Nous venons de réserver un hotel club à Cuba pour début janvier : Hotel arenas doradas à Varadero.
Je n'ai lu que très peu ( voire 2 ou3) témoignages en sa faveur, tous les autres sont très négatifs.🤪
Pour ceux qui ont apprécié cet hotel, merci de m'en parler pour me remotiver!😮
Sinon j'avais quelques questions à poser:
Comment est l'animation ( cours de danse, activités, jeux, ambiance nocturne) et la discothèque de cet hotel?
Y'a t-il un centre de balnéothérapie: sauna, massages?
Il y a d'autres discothèques à Varadero: merci de me préciser les meilleures aussi bien typiquement cubaines que des discothèques où il passe des tubes internationaux( on aimerait danser pas que de la salsa tous les soirs).
Comment y aller, en taxi? Est ce dangereux, surtout pour le retour de sorties nocturnes, trouve t-on facilement des taxis à Varadero tard dans la nuit? Quels sont les tarifs pour faire 8KM ( distance de Varadero à l'hotel arenas)?
En ce qui concerne les excursions, on m'a parlé de la Havane, la croisière en catamaran à cayo largo, celle avec les dauphins etc...
Ces deux croisières vont elles sur les mêmes plages?
Quelles sont les autres plages à visiter à part cayo largo?
Quelle autre ville découvrir à part la Havane?
Auriez vous les tarifs de toutes les excursions?
J'ai beaucoup de questions, mais je voudrais être sure de profiter aussi bien de mes journées que de mes soirées...😉
salut cloeee, j'arrive tout juste de l'hotel barcelo solymar.Je n'ai pas trop sorti, mais un petit bar ouvert que j'ai tres apprecier c'est le calle 62
qui etait a 8 minute a pied de mon hotel, les gens danse dans la rue et il y a beaucoup d'embiance.
et je crois que tu va beaucoup apprecier varadero.J'y retourne en fevrier ou debut mars probablement en solo.

je cherchais des infos sur le arenas doradas car j'y vais en janvier et je suis tombé sur toutes tes questions. Il se trouve que ce sera mon 2e voyage à Varadero donc je peux répondre à certaines de tes interrogations.
Lors de mon premier voyage je ne suis pas sortie beaucoup en "ville" car nous étions au barcelo marina palace qui est a l'autre bout de la péninsule donc très loin...par contre, pour avoir été en ville pendant la journée je peux te dire que tout est sécuritaire et je me suis fait dire aussi que ca l'était tout autant le soir. Pour les taxis, ils sont assez facilement accessibles il me semble.
J'ai fait l'excursion a cayo largo et je crois bien la refaire tellement j'ai aimé. Tu vas faire de l'apnée et nager avec les dauphins, le catamaran est super et cayo largo cest splendide....et le repas de langouste ohhhh trop bon. Et le tout pour 75$ canadien environ il me semble...peut etre un peu plus..

Y a t-il qu'une seule excursion possible en catamaran pour aller sur des "cayo"? car il y a aussi cayo coco, cayo guillermo qui me semblent pas mal à découvrir...Comment y accéder?

si tu veux plus d'infos voici un site qui relate toutes les excursions de varadero, sinon tu peux te renseigner auprès de ton agent de voyage ou à destination auprès de ton représentant à l'hôtel! Cayo coco par exemple est une toute autre destination à Cuba je ne crois pas que tu puisses y aller sauf en avion!
salut je serai au arenas doradas avec ma copinne du 12 au 26 janvier et avant de reserver je me suis informer et je peut te dire que ce n'est pas un hotel tout en marbre c'est tipique l'animation manque unpeu et la bouffe est corecte l'agente de voyage qui m'envoie labas me disait que son beau frere a adorer et il a ete trois fois elle me confirme que c'est tres bien .tu sait les gens ont beaucoup plus de faciliter a parler en négatif plutot que du positif, bon je n'y suis pas aller mais je suis aller 4 fois a cuba et a chaque fois j'ai fait un bon voyage c'est vune autre culture alors faut s'attendre a manger différament .bonne vacance 😎

ma chum est allé et elle a vraiment tripper (hotel ok) mais sublime plage, bouffe bonne malgré que c'Est Cuba et l'excusion a playa blanco est superbe...

😉bonjour je ne sais pas si je suis trop tard pour mes info ??? ma copine et moi ont est aller au arenas doradas deux fois l'anné derniere et nous avont beaucoup sortit en ville le soir il y as des bands dans la rue en face du quatro palmas cest tres bien et juste unpeu plus loin a ta gauche tu as le parc JOSONE super resto italien tu peut diner ou souper et il y as aussi le soir la langouste dans une cave juste en face du resto italien tu peut aissi aller manger a l'acienne demeure de AL CAPONE un taxi ty amene pour presque rien et ont peut aussi se promener a mobilette tres sécuritaire

Personally, I always prepare an envelope with euro bills in different denominations before I leave (they exchange them easily on-site). Here’s my method:
🛏️ For housekeeping: I leave a bill on the pillow every morning since schedules rotate daily.
🍽️ For servers: I always sit at the same table. At the end of the trip, I give an envelope to each server who took care of us daily.
🎉 For entertainment: I set aside an envelope for the animator who put in the most effort and really touched me.
The package covers the hotel, but our tips help support the people who make our vacations magical. Don’t forget to budget for this in cash when you pack!

For my husband's 50th birthday, we're going to Mombasa for 10 days and 8 nights in March 2026.
I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)
1. All-inclusive
2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.

A ce jour elles n apparaissent plus sur mon compte Booking , j en ai informé par mail le service clients mais ce dernier ne repond pas ...donc impossible d annuler ces reservations....Quelqu un a t il connu ce probleme et l a t il resolu ???
