En clair celui qui jouera sur le monopole de la nuit de jeudi à dimanche matin il explose tout il sera roi du pétrole!
Étant à Mayotte (pour info j'aime cette île et ses habitants) depuis 2002, je peux t'assurer que pour être le roi du pétrole pour ouvrir une structure de ce genre il faut se lever de bonne heure!
J'explique : il y a quelques années, un couple métro dont la femme était prof, ont ouvert un bar/ boite/ pool super sympa mais faisant de l'ombre à une autre boite appartenant à une personnalité de l'île.
Résultat ce bar/ boite/ pool a fermé rapidement......Pour ce faire, il faut entre autre de l'argent mais surtout "des amis" originaires de l'île.
En ce qui concerne le tourisme de masse à Mayotte, point n'en faut, cette île est belle, naturelle (c'est ce qui m'a fait craquer et vivre ici) et les locaux sont relativement attachants. Il suffit de se respecter mutuellement mais ça ce n'est pas donné à tout le monde.
Karibu à tous ceux qui veulent venir dans l'optique de vivre à Mayotte avec les Mahorais et participer à l'économie de l'ile. Par contre ceux qui viennent pour les grosses primes pendant 2 ou 4 ans et qui ne dépensent rien quitte a manger de la M....., qui s'inscrivent dans des associations pour faire leur BA et qui critiquent les locaux en catimini, ceux là franchement qu'il reste en métropole. Et ici il y en a des tas.......

Petite Terre, calme, sympa, quelques resto, une boite, deux jolies plages, un ancien cratère rempli d'eau verte sulfureuse (superbe) petit inconvénient si cela en est un ... la barge coûte 15 euro pour passer ta voiture alors pour aller se balader de l'autre côté ce n'est pas évident à moins d'avoir 2 voitures ou une moto....
Grande Terre, où se trouve la capitale où tout est concentré, boites, resto, entreprises, hôpital.........
Pour ma part j'ai vécu 5 ans en Petite Terre et je m'y suis plu, depuis 4 ans je suis en Grande terre et je n'ai pas envie de retourner en Petite Terre car ici tu prends ta voiture et tu vas où tu veux
On s'adapte facilement : cela dépend de chacun, moi je m'y suis adapter pratiquement tout de suite par contre d'autres personnes ne s'y plaisent pas... à toi d'essayer.

Je voulais savoir, si le prix était raisonnable?, si le trajet pour aller à l'hôpital de mamoudzou s'effectue rapidement? (en vélo?voiture?scooter?), si Passamainty est agréable à vivre?

jéjé! Tout d'abords désolée pour le grand blanc mais là niveau professionnel absolument plus de temps je m'en excuse auprès de tous les blogueurs...
Ensuite, shisiwa impec nous sommes sur la même longueur d'ondes! Je ne suis pas pour le tourisme de masse ( déjà expliqué plus haut) et comme déjà dit je suis professionnelle du tourisme donc je connais. Concernant le monde la nuit à Mayotte, certes il y a quelques années... mais les choses changes petit à petit et de nouveau besoin se font sentir c'était trop tôt là il serait pas mal de s'en préoccupé un peu plus, enfin c'est ce que je pense. Maintenant c'est sûr d'une manière générale, il est difficile pour qui que ce soit de s'implanter ici on va dire que c'est un peu comme dans les petits villages de métropole où les " paysans" ( attention j'aime les paysans hein!)ont peur et refusent toutes nouveautés sur leur territoire.
Bon voilà j'ai pris quelques minutes rapido... Ah oui une dernière chose j'ai vu ailleurs sur ce forum un débat sur une école de petite terre les colibris où je dis plus haut dans mes discussions y avoir scolarisé mes enfants. Je ne rentrerais pas dans le débat diffamatoire ni envers les membres du bureau ni envers qui que ce soit de cette école, juste j'ai retiré mes enfants de cette école. Voilà, donc oui c'est difficile de choisir une école correcte pour nos enfants ici on peut être déçu alors que l'on pensait avoir trouvé la perle rare et ce qui m’ennuie le plus c'est que j'ai payé très cher pour avoir un résultat et une certaine sérénité. Les écoles privées ne sont pas données.Bref, cette expérience ( même mauvaise) m'a appris pourtant pas mal de choses sur l'enseignement ici. Il ne faut pas exclure l'enseignement en public d'emblée. Renseignez vous auprès du vice-rectorat pour connaître l'état actuel de l'enseignement c'est effectivement ce que nous devrions tous faire avant toute autre action. Si j'avais eu ce réflexe, les choses auraient certainement pu être différentes quant a la scolarité de mes enfants. On apprend beaucoup de choses en s'adressant au vice-rectorat. Voilà, bon je ne sais pas si j'aurais le temps de revenir bientôt mais après tout ce blog est à vous tous alors enrichissez le de vos expériences et surtout n’oublie pas: c'est toi qui te fais ton séjour alors "smile"et gogogo...

Je viens avec ma fille de 13 ans et ma préoccupation première, comme tout le monde je vois, c'est de trouver un logement. Plutôt 1 T3, dans la région de Mamoudzou car je bosserai à M'tsapéré; Ce sera plus pratique surtout que ma fille ira au collège j'espère pas trop loin de mon boulot. Si éventuellement tu avais des adresses où je peux écrire par mail et me renseigner sur les disponibilités et les prix ce serait vraiment très sympa.
Je voulais savoir également concernant les cabines téléphoniques s'il était possible d'acheter une carte avant mon départ pour appeler sur place à mon arrivée. Je n'aurai peut être pas de portable car j'aimerais voir sur place ce que SFR propose.

Je me permets de répondre maintenant que j'habite aussi sur place.
D'abord où loger ? Si tu travailles à Mamoudzou, habites à Mamoudzou. C'est la règle sinon tu aura des bouchons monstres matin et soir. Une amie travaillant à Mamoudzou et habitant à Tsounzou (au Sud) met entre 10 minutes et 90 minutes suivant les jours... Par contre le sens Mamoudzou vers le Sud bouche moins le matin, tu auras donc moins de difficultés à emmener ta fille à M'tsapéré. Pour les logement je suis pas sur que l'on puisse te conseiller car il faut voir sur place.
La SIM a beaucoup de logement mais les profs, l'armée et la gendarmerie sont déjà arrivés, il reste peut être plus grand chose. Contacte les, tu auras la réponse (cherche leur site sur google) et n'hésite pas à envoyer le dossier. Pour les cabines je suis pas vraiment sûr que se soit une solution. on portable métropolitain passera à Mayotte mais plus cher. Quand à SFR tu n'auras aucune difficulté à souscrire un forfait ou une carte prépayé, ya des boutiques vraiment partout !Pour les logement ya bien aussi le 976 (le gratuit) mais c'est déconseillé de chercher à distance, ici on peut te louer tout et surtout n'importe quoi ! Au cas ou, écris moi en PV je te donnerai mon mail et le mail du 976.
Pour le déménageur ils se valent tous plus ou moins, à Mayotte ya toujours du retard. J'ai pris AGS et après avoir fulminé 20 jours pour récupéré mon container je l'ai enfin eu avec donc 20 jours de retard... Surtout attention, si tu amène ta voiture, soit ta carte grise stipule visiblement que tu as le véhicule depuis plus d'un an soit il faudra trouver une autre preuve (demander à ton assureur par exemple) car ici les douanes c'est très... heu.. obtu ? il te ferons payer sauf si ils n'ont pas le choix. Pour en revenir au déménageur avec AGS on pas eu de problèmes majeurs mais il a fallu les harceler. Au moins on a toujours eu un interlocuteur. Attention il faut bien 2 mois et demi au container pour arriver... (au moins)
