Nous en sommes au moins à notre 4° demande ! Tous les 2 en Techno, donc difficile d'obtenir une mut simultanée et être suffisamment proches pour vivre en famille.
Avec 3 enfants, notre barème chaque année nous place en position favorable mais à l'intra nous nous voyons recalés faute d'obtenir des postes rapprochés😕.
Bon allez, je me lève de bonne heure, c'est pour bosser...

En fait , je fais une dem de mut seule ( Mon chéri n'est pas prof donc!!).Je n'y crois donc pas trop !! A mon avis, vous avez des chances !!J e n 'ai aucune info précise sur les postes .J'ai finalisé mon dossier de mut et l'ai fait partir aujourdh'hui en recommandé depuis le bahut ( Je suis en région bordelaise .Où êtes -vous ?? ) .Ce dossier et ces voeux à l'aveugle me " polluaient" bcp l'esprit et , comme toi, c'est la dernière ligne droite ( 104 bulletins à remplir + moults conseils, réunions de ttes sortes !!).
Pour tt dire , j'ai , il me semble ,246 points...Je n'ai demandé pratiquement que des collèges en provinvce Nord. Puis j'ai fini par ts postes sur la nellle C .
Ce que je te conseille, c'est de scruter le site du vice rectorat de Nouméa : il y a une carte d'implantation des établissements , un tableau des distances kimométriques ( très pratique !!) , une liste d'établissements et des liens vers certains sites de bahuts .Cela permet de se faire une petite idée. J e te conseile aussi le site du SNES NC ET SNES HORS DE FRANCE (Super dossier de présentation et d'accueil à téélcharger ) .
Tiens- moi au courant de vos choix , de vos doutes si tu en as envie...

Je me renseigne sur la NC car nous aimerions nous y installer d'ici... quelques années! Hé oui un changement comme cela, ça se prépare longtemps à l'avance. Nous avons pour l'instant une fille de 10 ans, mais d'ici là nous aimerions avoir un 2° enfant. C'est donc à 4, probablement, que nous débarquerions à Nouméa... J'aimerais surtout savoir à quoi ressemble la vie en brousse (conditions d'hygiène, logements...) Est-ce qu'on peut être facilement acceptés là-bas? Pour l'instant, je m'imagine une région forestière peuplée ci et là de natifs vivant dans des "paillotes" et gardant jalousement leur "territoire". Est-ce que je me trompe de beaucoup?

Désolé de vous répondre un peu tard. Je pense que vous avez des chances de trouver du travail dans votre branche en effet. Il n'y a aucune certitude bien sur!
La vie en brousse au niveau logement c'est une très grosse galère... En fait, il n'y a quasiment rien à louer. Si vous voulez acheter, vous aurez moins de difficultés. En tout cas, dans la région VKP (Voh, Koné, Pouembout), beaucoup de monde cherche à venir et il n'y a quasiment aucune offres. Ca construit pas mal mais en attendant...
Les conditions d'hygiène, rien à signaler de spécial. Il y a de nouveaux lotissements et c'est comme en métropole quoi...
On (amis, et agence immobilère) nous a souvent recommandé de pas boire l'eau du robinet, donc on le fait pas. Mais pas de problème pour cuire les aliments. Sinon, on fait nos courses normalement, et tout va bien.
Plus globalement, la vie en brousse, c'est une vie très très tranquille. Quasi aucune animation, pas de shopping... faut aimer etre chez soi, vivre au vert... voilà pour résumer. Si vous voulez acheter quelque chose de spécial, faire un resto, ou juste avoir un peu d'animation, faut aller à Nouméa, 3H de route aller.

Difficile de donner une réponse claire à cela... chacun y vas de son ressenti...
Pour le mien.. je ne ressens pas une réelle animosité envers les métros. On est très différents dans nos modes de vie respectif. Chacun est de son coté et quand on se croise, ça se passe plutot bien. Faut un respect mutuel. L'ambiance est parfois un peu froide. Mais on ne peut pas en faire une généralité. C'est globalement un sujet qu'on aborde pas tous les jours quoi... L'indépendance de la Calédonie sera d'actualité dans quelques années, et attendant, personnellement, on croise les doigts... Bizzarement (encore une fois ça n'engage que moi), je ressens plus de tensions entre les personnes d'ici, mélanésiens et calédoniens (calédoniens, c'est les "blancs" de calédonie)
Voila, ce que je peux en dire. Vous aurez peut etre d'autres avis...
Un grand merci pour toutes ces précisions!! Ben pour un achat on verra beaucoup, beaucoup plus tard 😄. Au début on aura plutôt recours au camping ou auberges, puis appart en location (ou maison si nos moyens nous le permettent, mais si j ai bien compris... c'est cher!).

J'envisage de demander ma mutation pour la NC (je ne suis pas prof mais je suis fonctionnaire). Nous sommes un couple avec un enfant. Pour prévoir le côté financier, je me renseigne sur les indemnités de résidence. Mais plus je lis d'infos, plus je m'embrouille... Savez-vous comment sont calculées ces indemnités svp? D'après ce que j'ai lu, ce serait 80% du billet d'avion + l'indemnité. L'indemnité (pour l'agent qui ne bénéficie pas d'un logement fourni par l'administration) = I + (0,07 X distance X volume). Mais est-ce PAR PERSONNE? Ou est-ce qu'il faut additionner les volumes? Alors ça ferait I + (0,07 X distance X (volume de l'agent + volume du conjoint + volume de l'enfant)). Le tout réduit de 20%, si j'ai bien compris, car c'est moi qui demande le changement. Mais qu'on déménage toutes nos affaires ou qu'on emmène quasiment rien, ça ne change pas l'indemnité?
