Retraité du privé résidant actuellement en Guyane, je prévois mon installation en Nouvelle Calédonie car après un séjour j'ai eu le coup de foudre pour ce pays.
J'aimerai avoir plusieurs renseignements.
1/ je suis rattaché à une caisse de sécurité sociale de la métropole, devrais je changer de caisse, il y a t'il la même sécu en NC?
2/ Il y a t'il une majoration sur le régime de retraite comme les fonctionnaires( si oui surement beaucoup moins) ?
3/ quels sont les prix d'abonnement pour intrenet et Canal + ?

bonsoir!! pour la retraite je ne peu pas vous repondre car je ne sais pas!! pour la sécu en calédonie c'est la cafat, et il faudras changer de caisse!! demander les renseignements a votre caisse pour le transfert de votre dossier!! l'internet en caledonie est encore tres cher il faut compter 100euros par mois!! pour canal désolée je ne sais pas non plus!! je pense que d'autres personnes pourront vous renseignez!!
ca marche pas trop mal quand méme!!!j'y été au mois de novembre et chaques jours presque je dialoguer avec mes enfants rester en france via msn!! de plus la famille de mon mari est a nouméa et nous sommes connecté tres souvent et pas de probléme!!! c'est vrais la vie est chere, on ne peu pas se permetre de manger tous les jours comme en métropole!! quoi que depuis notre passage a l'euro, j'ai moin senti la difference en 2007 qu'en 2003 et 2004!! enfin c'est mon point de vu!!!!!les avis sont partages, mais nous avons décidé de tenter de partir fin octobre 2008 pour nous installer!! on verra bien!! je me sent tellement bien las bas, que si j'ecoute tous le monde je n'irais pas et j'ai peur de le regreter plus tard!! pour l'internet j'ai entendu dire que les prix vont baisser par mon beau frere qui est australien, la caledonie serais relié grace a un tunnel a l'australie(les travaux sont en cours) j'ai pas les termes exact j'espere que vous comprendrez ce que je veut dire!!!!!j'ai vu que vous etiez en guyane, c'est chere chez vous? bonne soirée ou journée car je ne sais pas quelle heure il est en guyane!! a plus tard peu etre!!!! magniolia

Je comprend ton envie de t'installer en NC, moi je l'ai décidé après 2 séjours d'un mois. Je retourne 2 semaines début juin pour choisir une maison et ma compagne pour trouver un boulot. L'installation se fera vers le 1er octobre.
Pour l'internet ce n'est pas un tunnel (ce serait un peu cher) mais un câble sous-marin qui est installé depuis l'Australie, est ce que cela va faire baisser le prix ? j'en doute, mais le débit sera peut être amélioré.
Pour la Guyane que je connais depuis 1975, il y a 5h de moins que la métropole en été 4h en hivers. La coût de la vie se situe au dessus de la métropole mais assez en dessous de la NC. Exemple, le poisson qui est excellent en Guyane, vaut de 4 à 7 € le kilo.
S'il n'y avait pas une insécurité importante et grimpante ce serait encore un pays bien agréable à vivre. Je préfère partir pour changer et je vois mal le développement de Kourou avec une municipalité qui construit à outrance, notamment des logements sociaux, pour accroitre la population alors qu'il y a pénurie de boulot. A ce régime il y aura bientôt 50% d'étrangers dont beaucoup de clandestins .....Je ne suis pas du tout raciste mais il faut bien reconnaitre les problèmes que cela apporte.
A plusieurs reprises des gens d'un très grand pays voisin m'ont dit qu'ils étaient chez eux et que nous "les métros" on avait qu'à retourner chez nous...il est vrai que je leur avais fait une remarque "vous devriez mettre vos ordures et déchets dans vos poubelles au lieu de les jeter sur le trottoir"....
Un de mes grands plaisirs était de partir plusieurs jours en forêt et sur les fleuves avec mon amie, c'est devenu trop dangereux avec les orpailleurs clandestins qui en plus pourrissent la fotêt et les fleuves.

Bonjour, concernant l'Internet Calédonien, n'espérez pas une baisse des tarifs de plus de 10% ! De même pour le débit des connexions, ceux-ci ne seront jamais comparable à ceux de la Métropole.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area.
