Je souhaiterais savoir si l'un d'entre vous connaitrais les tarifs de virements nationaux par internet aux Usa ?
Par exemple : un virement fait par internet d'une banque naw yorkaise à une banque de Los Angeles. J'ai entendu dire que comme en Europe (c'est à dire d'un pays membre à un autre pays membre de la C.E.E.) c'est gratuit.
Quelqu'un pourrait me le confirmer svp ?
Je vous conseille de vous renseigner auprès de n'importe quelle banque européenne (en Belgique notemment), vous risquez d'être surpris. Seule la France ne respecte pas encore cette gratuité et est, de ce fait, hors la loi européenne. Ca a été voté à Bruxelle il y a un moment déja. Les virements bancaires par internet d'un pays de la communauté européenne à un autre sont gratuit ! C'est certain à 100%.
Je connais bien les tarifs des banques françaises et c'est pourquoi je les ai bannis. Je suis dans une banque en belgique et mes informations me viennent directement de mon banquier. S'il se trompe, c'est qu'ils sont vraiment incompétents.
Je precise de nouveau que la gratuité du virement n'est effective que si c'est fait par internet au sein de la communauté européenne.

Et aussi cela suppose que on ne doit pas s'abonner a un service internet de la banque pour effectuer les virements internationaux.
si tu remarques bien dans le lien que j'ai donné il y a des banques où les virements europeennes par internet sont gratuites (mais souvent on doit souscrire au service en question).
mais a ne pas confondre avec un virement en europe et n'est pas gratuite mais une nouvelle procédure pour permettre d'effectuer les virements dans un delai limite.

Je vais clore ce chapitre en vous disant que je suis déja passée par ce site, et je puis vous affirmer que ces informations son mensongères. En effet, je suis passé par toutes ces banques qui disent pratiquer la gratuité et AUCUNE ne le fait. D'ailleurs, la banque populaire qui m'avait affirmer par téléphone pratiquer cette gratuité, m'a dit le contraire lorsque je suis aller les voir en personne pour qu'ils m'ouvrent un compte. Je leur ai dit ma façon de penser, je n'ai pas supporté qu'ils se moquent de moi.

la loi est que les virements communautaire sous 50000 euros et effectues avec iban bic etc doivent avoir lesfrais que les virements nationaux.
en Belgique, cela a toujours ete gratuitcomme dans la plupart des pays europeens. y compris pour les virements non internet.

e Comité national SEPA, qui s’est réuni le 19 mars 2008, a fait un point sur le lancement du virement SEPA, ainsi que sur l’avancement de la migration de la France à SEPA.
Plusieurs dizaines de milliers de virements SEPA par jour
Le 28 janvier 2008, à la date annoncée par l’EPC, les premiers virements SEPA ont été réalisés par toutes les grandes banques françaises, en émission et réception. Plus d'un mois après le lancement, plusieurs dizaines de milliers de virements SEPA sont ainsi effectués chaque jour. Les échanges entre les 31 pays SEPA ont permis de vérifier la bonne capacité de traitement des banques et des infrastructures d'échange.
Comme le prévoit le plan de migration de la France à SEPA, la montée en charge des volumes se poursuit. Parallèlement, les offres de service bancaire s'enrichissent, par exemple certaines banques profitent du changement de codification des comptes pour autoriser les virements vers l'étranger par internet.
La préparation des administrations
Les administrations de l'État et de la sphère sociale émettent à elles seules près de 45 % des virements. Leur adoption du virement SEPA est donc un élément clé de la réussite de la migration. Ces administrations utiliseront les nouveaux formats d'échange au fur et à mesure de la mise en œuvre d'importants chantiers informatiques de modernisation au cours de la période 2008-2010.
Le suivi de la montée en charge des instruments SEPA
Le Comité national SEPA a défini des indicateurs pour suivre la montée en charge du virement SEPA. Il publiera à la fin de cette année un premier rapport sur l’avancement de la migration.
Compte tenu du calendrier retenu à l’automne dernier, le Comité incite vivement l'ensemble des entreprises émettrices de virements à mener au plus tôt leurs adaptations de façon à ne pas subir de perturbation en raison de l'arrêt prévisible de l'instrument actuel, fin 2011.
Les travaux du Comité national SEPA se poursuivent
Dans le cadre du plan de migration, le Comité poursuit également ses travaux pour les autres moyens de paiement SEPA : le prélèvement et la carte. Le calendrier dépendra de celui de la transposition de la Directive sur les Services de Paiement (DSP) et des réponses attendues de la Commission européenne sur le modèle économique qu'elle autorise.
Le 28 janvier, plus aucun virement n'etait pas sepa en belqique tant national qu'international . c'est cela qu'on appelle la faculte d'adapatation.
Un virement belge vers les etats unis c'est maximum 5 jours ouvrables (avec swift et iban ).

Juste pour ton info, en france egalement on utilise IBAN pour les virements internationaux 😏 Et d'autre part le RIB est suffisant pour un virement national (cf. regarder le lien ci-dessus que j'ai donné comment est fabriqué un code RIB qui lui monque juste le debut d'un IBAN) 😏
