Tu dois solliciter les grossistes: Vacances Air Transat, Vacances Air Canada, Tours-Mont-Royal, Signature, Nolitour...ce sont eux qui recrutent les agents à destination. Va sur leur site web dans la section emploi pour savoir comment postuler. Surveille aussi les journaux, section emplois, il y a parfois des période de recrtuement. Comme il y a un bon roulement de personnel, ils embauchent souvent.

Les langues étrangères aident beaucoup (espagnol, italien, allemand, anglais).
Une expérience de travail dans le contrôle de situations très stressantes va beaucoup t'aider, et le fait que tu es autonome. Ils recherchent bien sûr des gens enthousiastes et sociables, qui savent communiquer oralement. Je ne crois pas que le fait d'avoir vécut ailleurs soit un critère important. Un représentant à destination doit pouvoir gérer correctement beaucoup de choses (plaintes des touristes, changements de dernières minutes, rapatriement d'un corps suite au décès d'un client, régler les problèmes de monsieur et madame, organiser les meetings, s'occuper de démarches administratives auprès des autorités du pays) . C'est une personne qui est capable de faire tout cela qui va les intéresser. Je le sais car j'avais déjà assisté à une conférence sur les emplois dans ce genre et c'est ce qui avait été dit.

Je n'ai pas eu a suivre d'autre formation autre que celui du domaine touristique. Le fait par la suite, d'avoir appliqué chez transat et avoir ete appellé par la suite a été un ajout. J'ai du suivre une formation avec eux apres avoir passé 4 entrevues ( 2 telephoniques et 2 en personnes) mais quand tu le veux, tu le peux... Le proverbe le dit bien alors si tu veux faire ce metier plus tard, pense à 2 fois si tu le veux vraiment. Si oui, pousse à ton max pour l'avoir et soit toi meme c'est encore mieux. Biensur il faut avoir au minimum de la personnalité et aussi l'anglais... Ensuite ca reste a toi alors bonne chance et si tu veux plus de hint, laisse moi le savoir. A bientot et bonne chance!!!

6 mois? ou plus... ou moins... es-ce vraiment obligatoire de parler espagnol avant le depard?? comment se deroulent les entrevues??? quels genres de quetions ont nous posent? ou comment les demarchs de recrutement se deroulent?? es-ce qu'on a des assurances de compris ex: medicales etc...
aussi, si on tobe malade 2- 3 jours, comment ca se passe?? on nous dit que cest bcp de travail avec des horaires de fous genres 80 hrs /sem. et que tu dors genre 4 hrs par nuit... es-ce vraiment cela??? ou cest exagerer ou ce n'es pas tjrs pareil?

I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
