Bonjour , voila je vous expose mon souhait , en effet je projete de partir sur le caillou pour y travailler .
Je suis célibataire sans enfants , et pour des raisons personnelles je souhaite changer de vie " repartir a zero " comme on dit .
Je reviens d'un voyage de 6 mois et le retour en France est toujours très dur .Cet experience m'a permis de savoir ce que je veux vraiment et j'avoue que la caledonie me facine depuis de tres longues annees . J'aime mon pays , mais je trouve qu'en ce moment il regne un climat de morosite assez terrifiant ( du moins dans ma region ) d'ou cette envie de me bouger .
Aussi j'aimerais quelques informations , savoir s'il y a du travaille en brousse pour un soignant , si postuler sur place est difficile ou non , s'il est facile de s'integrer a la population .
Apres avoir 'glaner' quelques infos et regarder pas mal de blogs sur le net , j'ai l'impressions que les "zoreilles" restent tous ensemble et ne se melangent pas ... est-ce une realité ?
Je compte partir en fevrier prochain avec un budget entre 5000/6000 euros mais en lachant mon travail ici , ainsi que mon appart . est-ce risqué ?
Est-il difficile de s'installer et de trouver un logement pour une personne seule ?

Tout d'abord, je me présente, c'est important car je te réponds en fonction de qui je suis, de ma propre expérience, il ne s'agit pas d'une réponse d'ordre général ! je le précise car le ton monte vite sur ce forum !! 😉
Je suis une métro, sur le caillou depuis un peu plus d'un an, célibataire sans enfant, travailleuse sociale, et je réside sur Nouméa. Je suis venue seule mais ai eu la chance de bénéficier du soutien et des conseils d'amis sur le territoire ayant quelques mois auparavant vécu également cette grande aventure.
De ton côté, tu sembles être un grand voyageur en solitaire (selon les infos de ton profil). C'est aussi un élément important !!
Une fois les présentations faites voici une réponse donc !
Pour ce qui est du travail en tant qu'infirmier, je l'ai déjà pas mal expliqué sur le forum, après une période faste pour les nouveaux arrivants dans la profession, les choses se sont quelque peu compliquées depuis le début de cette année.
Tout d'abord, il faut savoir qu'il y a une école d'IDE sur le territoire avec bien entendu priorité des nouveaux diplômés sur les postes vacants.
De plus, le CHT a lancé une vague de mutations de titulaires métro vers la NC en début d'année. Cela a rendu les choses très difficiles pour les métro en CDD, beaucoup n'ont pas été renouvelés malgré leur présence depuis un an ou plus sur le territoire et sur leur poste. Il y a donc pas mal de tes collègues en recherche d'emploi sur Nouméa mais maintenant aussi sur les autres provinces.
Je sais de manière certaine que l'accès à un emploi est difficile sur Nouméa, idem pour les postes dans les Loyautés. Par contre, je connais un peu moins la situation en Province Nord. Il y a des vacances de poste de temps en temps, peut-être la piste est-elle donc de ce côté.
En plus, compte tenu de ton profil de voyageur et de ton souhait de t'intégrer à la vie de la population locale, je pense que la vie en Province Nord te correspondrait mieux.
En effet, second point : les "zoreilles" qui restent entre eux !
C'est vrai, on tombe plus facilement dans ce "travers" à Nouméa et Grand Nouméa.
Je crois que c'est la vie "citadine" nouméenne qui veut ça, les activités de loisirs, etc.
Personnellement, je suis entourée principalement de métro comme moi... et oui... (principalement car j'ai aussi des amis calédoniens !! non mais !)
Mais en fait, ça n'est pas volontaire, c'est juste que par la force des choses on se retrouve sur un projet commun, sur des envies similaires en terme de loisirs : sorties, visite du territoire par exemple.
L'ouverture vers la culture locale, vers les calédoniens se joue plus, pour ma part, dans le cadre de mon travail. C'est probablement critiquable tout ça... je sais... mais bon c'est la réalité 😊
Je pense, je crois (et surtout si je me trompe il faut me contredire, je ne le prendrai pas mal !!), qu'en brousse les choses sont différentes : il y a plus de proximité, de petites infrastructures, etc, donc on peut supposer que les gens se mélangent plus, que la vie est plus imprégnées de la culture calédonienne.
Beaucoup trouvent que Nouméa a perdu sa nature, ses origines pour être très européanisée voir "côte d'Azurisée" !! ça n'est pas faux... même si, s'il n'y avait que ça à Nouméa, je peux t'assurer que je ne m'y plairais pas !! 😕
Connais-tu le site de la DRHFPT ? direction des ressources humaines de la fonction publique ? tape ce sigle sur un moteur de recherche et tu tomberas directement dessus. Il y a les vacances de poste dans la fonction publique sur ce site, ça te permettra d'avoir une idée. Même s'il est très difficile de trouver un poste à distance, je te conseille, si tu es sûr de ton projet et quand ta date de venue sera définitivement fixée, de faire des candidatures spontanées de métropole, ça permet au moins de se faire connaître avant d'arriver. Tu peux viser les dispensaires et cabinets privés par exemple.
Pour ce qui est de l'argent que tu auras en poche, la somme me paraît correcte.
Après pour la notion de risque... ben c'est toujours risqué de toute façon !
Perso, je conseille de prévoir en plus le billet retour... bon c'est une preneuse de risque modérée qui te dis ça alors tu fais ce que tu veux de ce conseil !!! mais bon, sérieusement, il y a des personnes qui se retrouvent sans rien et sans un rond pour rentrer, et dans ce cas, il n'y a aucune aide sociale pour payer le billet retour... ça peut être très très galère donc !
Avec Qantas notamment tu peux changer ton billet retour sur une période d'un an, c'est une solution pas mal...
Enfin, et après j'arrête ce long monologue, à Nouméa, il n'est pas trop dur de se loger seul, il est possible de commencer par l'auberge de jeunesse puis de viser des sous-location de colocation, ça n'engage à rien, ça peut-être pour des périodes allant de 15 jours à 1 mois 1/2-2 mois et ça permet de voir venir...
Par contre, je ne sais pas comment ça se passe en brousse... il faudrait que quelqu'un d'autre puisse te conseiller là dessus... help !!! quelqu'un peut compléter ça ?!!!

C'est peut-être indiscret, mais si tu penses que cela ne l'est pas, pourquoi as-tu laissé tomber ton projet en nouvelle calédonie? Serait- dû au fait que l'IFSI de Nouméa "renfloue" suffisement le CH en Infirmier/e ???
oui , les perspectives d'emploi paraissent compliquées , et puis niveau budget j'en suis loin ... les offres pour d'autres tom sont plus interressantes notamment sur Mayotte . en attendant je vais bosser quelques temps en suisse . voila

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
