Bonjour à tous, j'aimerais savoir quel est le meilleur hotel entre le bahia principe et le bavaro princesa . Les choses importantes : belle plage pas d'algues et coraux pour se baigner, meilleure bouffe, propreté. C, est pour 2 personnes dans la trentaine accompagnés des parents (2) dans la soixantaine .

on a juste eu des bons commentaires et mon frère est allé l'an passé alors on peut s'y fier
on avait été en 2004 au tropical princess punta cana et on a pas aimé et on était avec mon frère donc il connait les points négatifs qu'on avait eu en 2004
au gran bahia personne est déçu il y a de la bonne bouffe, propreté excellente et pour moi c'est super important, animation belle plage...excellent service ....
on avait le choix entre le majestic colonial et gran bahia et on a choisi le gran bahia
je ne sais pas si tu connais trip advisor mais vas y il y a des super photos du gran bahia

on va faire notre cinquième voyage et je peux te dire que je vérifie toujours où je vais et je capote sur la propreté et selon l'agente de voyage et mon frère toujours, on ne sera pas déçus.
seul hic....l'excursion en catamaran mais ça n'a rien à voir avec l'hôtel. alors bon choix....😎

j'ai oublié de te dire aussi que l'agente de voyage m'a dit que c'est le seul complexe qui fait 1 km alors il y a toujours le petit train qui fait la navette

Je suis allée au Gran Bahia 2 semaines en février dernier et au niveau de la propreté et de la bouffe c'est très bien. La plage est superbe....je dois t'avouer que 2-3 jours sur 2 semaines il y a eu des algues mais très peu et pas assez pour que ça dérange.
Tous les commentaires reçus jusqu'à maintenant sur le Bahia Principe sont excellents. Le seul HIC c'est le coût et pour certains, la grosseur du complexe.
Aujourd'hui une amie me disait que le Bavaro était super. La bouffe, la plage, la propreté ! Il est à mon avis moins dispendieux.
Connais-tu le site Internet de VAR (Voyage à rabais)? J'y ai trouvé de nombreuses photos sur le Bahia Principe. Tu trouveras ça dans la rubrique "Vidéothèque" de leur site. Il y a environ 40 photos du site, 45 photos de plage, 35 de piscine, 35 de chambre, etc...
J'achète mon voyage cette semaine. J'irai au Bahia pour la première fois dans la semaine du 13 ou du 20 janvier. J'ai bien hâte.

Oh j'oubliais, une agente de voyage me disait que la clientèle était intéressante au Bahia. C'est une clientèle simple et jeune. Pas trop de vieilles personnes hautaines. Des clients avec le coeur jeune.

Il y avait très peu de vendeurs sur la plage au Gran Bahia et n'étaient pas achalants du tout.
Ceux qui sont plus achalants sont directement à l'hotel près du casino mais quand on le sait on marche vite si on passe là! hihi!!! Et on a pas à passer là si on ne veut pas.
La façon que le complexe est fait (il est effectivement immense mais y a des navettes partout, nous on a pas trouvé ça un problème et justement c'est tellement grand qu'on ne dirait pas qu'il y a beaucoup de gens en même temps) c'est que le casino et la discothèque sont comme à l'extérieur du site...complètement à l'entrée....très loin des chambres et piscines+plage. Donc aucun problème.
Ne te gêne pas si tu as des questions.....cet hôtel est très bien et j'y retournerais demain matin.

En mai 2007 nous sommes allés 1 semaine au Bavaro Princess et en Août 2007 3 semaines au Bahia Principe Bavaro.
Ces 2 hôtels sont très bien, ils sont équivalents au niveau de la plage (belle, pas de coraux mais quelques algues suivant le temps) et de la propreté (toutefois chambre humide au Bavaro Princess), plus de choix pour la nourriture au Bahia Principe mais vin meilleur au Bavaro Princess.
Dans 17 jours nous retournons pour 1 semaine au Bahia Principe Bavaro que nous avons préféré au Bavaro Princess.
Alors bon choix...

Nous y serons en Janvier prochain, soit du 17 au 31, la bonne bouffe la mer et la chaleur seront au Rendez-Vous...........

At all-inclusive resorts, base salaries are extremely low for 10- to 12-hour workdays. Tips aren’t just a little extra—they often make up half of these families’ income.
Personally, I always prepare an envelope with euro bills in different denominations before I leave (they exchange them easily on-site). Here’s my method:
🛏️ For housekeeping: I leave a bill on the pillow every morning since schedules rotate daily.
🍽️ For servers: I always sit at the same table. At the end of the trip, I give an envelope to each server who took care of us daily.
🎉 For entertainment: I set aside an envelope for the animator who put in the most effort and really touched me.

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)

3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.

A ce jour elles n apparaissent plus sur mon compte Booking , j en ai informé par mail le service clients mais ce dernier ne repond pas ...donc impossible d annuler ces reservations....Quelqu un a t il connu ce probleme et l a t il resolu ???
