De toute façon si j'ai un conseil à vous donner, ainsi qu'à tous ceux qui souhaitent s'installer en PF (sans un contrat en poche au départ de la métropole), c'est "Wait and see".
Ce n'est pas le meilleur moment pour investir en Pf. Le gouvernement en place vient d'être destitué par une motion de censure suite à une cohalition autonomiste et indépendantiste et le nouveau gouvernement sera mis en place vers le 15 de ce mois. Ce sera le 4ème en 4 ans !!! Bonjour la stabilité politique et économique !! Les fonds de commerces à vendre, ce n'est pas ce qui manque. La conjoncture n'est vraiment pas favorable

C'est vrai ce que tu dis mais bon, si c'est pour faire un déçu et qu'il se foute dans la mouise, ce n'est pas la peine non plus, s'il doit y laisser les plumes.. ce ne serait pas trop sympa pour lui. J'en vois beaucoup trop ramer depuis 2/3 ans... Et comme tu dis ce n'est pas fini.

Pour essayer de répondre à ta question Niko, oui, c'est peut-être une bonne idée si tu sais bien évaluer tes risques.
Evidemment c'est toujours un risque de reprendre un fonds de commerce, mais si tu l'as déjà fait...
Ce que je peux te dire c'est qu'ici il y a des prestataires nautiques, et qui semblent se débrouiller pas trop mal. Après ca dépend ce que tu veux faire : des activités nautiques pour le public, ou un magasin de pièces et réparations pour les professionnels ??
Dans les deux cas il est sans doute possible de faire du business. Pas en tant que club de plongée car il y en a beacoup, mais il reste des créneaux : jetski, wakeboard, kitesurf (une seule école à Tahiti, et pas dans les iles a ma connaissance)...
Demande toi aussi si tu veux monter un business a Tahiti ou dans une ile.
Enfin, je pense que le mieux serait de t'affilier à un hotel pour être leur prestataire : il me semble que certains n'ont pas encore d'activités nautiques sur place.
Bonjour, regarde le site tahiti-aventures.com tu pourras y voir quelques photos, j'organise des randonnées accompagnées en jet ski et en quad sur Tahiti, la base est situé dans le plus belle hotel de l'ile sur un site exeptionnel (plage privée, acces au lagon, douche, toilette, à disposition des clients ) aucunne concurrence sur l'ile .
Le coté montagne que l on visite en quad est trés beau on se retrouve dans le cratére du volcan et se baigne dans des torrents, cascades et les passages quad sont intéressants ...
Pour les sorties en jet on va soit dans le lagon ou l'eau est turquoise avec de nombreux poissons ou dans l'océan accompagné trés souvent par les dauphins et en ce moment par des baleines .
voila tu connais tout et je vend parobligation car mon associé doit rentrer en métropole et je ne peux pas racheter se part hélas !

Cependant en ce moment il parait que ce n'est pas le bon moment pour s'installer en polynésie, le climat politique est très instable.
J'ai demandé l'avis de plusieurs habitants et il y en qui sont très alarmant, d'autres qui eux ont confiance.
Un indépendantiste est passé au pouvoir et s'il se fait reélire au mois de janvier, il souhaite faire passer certaines loi favorisant le travail et l'acquisitions de biens pour les polynésiens. Je ne veut pas en parler en détails, c'est à toi de faire tes recherches et d'évaluer si oui ou non tu tentes le coup. Je ne veux en aucun cas influencer ton choix.

je suis bien heureux de te trouver sur ce site mais le tien ne répond pas sur tahiti aventures, il y a déja plusieur mois j'ai répondu a ton annonce pour la vente de ta base mais surprise je n'ai jamais eu de réponse alors que cette base a été a la vente depuis plusieurs années, je suis moi même moniteur de jet et j'adore le quad, j'ai le contac commercial assé facile et j'ai été commerçant pendant les 22 dernières année.J'aurais aimé avoir un contact avec toi et recevoir des photos des deux activitées(jet et quad).Enfin fais nous rêver mais je vai bien voir si là tu te décide a répondre a mes quelques phrases et si tu me donne un moyen de contact...sportivement le jetskieur.

Je reviens d'un voyage en Polynésie, Tahiti Aventures a été repris par un nouveau propriétaire durant l'été 2010. leur site est www.tahiti-aventures.net La nouvelle équipe est vraiment super accueillante et propose des activités vraiment sympas, randonnées en jet ski de plusieurs heures, rencontre avec les dauphins, randonnées en rhino (sorte de quad 4x4) au centre de l'ile). C'est vraiment une chouette expérience.

Ma fille vend sa boutique de lingerie, vêtements , parfum chaussures , etc....pour femmes. Elle est bien placée dans un centre commercial de Bora Bora.
Je sais qu'elle a déjà quelqu'un qui doit venir fin février pour racheter la boutique et la maison qui elle est en face de l'aéroport.
Je ne connais pas son prix de vente, ni les conditions.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
