Même pour les centres d'appels travaillant avec des clients français, la langue de communication reste l'anglais car tous les départements linguistiques sont regroupés et les formations, consignes, réunions, rapports, se font en anglais.
Pour les formalités, pour Bulgarie et Roumanie, l'entreprise doit prouver qu'elle ne trouve pas d'européens pour ce travail, or, il y a des tas de candidats francophones pour ces postes. Et pour la vie à côté, il faudra au moins connaître aussi l'anglais et apprendre la langue (et l'alphabet pour le bulgare). Pour le Canada, il faut d'abord faire une procédure d'immigration, et l'acceptation se fait en fonction de la formation, des compétences, du métier exercé. C'est seulement après que l'on cherche du travail et si vous n'avez pas de qualifications qui ouvrent à l'immigration, pas de visa.
Pour le Mexique, il faut connaître aussi l'espagnol, parce que là-bas, la communication se fera dans cette langue et pas sûr qu'il y ai des emplois pour le marché francophone (vue le décalage horaire).
Sinon, pourquoi ces pays??? Et pourquoi les centres d'appels???
Spécifiquement les centres d'appels parce-que j'ai une très grande expérience dans ce domaine je bosse actuellement dans le Maghreb pour une cicursale d'une compagnie de télécommunication au Canada et j'ai une expérience dans ce secteur d'activité epje comprends qu'en Bulgarie il faudrais que les nationaux aient d'abord un emploi et qu'on soit sur qu'il n'y ai pas de personnes sur le terrain pouvant travailler à ce poste c'est pareil dans tous les pays même dans le pays où je bosse ou on doit avoir 70% de nationaux et 30% d'étranger l'anglais n'est pas un problème pour moi même si les rapports sont fait en anglais car je fais déjà ces rapports en anglais malgré que le centre d'appel soit francophone alors steffifi si tu peus au moins me guider pour la Bulgarie j'attends vivement ton message en privé à mon adresse mail takouam@yahoo.fr merci .
Je ne sais pas comment ca se passe pour les ressortisants hors Europe, mais le manque de cadres francophones est ennorme en Bulgarie pour les call center. Le fait de ne pas parler anglais ne t'empechera pas de travailler un projet francophone car ton eventuel superviseur, colleagues et clients seront francophones. Essaye de contacter "Adecco Bulgarie" et ils vont pouvoir te renseigner plus correctement.
Un agent en ressources humaines touche une prime de 900 euro quand il arrive a fournir un nouvel cadre francophone a un de ses clients, tel est le manque de cadres ici en Bulgarie. Ils n'ont rien a prouver car le millieux du help desk ici souffre d'un manque de quelques 20,000 employes actuellement et les entreprises reffusent des gros projets suite manque de cadres... Apres, avec les services d'immigration pour les ressortissants d'Afrique ca me parait bien complique, mais c'est un autre theme et ca n'a rien avoir avec le fait de "prouver que..." Autant qu'agent immobilier, j'ai loge jusqu'a present quelques centaines d'etrangers venu pour travailler dans le millieux. Je ne comprends pas certains de vos propos, certains etant bien loin de la realite. Pas besoin de connaitre l'alphabet local pour survivre ici, ni obligatoire de parler anglais pour commencer dans un projet francophone. Apres, l'anglais ca aide surement d'avoir un resau social plus large, mais parexemple ca n'empecherait pas un francais de bosser.
Pour les courses peu importe si anglophone ou francophone (si les employes des supermarches parlaent une langue etrangere, ils ne toucheraient pas le smig bulgare..), pour se loger - il existe pas mal d'agents francophones puis l'agent fait un message chaque mois combien de frais accumules et quand le proprietaire va passer pour filer les factures et prendre l'argent. La vie courrante....ben quand t'es dans un projet francophone, forcement tout tes colleagues le sont. Et tout ca je le dis par experience car j'ai eu a faire a des gens comme ca. Biensur que l'anglais aide, mais il n'est pas obligatoire et loin de la... C'est pas par ce qu'a vous ca vous parait difficile ou impossible que vous pouvez donner des conseils comme ca. Deja il n'y a pas un tas de francophones qui postulent, la verite c'est qu'il y a un manque ennorme de cadres. Vous les sortez d'ou ces informations?!?? Ce forum c'est fait pour aider les gens et pas pour leur donner des info sorti de nul part....j'hallucine...
