Jai vu quil fallait s'immatriculer et demander la carte de resident.
Mes questions sont:
1. Ou demander l'immatriculation? ambassade francaise ou marocaine?
2. Pour la carte de resident ils demandent justificatifs de la residence au maroc je serais heberger il faut quels documents?
3. Justificatifs de ressources est ce au maroc ou en france? Pour travailler il faut la carte de sejour donc ce nest pas possible d'en avoir!
4. Cest long pour avoir le titre de sejour?
5. Ils demandent des photocopies certifié conforme, ou peut on les faire certifier?

Contrat de location ou acte de propriété+attestation hébergement légalisée
Attestation bancaire d'une banque marocaine avec montant du solde du compte+relevés bancaires attestant d'un revenu mensuel venant de l'étranger.
Le délai dépend souvent de l'endroit d'où tu fais la demande.
Photocopies légalisées par la commune.
Néanmoins, le mieux est de te rendre au commissariat ou à la gendarmerie et de demander la liste des documents à fournir...
Amène de France avec toi trois extraits d'acte de naissance de moins de trois mois, trois extraits de casier judiciaire de moins de trois mois.
Avant de venir, si tu as une ou des agences de banques marocaines dans ta ville ouvre un compte en dhs convertibles.
pour etre certain d'obtenir ta carte de resident il faut apporter la preuve soit financiere soit un contrat de travail marocain
Apporter une attestation d'hebergement chez un homme marocain, je ne suis pas certain que cela soit accepté car le concubinnage est interdit au maroc.

pour obtenir une carte de resident et l'authorisation de travail, il faut qu'une société te sponsorise pour un travail dont un marocain ne peut pas le faire ou qu'il n'en trouve pas.
Tu peux postuler dans les cliniques privées où le salaire est plus interessant où il y a des possibilités ou encore dans les ecoles privés.
bon alors tout ne semble pas fermé je vais pouvoir y penser tranquillement et me pencher sur toutes les formalités à faire, à connaitre d'abord et si vous avez des expériences similaires je veux bien m'en inspirer

S'installer au Maroc : Formalités administratives OFFICIELLES sur le site du Ministère de la Justice marocain.
Dédouannement : site OFFICIEL des Douanes marocaines (recherche google) donnera une simulation des taxes d'importation, qui va diminuer en mars 2011 pour être encore réduite au 1er janvier 2012.
Les autres réponses de ce forum sont bidon. Note : les renseignements officiels fournis sur les sites gouvernementaux marocains ne reflètent en rien la réalité du terrain. Le formulaire d'immatriculation (carte d'immatriculation, à ne pas confonde avec la carte de résidence) n 'EXISTE PAS !!!! Les papiers à fournir varient en fonction de votre interlocuteur, ses réponses en fonction de je ne sais quoi.
On m'a répondu qu'il me fallait ouvrir une société, puisque je n'étais pas retraité, alors même que ce n'est pas la loi.
Avant de faire toutes ces démarches, je vous suggère de passer une année ou 2 ici, au Maroc, pour confronter rêves et réalité, culture et langage. Je m'étonne souvent que la question de la langue ne soit jamais évoquée... Faut il penser que tous les marocains parlent français, je ne crois pas..

Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.

The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
