Cela fais 2 ans que je suis en France après avoir passé 20 ans en Nouvelle calédonie. Je suis à la recherche de renseignements car je souhaite quitter ce pays austère. Je gagne ma vie sur internet mais mes revenus sont fluctuants. La question est la suivante:
dans quel pays possédant un climat agréable et un niveau de vie relativement bas (car sinon je retournerais en nouvelle calédonie) puis-je aller m'installer sans avoir à investir, justifier de revenus réguliers, travailler ou montrer un compte en banque bien garni. existe-t-il des pays ou l'on peut débarquer sans avoir à faire des tonnes de formalités pour avoir un visa renouvelable ou autres complications?
En d'autre termes connaissez vous des pays accueillants qui ne sont pas très regardants quant à la qualité de leurs immigrants?

Pour les papiers, vous ne pouvez pratiquement vivre qu'en Europe. Si vous allez vous installer en Amerique du Sud, aux Etats Unis, en Australie, en Afrique ou en Asie, vous serez oblige d'obtenir des visas et de remplir des formulaires...
Si vous restez en Europe, vous pouvez trouver des climats tres agreables... (Espagne, Grece), mais parlez vous la langue ?? ou avez vous l'intention d'exister dans un pays sans y vivre vraiment ??
De toutes manieres, il vous faudra travailler... et de ce cote, il y a un hic car dans ces pays (je le sais, j'y ai des amis et y vais regulierement), le taux de chomage est assez haut !
Bien sur, vous pouvez garder votre emploi, mais il vous faudra PARTOUT justifier de fiches de paye pour etre capable de louer un appart... a moins que vous n'ayez un capital et que vous puissiez vous permettre d'acheter...

je n'ai pas compris ce que tu veux dire.
Je ne pense pas qu'au laos on ai plus de libertés qu'en france
Tu peux aussi aller au Vietnam.
Tu auras certes à t'occuper du Visa, mais le niveau de vie est faible (salaire moyen du Vietnamien : 40 euros) et il y fait beau.
Si tu es à court d'argent, tu pourras toujours donner des cours d'anglais à 15 $ de l'heure.

manray, le français n'y est pratiquement plus parlé, l'anglais bien approximativement (en dehors de tout ce qui touche au tourisme) et avec un accent difficilement compréhensible.
Pour y aller souvent et connaître un peu l'envers du décor, je dirais que c'est envisageable si tu y vas seul et avec un peu d'argent d'avance, comme partout.

Merci à vous pour ces infos. Je commence à me renseigner sur le vie au Cambodge qui semble être, jusqu'à présent, le pays qui offre le + de facilitées au niveau du visa. Il semblerait que le visa business d'un an soit renouvelable à l'infini sans avoir à justifier de quoi que ce soit alors qu'au vietnam le visa est de 6 mois renouvelable mais je ne sais pas encore sous quelles conditions. Si je me trompe n'hésitez pas à me le faire savoir. J'envisage d'aller faire un tour au Cambodge afin de prendre la température d'ici quelques mois. En attendant si quelqu'un a encore de nouvelles pistes à explorer je suis preneur.

Pour être plus serieux, je pense que si vous n'êtes pas fichu de vivre chez vous en Europe, avec tous les avantages que vous avez, santé, éducation, etat providence etc... il vous sera extrêmement difficile de vivre ailleurs, ou c'est la loi de la jungle, sauf d'y survivre en clodo. Si c'est ce que vous recherchez, n'importe quel pays fera l'affaire.😉😉
