francais a Cancun, au bout de 2 ans il a laissé tombé car il y avait trop de problème de main d'oeuvre.

Donc ces lois sur le partenariat avec des Mexicains, où en as-tu entendu parler ? T'es-tu toi-même parti en affaires là-bas ? En fait, je n'ai rien contre le partenariat puisque j'ai envie de faire du tourisme équitable, il faudra donc que je m'associe à des gens d'une communauté choisie... C'était un peu le but au départ et franchement je suis assez d'accord avec ces lois. J'imagine effectivement que la main d'oeuvre doit être un problème là-bas, il faudrait peut-être que j'entre en contact avec des centres de formations locaux... ou encore voir avec des ONG d'ici qui oeuvrent là-bas... Tout ça est à prévoir... beaucoup de pain sur la planche, mais c'est pas mal motivant... Mais dis-donc, qu'est-ce que tu faisais là-bas et qu'est-ce que tu fais maintenant chez toi en France ? Est-ce que ça te dérangerait de m'en dire encore davantage sur toi ? C'est pas mal intéressant !
Bonsoir, moi j'étais la bas comme expatrié pour une grosse société francaise, en charge de l'assistance technique pour tout le Mexique, c'est pour
cela que je connais bien le pays. J'ai gardé des amis la bas qui ont crée des sociétés mais toujours dans le domaine technique (matériels pour les
mines et travaux publics). Car c'est dans le domaine technique qu'il y a un gros manque au Mexique.
Inutile de perdre ton temps a essayer de suivre la legislation locale, utilise les services d'un avocat (qui sait quoi faire et ou faire signer les documents).
Il faut aussi prendre en compte que l'affaire doit etre rentable, les Mexicains ne travaillent pas pour les beaux yeux de l'écologie.
Pour le personnel, le mieux est de les former soit meme, donc de prévoir une partie de son temps a faire de la formation, car il y a une rotation de
personnel toujours importante , a moins de les fidéliser en les logeant sur des batiments annexes a l'auberge.
Je pense que pour avoir une idée il faudrait que tu fasses une visite dans une hacienda convertie en hotel, il y en a plusieurs dans le Yucatan.

l'acquisition se fait a l'aide d'un "fideicomiso". C'est ce qui s'appelle en anglais (US) "a bank trust"
# 2- il n'est plus nécessaire d'avoir un ou des associés de nationalité mexicaine.
N'importe quel étranger (tout seul, ou avec d'autres étrangers) peut créer une société de droit mexicain.
C'est d'ailleurs une des alternatives au fidéicomiso... lorsqu'il s'agit de propriétés commerciales...

Je suis une mexicaine (de Michoacan) qui habite en France depuis presque 4 ans, mais aujourd'hui j'envisage de rentrer chez moi.
Je suis architecte, mais je suis très interesée pour tout le concernant à l'agroecologie, bioclimatisme. Moi même j'ai dejà envisagée une posibilité dans le ecotourisme ... mais mon copain n'est pas très partant pour aller s'installer dans le millieu rural 🙁 ...
Concernant le choix des lieux. Personnellement je ne te conseille pas maintenant le Michoacan. L'image de la région à l'exterieur (et même à l'interieur du pays) n´est pas très bonne. Il y a definitivement des problemes de insecurité. Je te conseille donc, le sud-est du pays ( Chiapas, Oaxaca ou le Yucatan ) ... tu serais plus tranquille et ton projet peut mieu marcher.
Quant aux employés .... il y a une enorme manque du travail au Mexique ... les gens sont donc très contents de trouver un boulot !! ... mais pour qu'ils restent longtemps, il ne faut pas les payer le SMIC. Il faut bien payer ses employés et les impliquer dans le projet. Je t'assure que les mexicains sont des gens très bosseurs et tenaces, mais comme partout, il faut savoir les motiver.

Je suis Canadien, Quebecois , et je suis allez souvent au mexique , soit mexico DF, et Puerto Valarta , et je sais qu il y a d autres endroits tres jolies, mais j aimerais finir mes jours , ou m en allé a la retraite au Mexique, soit Vallarta, est-ce un bon choix, la ville que j ai choisit, et aussi devrais-je plutot loué ou acheté, imaginons que je reste la-bas 10 ou 15 ans.
J aime beaucoup la maniere de vivre des mexicains, aussi je veut vivre pas nécessairement dans le luxe, j aimes vivre avec peu de chose , et j en suis aussi heureux , par contre si je peu j essaierai d avoir un emplacement pres de la mer .Je vous dit cela juste au cas , qu avec votre experience de ce pays, peut etre me diriez-vous de choisir une autre ville pour tel ou tel raison..............

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
