bonjour, merci pour ta réponse d'abord; Je voudrais savoir si une installation en tant que médecin généraliste est envisageable dans une petite ville sénégalaise. J'ai une très grande expérience de la médecine en milieu rural ( urgences, petite chirurgie, et toute la médecine générale de 0 à 99 ans ) et j'aimerais savoir comment ce type d'installation peut etre envisagée et comment cela peut être perçu. Ce qui est certain c'est que l'argent n'est absolument pas le moteur de cette envie de changement, que j'arrive plutot en fin de carrière, que j'ai encore entre 5 et 7 ans à consacrer à la médecine ( qui est ma passion ) et que j'aimerais maintenant réaliser ce que je n'ai pu faire à la fin de mes études, pour des raisons familiales. Je suis à ta disposition pour en discuter, avec grand plaisir. Cependant je pars en Slovaquie ce soir, je suis absent pour 3 j et je ne reviens que dimanche soir. cordialement

Je réponds à votre annonce su VF.COM. Nous sommes une petite association humanitaire en partenariat avec l'Association de Développement de Sinthiou-Mogo (ADSM) au Sénégal.
Je reviens d'une mission d'un mois au Sénégal dont deux semaines passées au village. Ce village se situe dans la région de Matam au Nord-Est du pays à 700 km de Dakar en secteur Sahélien proche de la frontière de la Mauritanie.
Les problèmes de santé sont très présents dans cette région plutôt dépouvue du fait de son éloignement de la capitale.
J'ai eu à connaître lors de mon séjour au village en octobre et novembre 2008, des situations stupéfiantes, voir dramatiques concernant le traitement des urgences médicales car les gens sont assez démunis pécuniairement et attendent le dernier moment pour se faire soigner, cela coute cher.
Il existe à 11 km du village la commune de Ourossogui qui posséde un hôpital, que j'ai eu l'occasion de visiter pour y avoir conduit une urgence, c'est triste à voir.
Je ne doute pas que vous trouverez au Sénégal de quoi vous occuper, surtout si vous souhaitez travailler dans le monde rural.

Tu serais la bienvenue dans ma localité Mbao qui est un village côtier dans la commune du même nom et je dirai sans risque de me tromper que tu vivra une expérience intéressante car c'est une zone ou on à l'habitude d'avoir des étrangers parmi nous.Et comme je l'ai dit sur mon profil je sur le Président des Relais de la santé de ma commune donc y'aura aucun problème et je pense que sera plus utile que tu le penses car les enfants de la rue trouve beaucoup de mal à bénéficier de soins primaire faute de moyen.

Je viens de lire ton message et sans risquer de me tromper je dis que ma zone répond parfaitement à ta demande car Mbao qui était au départ un petit village côtier et maintenant une commune tant vers une ville avec les cités qui se sont installer dans ces 10 derniers années dont la dernière et le lotissement les baobabs à Mbao.
Pour au départ une population de 6.000 hts, la commune compte plus de 50.000 hts de nos jours.
Je pense que c'est une opportunité de taille car la plupart des nouveau habitant de la zone sont des famille qui ont quitté le centre ville pour vivre éloigné de la pollution sonore et environnementale de dakar

je trouve que c'est une super idée, moi-même j'envisage de quitter la france et venir au Sénégal. Je suis dans le domaine de la santé aussi, mais comme secrétaire médicale dans un cabinet de gynéco au sein d'une clinique. J'aimerais donc trouver un emploi dans ce domaine, car je crois qu'il y a fort à faire en matière de prévention. Je suis allée deux fois au Mali et j'ai servi d'infirmière dans un village avec mes petites connaissances. C'est tellement enrichissant. Je me donne du temps pour peaufiner mon projet car trouver un emploi n'est pas chose facile. J'ai travaillé comme comptable pendant 15 ans environ, je n'ai pas beaucoup de diplômes (BPREA + CAP sténo) mais beaucoup de motivation, d'expérience de terrain et beaucoup d'amour. Mon mari lui cherche dans le domaine de la logistique, chef de camionnage. J'espère qu'on va y arriver alors bonne chance et merci d'aller sur le terrain.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.

The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
