D'après ce que j'ai compris décembre à mars sont vraiment très secs c'est pour ça que j'ai choisi cette période.
Bon d'accord de décembre à mars c'est la bonne période de toute façon cela n'est pas pour cette année car je retourne à Mada dans une semaine pour 5 semaine et dernière semaine d'aout et première de septembre le Pérou mais pourquoi pour l'hivers prochain!!!!

Bon, il y a la théorie et la pratique.
La théorie dit: De début décembre jusqu'à la fin d'avril c'est sec, il fait beau et pas trop chaud (max 32°C).
La pratique montre: L'hiver 2007/2008 a été très pluvieux. On a eu de la flotte jusqu'au 10 mars!
Il semble que c'était la petite Niña qui nous a eu. Nous ne faisons donc plus de prévisions météo...😎
Luzon et tout le nord son plus exposés à la pluie et aux typhoons. Mais le week-end passé j'ai eu de la flotte
sur Mindanao, alors que le centre ds Visayas a grillé sous le soleil.
Mais je dirai quand-même viens en hiver (décembre à mars), la chance d'avoir du beau temps est plus grande.
dire que il y a 4 mois de beaux temps sur les phils est tres reducteur, disons qu'il existe des periodes qui sont censees etres plus pluvieuses que d'autres
mais comme te disais tres bien pinoy7 l'effet el nino ou nina est tres destabilisant ici, je connais les phils depuis 25 ans et je suis installe comme guide a bohol, et bien ici comme le sud visayas on est cense pas avoir de pluie de decembre a juin selon la rumeur, mais en realite on a eu de la pluie, on a encore de la pluie au moment ou je t'ecris !! mais relativisons ici a bohol ou ailleurs la pluie pendant les periodes dites seches c'est le soir generalement 10-15 mn et le matin pareil le reste de la journee est chaude et ensoleillee .
mais il arrive que des queues de typhons trainent dans le coin venus du sud generalement (australie nlle papouasie ou sud indonesie ) passent encore pas loin d'ici bohol caminguin ou mindanao sur
en clair il se peut que pendant les periodes dites seches tu ai quelques averses tres courtes dans la journee et que pendant les periodes dites mouillees tu ai pas mal d'ensoleillement comme cela s'est passe l'annee derniere .
mais n'annulez pas un voyage pour ca, il ple;ut pas en meme temps ou rarement sur toute les philipinnes donc les visites dans les divers coins sympas comme les rizieres du nord, palawan, bohol ou mindanao ou mindoro peuvent etreeffectuees en alternance en connaissant sur place le temps qu'il fait sur ces regions bien precises .

Octobre est sec, sauf s'il y a un typhon.
Vous n'écrivez pas quelle région des Philippines vous allez visiter.
En octobre, le sud (Bohol, Siquijor, Camiguin) est plus sec que le nord.
Tout dépend aussi du moment où les alizés changent. Théoriquement ce sont les mois de juin et novembre. Mais tout peut bouger jusqu'à +/- un mois.

I’ve planned a three-week itinerary for this summer, from August 9 to 27, in Sri Lanka:
Negombo – 1 night
Sigiriya and the Cultural Triangle – 4 nights
Kandy – 2 nights
Ella – 3 nights
Tangalle – 6 nights
Colombo Airport – 1 night
I know this isn’t the ideal time for the south since the beach conditions aren’t great, but we’ve booked a hotel with a pool and won’t be swimming in the sea. We want to relax after all the travel since we’re bringing our two kids, aged 6 and 8.
I know the east would be better, but (i) I’m struggling to find suitable accommodation, and (ii) it adds a lot of travel time, and my kids can only handle about 3 hours at a stretch.
I looked into Arugam Bay, but it’s a 7-hour trip back to Colombo from there.
I’ve checked every weather site imaginable, but they don’t all agree. Do you think we’ll spend our whole trip in the rain, or is the monsoon in the south mostly limited to the sea, as I’ve read?
I’m worried about ending up in the middle of a natural disaster with my two young kids, given recent events.

Plus, we’d love to do part of it by car since we’re used to driving at our own pace and stopping whenever we feel like it. Just giving you the quick context: A group of friends and I are planning a trip to South Korea (Seoul/Busan) at the end of June/July next year. It falls right in the middle of the monsoon season, but we don’t really have other availability options.😕
I’d love to hear from people who’ve visited the country and these cities during this period—basically, is it not as bad as it sounds, or should we just cancel our tickets (we don’t mind the heat, it’s mostly the rain that scares us).
I know there are plenty of indoor activities, but do you think we’ll still manage to get a few sunny days, or will it be torrential rain for our entire 2-week trip?
The only other country we’ve visited during the rainy season is Brazil (in the northeast) around the same time, and honestly, aside from a few really annoying downpours, we had sunshine most of the time and it was awesome. That said, the climate is totally different, so I’m not sure how relevant the comparison is.

Personally, I see a promising opportunity here—jumping on this adaptation to extreme climates before others do, since they’re inevitably coming.
From my own travel experience, I’ve met a few guides so far who are starting to adjust, like in Egypt, Kenya, Senegal, and elsewhere.
They avoid crowds and the hottest hours by starting their tours around 6–7 AM, when it’s cooler.
Yeah, you’ve gotta wake up early, but the payoff is so worth it. 😴
