hôtel génial pour ma part demandé Faniel à la réception et remettez lui un bonjour du belge qui vient au mois de Mai.Cela peut aider n'oublie pas le pourboire si problème il le règle 5 à 10 dollars.
Sortez de l'hôtel et rendez vous vers Rio San Juan 9 kilomètres.Pour se rendre pas de taxi trop cher mais bien les gwa gwa 15 pesos dominicains par personne pour un aller.
Les gwa gwa sont des mini bus que vous pouvez prendre au bout de la rue commercante de l'hôtel.
Ne rien acheter dans l'hôtel car prix trop élevé.
Petite plage méconnue caleton juste après rio san juan.Petit bonjour devant la station de gauche en venant de l'hôtel pas la droite à essence ou se trouve un monsieur bien sympathique qui vous renseignera sur un peu tout mais en anglais.
Pour le change pas à l'hôtel, vous allez jusque la plage tournez vers la droite ne pas stopper aux échoppes en bois très belle d'ailleurs qui vende des jolis cadeaux mais encore une fois bcq trop chère.
Vous passez le petit pont et là se trouve une cabane ronde ou vous gagnerez facilement 25% au change
Connais plus le prénom du tenancier.
A rio san juan se rendre devant la laguna gri gri petit café sympathique tenu par un français
A visiter llaguna gri gri.
Vous pouvez louer une moto dans la grande rue à droite mais faite vérifier les freins.Ils sont souvent en option chez raphael.(petit bonjour aussi)
Cela fait six années que je retourne au même hôtel si vous avez des questions pas de soucis.
En fait nous décollons le 5 mai 2008 pour trois semaines.

Bravo pour avoir publié ton enthousiasme pour Bahia Escondida, Gaspar Hernandez, ou le Bahia Principe San Juan.. et toute sa région.C'est rare.Il y a trop de faux touristes sur ce forum qui ne veulent que la "mer turquoise et le sable blanc "du sud de la RD.Comme s'il n'y avait que ça dans les Caraîbes .
On ne se connaît pas, cependant je t'en aurais voulu ( si, si !) si tu n'avais pas cité la jolie playa Caleton, un petit bijou exotique.
T'as oublié Playa Grande, un peu plus loin...
ET LA PRECIOSA et le lac bleu dudu et playa diamante et la entrada et la super chute de Cabrera...................On a plein de choses à voir et à faire ici🙂

Mon épouse et moi sommes des mordus de la côte Nord ( de Monte Cristi et Dajabon à Santa Barbara de Samana, en passant -bien sûr- par La Isabela et Las Terrenas ( par exemple)....Nous n'avons pas eu le temps, en douze voyages de trois semaines chacun de découvrir toutes les merveilles de cette côte. N'en déplaise à tous les Canadiens, Québecois et autres francophoness qui ne jurent, eux, que par les seuls Punta Cana et Bayahibe, au Sud !
Nous ne connaissions PAS la Preciosa, le lac bleu dudu, la entrada et la super chute de Cabrera. Tu as raison de citer ces endroits, que nous ne découvrirons hélas plus, notre mauvaise santé ( gros problèmes de vertèbres dorsales )ayant mis un terme à nos longs voyages aériens ...suivis de routes à présent en état déplorable.

Tiene razon, amiga.Tu as mille fois raison. Playa Caleton est aussi beaucoup moins dangereuse que Playa Grande.Car la mer ne s'y écrase pas en rouleaux ...mais que veux-tu: il y place pour beaucoup plus de touristes sur la "Grande".

Caleton est à environ 3 kms de rio san juan, la preciosa touche playa grande, la entrada est 10 kms après cabrera soit 27 de rio ( voir photos)

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)

2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.
