Beautiful hotel, the rooms very clean.

The buffet was closed for 3 days because not enough people at the hotel... 3 restaurent the only one that was good Italian. The people that were serving were 10 people for one customer all 10 of them lazy... to busy talking to them self insted of serving.. I don`t know how they will keep up with 1000 rooms with the services that they give... not ready to open we had to change hotel after the first week... I`ve been to
Cuba 5 times... for brand new hotel evry disappointed!!
