Bonjour, je me présente, je m'appelle Matthieu, voilà deux mois et demi que je vie à Salta, dans le Nord de l'Argntine. La ville et ces habitants m'ayant plu, j'ai décide de m'y installer pour un petit temps, et histoire de profiter pleinement de l'ambiance qui régne dans cette ville je me suis mis à chercher du travail. Et c'est dans un restaurant francais qui propose Pizza(façon francaise) crêpes et galettes (avec farine de sarrasin) que j'ai trouve du boulot il y a deux mois maintenant(merci aux patrons Dante et Régine qui m'ont pris) . Et au final je suis bien content d'être tombé dans cette maison. Bonne ambiance, bonne bouffe, on s'y prend pas la tête et ça laisse du temps pour profiter de la ville de jours comme de nuit (ici la nuit commence à munuit en general).
Pour ce qui est de l'endroit, c'est une petite maison à 4 bloques du centre ville, petite court remplie de plante et à l'abris du bruits de la ville, on y passe de bonnes soirées aprés le service.
Donc voilà, apres 2 mois passés ici il se trouve qu'il ne me reste qu'un mois ici, et que donc les patrons cherchent un(e) autre serveur(euse) pour le premiers février.
L'ambiance y est des plus plaisante, on y travail entre 3 et 4h à partir de 9h du soir, le boulot est plutot bien rémunérée par rapport au salaire moyen d'ici (10 pesos l'heure plus les pour boires). Le repas du soir est compris. Il est juste demande d'avoir des bases en espagnol, enfin des bases ca suffit, pas besoin de le parler parfaitement non plus; ca fait la petite touche francaise et le cuisto parle francais comme vous et moi.

Je vous conseille ce resto, on y mange très bien, je connais Régine et Dante pour les avoir rencontrés lors de mon voyage à Salta en novembre dernier. C'était un très bon moment ! J'espère qu'il retrouveront vite un serveur ou serveuse car ils sont vraiment super !
Y'a aucun Salteño ou Salteña capable ou volontaire pour faire ce boulot bien payé ?
Attention, travail = survie dans ces contrées, le travail est quelques chose de précieux, rare, il n'y a pas de travail pour tous par ici et vous avez noté que le RMI ou les allocations chomages, les allocations familiales et autres fanataisies du style n'existent pas.
Merci de penser aux indigènes qui ne travaillent pas pour passer du bon temps, s'enivrer de l'ambiance sympa mais simplement pour nourir leur familles...
Tu as raison Kalchaqui, je suis d'accord avec toi seuleument c'est le patron qui prefere exploiter les francais et pas les indigenes (il est peut etre un Argentin plus à gauche que nous finalement). Moi je ne fais que l'aider à retrouver quelqu'un pour son affaire, rien de plus.
