J'ai décroché une entretien d'embauche dans un organisme consulaire pour un spote en guyane (ccd 1 an renouvelable).
Je suis actuellement salarié en france en CDI.
Que puis-je négocier : Majoration de salaire ? (je tablerais sur environ 40% qu'en pensez vous?) Déménagement? Voyage?
Autres questions :
Pensez vous qu'il est judicieux de partir pour un cdd? Ai-je des chances d'être renouvelé ou de trouver un autre emploi sur place à l'issue du contrat?
Que pensez vous de la Guyane en terme de qualité de vie? Sécurité? Loisirs ?
Si j'y vais c'est avec femme et enfants. J'aimerai tenter l'aventure mais j'ai peur d'y perdre en confort et de me retrouver sans emploi au bout d'un an.
Partir pour un CDD quand on a un CDI surtout chargé de famille c'est un peu inconscient ! Ce n'est pas du tout certain de retrouver du boulot au bout d'un an ! Que feras tu avec ta femme et enfants a l'autre bout du monde ????
La vie est quand même chère en Guyane surtout les logements et les produits alimentaires or marché local !
Je te conseille si vraiment tu veux partir de prendre un congés sans soldes d'un an, de mettre vos affaires perso & mobilier dans un box garde-meubles, et de faire ton année ! Selon ce qui se passera par la suite soit vous resterez soit vous rentrerez en métropole...

Un peu inconscient certes... Cependant mes études me permettre de trouver du travail sans trop de difficultés et malheureusement je n'ai pas contre toujours pas trouvé d'opportunités en CDI pour partir.
Mes parents m'ont fait voyagé enfant et je ferais volontiers de même avec mes petits. Heureusement aussi il me semble que le chômage existe en cas de difficultés à retrouver un poste.
J'ai souvent l'impression d'être opressé par l'obligation de garder mon cdi et de faire ma petite carrière de français avec metro-boulot-dodo. Peut -être faut-il savoir être inconscient parfois pour vivre réellement.
Malheureusement le congé sans solde dans mon entreprise pourrais poser problème...

je me pose la question de savoir qd on part travailler à l'étranger, si c'est toujours avec un cdi ?! suis sceptique !
je penserai plutot que les employeurs embauchent en cdd et avisent ultérieurement selon ton profil.
j'en ai connu autour de moi.

regardes les offres sur l'international, il n'y a pas gd chose en cdi !
et puis, que veut dire aujourd'hui un CDI avec tous les textes de lois qui varient, la jurisprudence, les licenciements à l'amiable, et oui ca existe et cé légal ! et ca donne droit au chomage ; et tu peux meme rebosser pr le meme patron !
Oui bien des choses ont changé depuis mes 20 ans, il suffit de se tenir informé, ne surtout pas rester sur nos acquis de l'époque ! Fini aussi les "à priori", on a changé d'ère !

partir en guyane, qu'est ce que ca va t'apporter pour l'avenir sur ton cv ? ou dans ton professionnalisme?

Je suis locataire en France,
sur mon cv le départ m’apportera une meilleure connaissance des dom/tom. Je bosse dans l'agriculture, donc les systèmes tropicaux sont très différents des nôtres. Néanmoins le poste est très équivalent à ce que je fais en france. Pour le salaire, je considère que la différence viens du fait que la vie est plus chère sur place, donc j'accepte de revenir pour un salaire équivalent. Pour les opportunités elle se font rares... Cette expérience serai l'occasion de m'ouvrir définitivement les portes de l'international (meme si c'est un dom tom). Si je reviens, famille oblige, je ferai n’importe quel job. Pour info je gagne actuellement 1500€/mois net donc ce n'est pas introuvable comme salaire.
Ma femme, me laisse toujours me débrouiller avec mes choix pro, surtout tant que je n'ai pas une offre ferme... Donc pour l'instant pas trop d'avis réel sur la question.

Actuellement entrepreneur dans l'immobilier, transport, je cherche un(e) associé(e) / partenaires/ fondation pour un projet dans l'agriculture donc je suis propriétaire de 10 hectares de terrain.
Les hectares étant inexploités durant des années faute des moyens financiers car le projet nécessite un apport je dirait considérable , acteur principal que je suis je dispose d'un apport minimal.
Je crois qu'il est temps de donner vie à cette espace pour des besoins nesseciteux afin qu'il soit dans un intérêt commun à la société.
Le projet est simple :
1) Cultiver du maïs+usine de transformation en farine
2) Un mini super marché+une boulangerie moderne en utilisant la farine pour pâtisserie etc...
3) Construire un service de santé
4) Construire une école maternelle et primaire
5) Construire des logements gratuits pour expatriés à la retraite en échange de leurs participations gratuite dans leurs domaines respectives.
Ceci étant un projet dont j'y crois , j'invite toutes personnes intéressées à apporter une touche personnelle, sous la forme d'un conseil, une orientation et enfin une implication.
NB: projet à l'échelle nationale et internationale au niveau de l'emplois.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area.
